Possessing a tiger's lower garment, a copper net, and a boat of weapons. From uttering "Bhyo Bhyo Bhyo Bhyo," generate a hundred thousand black retinues. The seventh chapter, which is the chapter on Samadhi, from the Glorious Blazing Flame Tantra, is completed. Then, the Lord of the Gods, Indra, requested the Glorious Vajrapani in this way: "Embodying the sameness of Vajra, the secret deity. Possessing the steadfast and forceful power to destroy signs. Please explain the mantras for accomplishing the life-essence of the Vajra Dakini Flame Garland." After this request, the Glorious Vajrapani said: "The so-called mantra is the life-force of the Dakinis. The number is vast, and the syllables are not lacking. If the hooks, productions, dots, and stresses are not mistaken, then the black goddess will be summoned in advance." After saying this, the Glorious Vajrapani entered into a samadhi like a vajra. The Glorious Vajrapani extracted this essence from his own heart.
