Wherever it may be, come quickly at the mere hearing, do not transgress my command. Wherever the great power resides, the lotus vajra khatvanga, destroys everything like a pile of ashes. With this form of blazing lotus, if anyone breaks their vows, the birthplaces of the three realms will be illuminated, becoming terrifying, and there is nothing else like it. གས་རྗེ་ཤུགས་ཆེན་པོ། །歡喜作樂之權力大壇城中，以戒律等蘊令歡喜。以蓮花舞自在為主尊的，無垢慈悲之壇城此處是，從所有歡喜之眾中解脫，是安樂功德一切生起之處。圓滿成辦所欲功德果，以慈悲攝受所有眾生，也為了對您們作供養，因此造作廣大清淨之壇城，祈請追念怙主之恩德，您們理應作安住。請享用花朵妙香花鬘等，乃至有情眾生之利益未成辦前，如是慈悲攝受而安住後，加持我之處所等。之後，弟子適合時： 噫！具種姓之子！汝乃法器，諦聽金剛乘之法要，生起信心恭敬歡喜力。往昔如來等，已開示此善妙儀軌。怙主圓滿佛陀等，以及未來諸如來眾，如是現在之有情等，為利有情故安住於此，無上甚深秘密，以此善妙儀軌行持故，殊勝士夫於自之處所，獲得一切智智大樂。無與倫比之密咒瑜伽，蓮花舞自在壇城之，極其難忍之魔眾，所有軍隊摧伏之。是故一切智智之，此殊勝智慧汝亦當，於佛法僧，恆常作皈依。瑜伽空行秘密咒者，各別種姓之壇城中，安住輪之眾等，皆當作皈依。勇父勇母及眷屬，大菩提薩埵之自性，特別是於上師，汝當作皈依。之後，善行弟子，受持皈依菩提心律儀，向三寶作禮敬，受持三寶。我所造作之罪業，以及造作隨喜者，於怙主之前至誠，彼等一切皆懺悔。

Ga Je Shugchenpo! In the great mandala assembly of joyous empowerment, may the aggregates, such as discipline, be pleased. This very mandala of stainless compassion, with Padmagaravang as the chief, is liberated from all assemblies of delight, a place where all happiness, goodness, and qualities arise. Accomplishing the abundance of desired qualities and fruits, completely taking hold of all beings with compassion, and also for the sake of making offerings to you all, therefore, I am creating a vast and pure mandala. Please remember the kindness of the protectors, you should properly establish it. Please take these flowers, fragrant scents, garlands, etc., and until the benefit of beings is not accomplished, until then, having remained, holding with compassion, bless these places of mine, etc. Then, when the disciple is ready: E! Son of lineage! You are a vessel of the vehicle, listen to this essence of the Vajrayana. Bring forth the strength of faith, respect, and joy! The Tathagatas of the past, have taught this excellent ritual. The protectors, the complete Buddhas, and, the assemblies of future Tathagatas, as well as the present sentient beings, staying here for the benefit of beings, the profound and unsurpassed secret, by practicing this excellent ritual, the supreme beings, in their own places, obtain the great bliss of omniscient wisdom. With unparalleled secret mantra yoga, of the Padmagaravang mandala, the extremely unbearable hosts of demons, completely subdue all the armies. Therefore, this supreme wisdom of omniscient wisdom, you also should, in the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, constantly take refuge. The yogis, dakinis, secret mantra holders, in the mandalas of each lineage, to the assemblies dwelling in the wheels, may you take refuge in all ways. The heroes, heroines, and retinues, great beings of the nature of Bodhisattvas, and especially in the guru, you should take refuge. Then, the well-behaved disciple, takes refuge and the vows of Bodhicitta, pays homage to the Three Jewels, takes hold of the Three Jewels. The sins that I have committed, and those I rejoice in doing, having come before the protectors, I confess all of them.
