It should be explained. Even the great mandala, its light has not manifested as it is, but through this (method) it will be realized, therefore it is called "superior." By what, to what, with what symbol, it is close to symbolizing in a superior way, and relying on what, what is accomplished, for the sake of superior and swift accomplishment, therefore, this is called superior. From what, what through this method, manifesting superiorly is superior. The body, speech, and mind of all Buddhas, by what method are they manifested, because it is not the actual essence, therefore it is shown as an image. Relying on the means of what, as if appearing similar to it, for the disciples who have not seen but have faith, this is precisely the means similar to it, not the real thing, similar therefore it is an image. It is the nature of all Buddhas. Immeasurable wisdom is perfectly complete, the form of the five self-arisen wisdoms, appears in the face of the stainless disciples. Its qualities, with the image, for the individuals who have defiled attachments, the form of body, speech, and mind, in order to symbolize similarly, therefore it is an image. Because in the essence of the Dharmadhatu, there is no difference or distinction, but being subject to faith and fierce (afflictions), by what, what cannot be subdued, in order to spread compassion to all, therefore, the Sambhogakaya and Nirmanakaya mandalas are shown. For the attached and the arrogant, in order to subdue with skillful means and fierce (methods), therefore, thus corresponding to each, it is explained as the two, superior and image. Where auspicious and pleasing, above and below, the four directions and four intermediate directions, with goodness and pleasing, without obstruction. The inner and outer mountains are the excellence of monasteries. Carefully examine one's own land, examine the omens with "Pra" and "Nyams," abandon the impure and bad omens, adopt the pure and delightful. The land is blessed and auspicious. If in order to pacify disputes, to the visible and invisible owners, with joy and without interruption, make requests. In order to control it, compose all the parts of the ritual, satisfy them with offerings and joy, then the land deity is controlled. Eliminate common faults and purify, cultivate the mind in the Dharma that does not cling to things, in order to quickly achieve Siddhi and be delightful, cultivate inner and outer great purity. The essence of the nature's blessing of all things, abiding from the beginning uncreated, with the superior truth being inseparable, bless as the essence of deities and palaces.
