地相不语乃瑞玛德，身若颤抖金刚手现前，身现光明乃是天女相，身体颤抖或起鸡皮疙瘩，血脉跳动乃瑞玛德之相，呕吐或流泪，天女眷属瑜伽至，若心忆起前世，金刚手之成就征兆，心若喜悦而怒乃妃女，此心若怒于宝座乃侍女，今示秘密成就之征兆，咒语与禅定稍生力，金刚中央脉之虚空，菩提心之乐喜生起时，说为空行自显现，今示外之成就征兆，外相有上中下三品，上者亲见天女之身，虚空中央见金刚手，若有白女微笑现，乃赐秘密智慧成就，若有黑发母现前，赐予欲界聚集之威力成就于我，若有红发母现前，赐予摄集世间之成就，若有黄发颅鬘母现前，赐予寿命与受用增广之成就，空行成就中品相，金刚虚空降下乃主尊，妃女天女海螺守护成就相，现粪便与极黑暗，花雨降临龙卷风，示现女人形与彩虹，侍女瑞玛德之成就相，龙卷风击门撞屋顶，沉重压迫喃喃自语，成就下品相于梦中示，若梦见菩萨乃主尊，若梦见母与姊乃妃女，若梦见妻与侍女乃侍女，若梦见驴与鹿乃妃女，若梦见骡与黑鸟乃侍女，若成就母曜且已摄伏，众女向我顶礼时，微笑行淫乃为享用，若成就母曜而未摄伏，示现丑陋之形且伪装成妃女，猛兽前来母曜伺机，若誓言已失母曜已扰乱，母曜内斗兵器雨降临，黑鸟内斗血之疾病

If the heart remembers past lives, it is a sign of the accomplishment of Vajrapani. If the heart is joyful and angry, it is the queen. If this heart is angry at the throne, it is the servant. Now I will show the signs of secret accomplishment. As soon as the power of mantra and samadhi arises, in the sky of the central channel of the vajra, when the joy and bliss of bodhicitta arise, it is said that the dakini appears to oneself. Now I will show the signs of external accomplishment. The external signs are of three types: superior, middling, and inferior. The superior is to see the body of the goddess herself. In the center of the sky, Vajrapani is seen. If a white woman appears smiling, she bestows the accomplishment of secret wisdom. If a black-haired mother appears, she bestows upon me the accomplishment of the power and strength of the assembled desire realm. If a red-haired mother with a yak-tail appears, she bestows the accomplishment of subjugating the world. If a yellow-haired mother with a garland of skulls appears, she bestows the accomplishment of increasing life and prosperity. The middling sign of dakini accomplishment is that the vajra descends from the sky as the main deity. For the accomplishment sign of the queen goddess conch-shell guardian, dung and extreme darkness appear. Rain of flowers falls, and there are dragons and red winds. The forms of women and rainbows are shown. The accomplishment sign of the servant Remati is that dragons and red winds strike the door and climb on the roof. There is heavy oppression and mumbling. The inferior accomplishment signs are shown in dreams. If a bodhisattva is dreamed of, it is the main deity. If a mother or sister is dreamed of, it is the queen. If a wife or servant is dreamed of, it is the servant. If a donkey or deer is dreamed of, it is the queen. If a mule or black bird is dreamed of, it is the servant. If the Matrika is accomplished and subdued, when women prostrate to me, smiling and engaging in intercourse is enjoyment. If the Matrika is accomplished but not subdued, she shows an ugly form and pretends to be a queen. Wild animals come, and the Matrika waits for an opportunity. If the samaya is broken and the Matrika is disturbed, the Matrikas fight among themselves, and a rain of weapons falls. Black birds fight among themselves, and there is a disease of blood.
