The Root Tantra of Accomplishing Worldly Offerings and Praises The Root Tantra of Accomplishing Worldly Offerings and Praises In Indian language: Loka Stotra Buja Tantra Nama Nopi Ka Santakam. In Tibetan: It is called the Root Tantra of Accomplishing Worldly Offerings and Praises. Homage to the Bhagavan Vajradhara! Thus I have heard, at one time, the Bhagavan, the essence of body, speech, and mind of all Tathagatas, the great secret Vajradhara, who perfectly accomplishes all the body, speech, and mind activities of all Buddhas of the three times without exception, possessing power, strength, fearlessness, dominion, terrifying with form, being wrathful, possessing fierce strength, possessing pride, possessing strength, being unbearable, quickly subduing, extracted from the very essence of the minds of all Sugatas, the chief Bodhisattva Mahasattva, who is well-established in the perfection of the great earth, the great lord of the powerful divine beings belonging to the desire realm and the form realm, the great leader of the Yakshas of the dwelling of Willow City and the dwelling of Mount Meru, that one, residing in the palace of the king of gods in the dwelling of Akanishta, scattering various rays of light that emanate in various forms from the body, speech, and mind of the Buddhas who abide in the three times, urged with these words: O, O, secret lord Vajradhara! You are empowered by all the Buddhas as the lord of power and strength to protect the sacred Dharma. Behold that great oath, from the secret of body, speech, and mind, the terrifying one who causes terror, together with the fierce speech of the supreme body, and with the force of the wrathful mind, in order to subdue all the untamable ones, through the activity of emanations and previous emanations, please enjoy the previous intention and vows! As soon as he was urged thus, the Bhagavan knew that the time had come to perform the activities of the Buddhas, and although his own body, speech, and mind did not move from the peaceful Dharma nature, he looked upon those who were to be tamed, the fierce ones, and all the world realms of the ten directions equal to the extent of space.

There, with inconceivable transformations of the body, this is the form of the Great Wrathful One: the body is dark blue-black, with nine faces. The right face is brownish-black, bared fangs; the left face is purplish-black, contracted; the central face is dark blue-black, wrathful and fierce. The right hand's vajra blazes, churning and drinking the blood from the left hand's skull cup. The eight lower right hands hold the severed heads of the great gods who have been slain, and the eight lower left hands hold the heads of the eight great nagas, all with their life-forces. The nine eyes on the right roll upwards, the nine eyes on the left gaze sideways, and the nine eyes in the center glare downwards. Fierce frown lines gather on the forehead. From the nostrils, a violent wind of existence swirls. From the mouth, the fire of the eon blazes. Red fangs are bared into the space between. The beard and mustache are thick like clouds. The reddish-black hair blazes and swirls at the peak of existence. From the ears, a great sound of ferocity emanates. Limbs are entwined with coils of snakes. Wearing the skin of the elephant as a garment, having slain the maras and Rudra. The lower body is wrapped in tiger skin. Adorned with drops and streaks of blood and fat. The body is smeared with great ashes. Adorned with garlands of dry and wet skulls, and heads with flesh and blood. The eight feet trample Brahma, Vishnu, the Great Ishvara, and Indra with his consort. The Great Mother, the extremely fierce Bhairavi, is in union with a consort identical to her own form. All of them, countless and beyond expression, like a container filled with sesame seeds, utter the fierce sound of "Oṃ Vajracāṇḍa Sarvadūṣṭāntaka Hānadaha Paca Hūṃ Phaṭ (藏文,嗡 瓦日拉 旃扎 萨日瓦 杜斯当达 嘎哈那 达哈 帕匝 吽 帕特,梵文天城体,oṃ vajracāṇḍa sarvadūṣṭāntaka hānadaha paca hūṃ phaṭ,梵文罗马拟音,Destroyer of all evil)". From each of them, inconceivable emanations and further emanations are manifested. To the arrogant hosts of gods in the realms of the world, the maras, Yama, the rakshasas, yakshas, planetary demons, nagas, kings, ging, the great mamos, the assemblies of dakinis, Rudra, the tirthikas, the lords of life, the lords of wealth, the lords of longevity, the lords of mantras, the lords of existence, and all other realms of the world...
