Ge mo ma ra ya phat! The position of the lingam is also in the shape of the four activities. Set up four hooks and pegs. Cut off the round ball or the remainder. Each is offered to the mouths of the deities. The tip pacifies and the branches flourish. The trunk increases power and the roots are strong. A tree with bitter, sweet, sour, and spicy tastes. Likewise, offer those flavors. A noble lineage, a king, and a prostitute. Take fire from the house of a butcher. Press it on the animal skin that is in accordance with the activity. The four seeds are, in order, Pa pa ka and Great自在, The glorious one and the destroyer, these four. The body color is divided by the four activities. A club, a snare, and a trident, The rosary is held in the left hand. The four families bless the head with the four activities. After inviting, offering, and completing the activity, In the belly, from (Tibetan: བྷྲུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: भ्रूं, Sanskrit Romanization: bhrūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: seed syllable) arises the palace. Generate the deities in accordance with the activity. According to the rituals of each individual's thought. By performing the activities of burning and dancing, There is no doubt that anything will be accomplished. Those with hatred and those with pride, Suffering, malice, and disease afflict. For the sake of pacifying such things, Therefore, the activity of pacification is undertaken. Short life, many diseases, wealth, and enjoyment, Poverty, distress, and fears, The impurities are exhausted and dissolve into the essence. The indestructible bindu, the essence gathered, Ceases in the state of emptiness and bindu. Having gained control over the moving winds, Having attained the wisdom of spontaneous awareness, free from arising and ceasing, The wisdom of great bliss, the space itself, The vajra bindu is immutable and indestructible. Whichever is joined from above or below, The palaces of body, speech, and mind, Like the essence of great bliss sesame seeds, Blaze between the sun and the moon. The descending bindu is the shape of the moon. It is sealed and held by the wind. The lower offers and the upper draws. All-encompassing great bliss abides. Non-conceptual clarity is perfected. Like a lion cub, the full moon. Through the union of skillful means and samadhi, In the great wisdom of bliss, All qualities are perfectly present. Those with attachment, those without asceticism, The body, memory, awareness, and habitual tendencies, Whether belonging to a lineage or not, All vows of the three doors, Those to be tamed by the upper gate are tamed. By first obtaining the secret stages, By becoming accustomed to the activities of wind and bindu, The taste of the great bliss bodhicitta, Whatever appears as the aspect of the five minds, Through the experience of gaining unwavering stability, The body, inner and outer memory, awareness, etc., Is the very form of space.

Born within it. Together with body and appearance, Indivisible like the edge of the sky, The great bliss bindu abides in A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: A). Having the pattern of empty bindus, Clear knowledge manifests through practice. Urging from below and pressing from above, Entering the method of mixing essence and impurities. The gate of Yaṃ (Tibetan: ཡཾ, Devanagari: यं, Romanized Sanskrit: yaṃ, Literal meaning: Yaṃ) with the wind of bliss, Pushed upwards by the union of movement. Having the essence of the moving wind, The hero pulls down from the path. The wind where the wisdom of awareness abides, Dissolves into the realm of emptiness and space. When the outer and inner movements cease, Awareness abides in the state of bindu. The signs of bliss are arising and changing, Shaking, dust, and hair standing on end, Sound and bodily bliss flowing, Laughter and fainting, whatever arises, One should perform the ritual of stability and practice. If examining unfavorable and reversed dharmas, With the ritual of the stages of skillful means, Removing demons, incense, and suppression, One should examine as appropriate and real. On the experience of one's own body's bindu, Clearly merging without obstruction, Transforming ordinary clinging, And ripening the mastery of bliss, Pacifying memory, thoughts, and lineage, And pervading with the increase of great bliss, With the yoga of wind and bliss, Gathering all into one's control. Memory and thoughts abide in the state of A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: A). This is the inner sequence. Then the secret is to be explained, From the connection of skillful means and wisdom, The four secret activities arise, For the sake of those who practice austerities and the ordinary, To avert from the common path. Desire clings and the senses ripen, Possessing a qualified consort, The great bliss solitary place, the abode of bindus, All qualities and distinctions are perfected. The nature of inseparable union, Is the place where great bliss arises. The secret lotus opens and grows, Pacifying, increasing, magnetizing, and subduing as appropriate, Whatever abilities and blessings are possessed, Abiding in the state of secret bindu. In the secret hearth of the lotus, Whatever secret fire offering is offered, Not over years and months, Quickly transforms into the body of great bliss. From skillful means and wisdom arising, The essence, impurities, quintessence, and habitual tendencies, As well as the sun, moon, and bindu, Are the secret substances of great bliss offering. Separated from suffering and bliss, Clinging to the thought of that itself, Upon one's own lingam, The four secret vajra stakes are perfected, By establishing in the secret place, In the co-emergent samadhi, The four activities are perfected without seeking.
