་ཏོ། །ཀྱེ་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ལུང་བསྟན་དུ་གསོལ། བདེ་བར་གཤེགས་པ་མཁའ་འགྲོ་མ་ལུང་བསྟན་དུ་གསོལ་ཞེས་ཞུས་པ་དང་། དཔལ་ཕྱག་ན་རྡོ་རྗེས་བཀའ་སྩལ་པ། མཁའ་འགྲོ་མ་ལྷ་མོ་ནག་མོ་འདིས། བསྐལ་པ་མང་པོའི་སྔོན་རོལ་ནས། །དུས་གསུམ་རྒྱལ་བའི་ཞལ་མཐོང་སྟེ། །དམན་པའི་ཞིང་འདིར་སྤྲུལ་སྐུ་ཡིས། །ལྷ་མོའི་ཚུལ་དུ་སྐུ་བསྟན་ནས། །འགྲོ་བའི་དོན་ལ་རབ་ཏུ་བརྩོན། །ཉོན་མོངས་སྒྲིབ་པ་རབ་ཏུ་སྤངས། །ད་ལྟར་ཤེས་བྱའི་སྒྲིབ་པ་སྦྱོང་། །དེ་ཡི་ཁོལ་མོ་རེ་མ་ཏི། ། སྨོན་ལམ་དབང་གིས་འགྲོ་དོན་བྱེད། །བསྒོམ་པའི་ལམ་ལ་རབ་གནས་ནས། །ད་ལྟར་ཉོན་མོངས་སྒྲིབ་པ་སྦྱོང་། །འདི་ནས་དུས་འདི་ཕྱི་མའི་ཚེ། །མཁའ་འགྲོ་ལྷ་མོ་ནག་མོ་འདི། །བྱང་ཤར་མཚམས་ཀྱི་འཇིག་རྟེན་ཁམས། །པདྨོ་རྣམ་པར་རོལ་པ་དེར། །ཡང་དག་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་སུ། །པདྨའི་དཔལ་ཞེས་བྱ་བར་ནི། །ངས་ནི་ལྷ་མོ་ལུང་བསྟན་ཏོ། །དེ་ཡི་གཡོག་མོ་རེ་མ་ཏི། །པདྨ་ཅན་གྱི་ཞིང་ཁམས་དེ། །བདེ་བའི་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་ནི། །བློ་གྲོས་བཤེས་གཉེན་བྱ་བར་ནི། །དེ་འདིར་ངས་ནི་ལུང་བསྟན་ནོ། །མཁའ་འགྲོ་མ་མེ་ལྕེ་འབར་བའི་རྒྱུད་ལས་ཡོངས་སུ་ལུང་བསྟན་པའི་ལེའུ་སྟེ་ཉི་ཤུ་རྩ་གཉིས་པ་རྫོགས་སོ།། །།མཆོད་ན་རྒྱལ་བ་རིགས་ལྔ་རྟག་ཏུ་མཆོད། །སྲུང་ན་དམ་ཚིག་ཉི་ཤུ་རྩ་བརྒྱད་སྲུངས། །དགྲ་བྱུང་ལྷ་མོ་ནག་མོ་མཚོན་ཆར་ཕྱུང་། །ཉེས་ཆུང་ཁ་འཐབ་ཙམ་ལ་མཚོན་མི་དབྱུང་། །ང་ཡི་དཀོར་ཁང་འཇིག་ན་མཚོན་ཆར་ཕྱུང་། །དཀོན་མཆོག་དབུ་འཕང་སྨོད་ན་མཚོན་ཆར་ཕྱུང་། །སངས་རྒྱས་བསྟན་པ་འཇིག་ན་མཚོན་ཆར་ཕྱུང་། །དཀོན་མཆོག་སྐུ་དགྲ་དར་ན་མཚོན་ཆར་ཕྱུང་། །ཞེས་སློབ་དཔོན་པདྨས་སློབ་བུ་གླང་དཔལ་གྱི་སེང་གེ་ལ་དེ་སྐད་ཅེས་བཀའ་སྩལ་ཞིང་གདམས་སོ།། མཁའ་འགྲོ་མ་མེ་ལྕེ་འབར་བའི་རྒྱུད།

ཏོ། །祈请至尊薄伽梵作授记！祈请善逝空行母作授记！如是请白之后，吉祥金刚手如是宣说：空行母黑女天，于无数劫之前，已见三世诸佛面，于此浊世化身现，以天女之身示现，精勤饶益诸有情，彻底断除诸烦恼障，如今清净所知障。彼之侍女蕾玛提，以愿力故行利益，于禅定道极安住，如今清净烦恼障。自此之后来世时，空行母黑女天，于东北方之世界，莲花种种嬉戏处，证得圆满正等觉，名为莲花吉祥者，我今为彼天女授记。彼之侍女蕾玛提，于莲花之彼刹土，安乐菩提萨埵者，名为智慧善知识，我今于此为彼授记。空行母火焰炽燃续中，完全授记之第二十二品圆满。 供养则恒时供养五部如来，守护则守护二十八条誓言。若有敌出现，则拔出黑女天之兵器；若仅小过失，如口角之争，则不拔兵器。若吾之财库被毁，则拔出兵器；若有人诽谤三宝之尊严，则拔出兵器；若佛教衰败，则拔出兵器；若三宝之敌兴盛，则拔出兵器。如是莲花生大士对弟子朗巴杰之森格如是宣说并教诫。 空行母火焰炽燃续。

To! I beseech the Bhagavan to grant a prophecy! I beseech the Sugata Dakini to grant a prophecy! After this request, glorious Vajrapani declared: This Dakini, the Black Goddess, from countless eons ago, has seen the faces of the Buddhas of the three times. In this degenerate realm, she manifests as an emanation, appearing in the form of a goddess, diligently working for the benefit of beings, completely abandoning all afflictive obscurations, and now purifying the obscurations to knowledge. Her attendant, Remati, performs deeds for the benefit of beings through the power of aspiration, abiding greatly on the path of meditation, and now purifying the afflictive obscurations. From this time in the future, this Dakini, the Black Goddess, in the northeastern realm of the world, in that place where lotuses play in various ways, will attain perfect and complete enlightenment, and will be known as "Glorious Lotus." I now prophesy this goddess. Her attendant, Remati, in that realm of the Lotus, will be a Bodhisattva of bliss, known as "Wise Spiritual Friend." I now prophesy this here. The twenty-second chapter, the complete prophecy from the Dakini Flame Blazing Tantra, is complete. If offering, always offer to the Five Buddha Families. If protecting, protect the twenty-eight vows. If an enemy appears, draw the weapon of the Black Goddess; if only a small fault, such as a verbal quarrel, do not draw the weapon. If my treasury is destroyed, draw the weapon; if someone slanders the dignity of the Three Jewels, draw the weapon; if the Buddha's teachings decline, draw the weapon; if the enemies of the Three Jewels prosper, draw the weapon.
