I declare the vows. Relating to the one who possesses experience. I declare the uncommon vows. To the fearless one of realization. I declare the vows without transgression. To the one who has attained the grounds and perfected practice. I declare the vows of continuous samadhi. Connected with all attainments and realizations. This vow is the great vajra. Blessed by all the Buddhas. This, with its roots and branches, Having obtained and properly protected, It is said that even small qualities will be accomplished. Supreme and common, and so forth, All attainments and realizations, Whatever ritual and whatever samadhi, Whatever practice and whatever it may be, By striving diligently in a way that is not broken, One will surely quickly attain. If it is not blessed, The Vajradhara himself will be lost. The qualities of all the Victorious Ones, Arise from the vajra of vows, By relying on this sacred one, One becomes like a wish-fulfilling jewel. Of all the Victorious Ones of the three times, Body, speech, mind, and limbs, This sacred austerity to be protected, Is not to be transgressed by anyone, Abiding is sacred indeed, Those with inferior karma and fortune, Those of low birth, great laziness, Those of evil nature, Any foolish person who transgresses, Turning their back on the two attainments, Cursing the sacred ones, Committing offenses against all the Buddhas, The Vajra Holder becomes wrathful, And destroys even the seventh generation. The hosts of dakinis and vidyadharas, And the fierce, wrathful, and terrifying ones, Immediately cut off their lives, And they will be born in the hell realms. If it is destroyed, They will be born in another world, Until the sky is destroyed, Or the outer ocean is exhausted, They will not be liberated, never. Abandoning the sacred guru, And quarreling with vajra siblings, Not remembering the mind of bodhichitta, Forgetting mantras and mudras, Revealing secrets to unworthy vessels, And slandering the meaning of secrets, Here too, suffering will be experienced, In the instant of cessation, immediately, Separated from the intermediate body, They will be born in the Vajra Hell. Wherever the roots and branches are complete, The dharma to be protected and bestowed, Connected with the common empowerment, Having become the object of the common masses, That is the common thing to be protected, This is the outer vow.

Words. The mind that combines skillful means and wisdom, The stages of the path of the five minds of bindus. When all awareness is clear, The experience of the non-duality of bindus arises. By transforming the essence of the bliss bindu, The six aggregates are self-appearing friends of the bindu. Since everything is blessed by the bindu, Everything is clear as the great bliss mudra. The bindu is not something to be spoken of, But through the bliss of union of chakras, Ordinary bliss is transformed into power. Experience the intention and conduct of the Victorious Ones through skillful means, Completely reverse ordinary clinging. For those with skillful means, the meaning is the secret meaning, The five mandalas of light in one's own heart, Through the stages of arising and ceasing, Like the great skillful means secret bindu, Knowing it, one abides without abandoning it. The five spontaneously abiding essences, Are the appearance of the meaning of one's own body as a support, Through the ways of pervading movement, They abide in the way of purity and impurity. One's own body's thoughts, purity and impurity, As well as colors, branches, and twigs, Knowing them as the five bliss wisdoms, It is said to be great bliss itself. The five elements are born from essence, Everything is the nature of the bindu, Having the taste of the five wisdoms, It is truly said to be the five Victorious Ones. Skillful means and wisdom are vajra intertwined, The light of the stages of the sun and moon is clear. When the five minds are clear in the sky, Having a support and being without a support are non-dual, The co-emergent wisdom appears. Before it is seized, take it with the vajra tongue, All the thoughts of duality, Are blessed into the one taste of great bliss. The mind of bliss, inseparable for an instant, Abides firmly, not separating in the three times. Through the recitation of wind and bindu, Everything is clear as the great bliss mudra. Great bliss is through skillful means and experience, It is not reached by words and speech. Through the bliss of the meeting of two unions, Ordinary exhaustion is combined with great bliss. What cannot be given by anyone else, Now the ability to do it is experienced by oneself. This false meaning of others, Is shown to be true through skillful means. For the sake of abandoning ordinary clinging, Free from faults and caution. At the time of birth, ability, and abiding, The five natures are naturally accomplished. From each of one's own channels and essences, The nectar abides without separation. The five elements, faculties, forms, and so on, Through the blessing of the union of those with skillful means, It is known as great bliss co-emergent. The sun and moon are held by the wind, Free from characteristics, from the essence, Without clinging
