There is no one who abides in evil destinies, abides in the Dharma, and enters the Three Jewels. Driven by anger, with an extremely cruel mind, obscured by desire, hatred, and ignorance, fierce and chaotic, seizing the lives and minds of others, troubled by the ten non-virtuous actions, tormented by afflictions and near afflictions, devouring each other, and dwelling on the wrong path, these three realms will be destroyed. Therefore, the Tathagatas who abide in previous vows, and the great lord of secrets, having observed, extracted from their own body, speech, and mind vajra the wrathful mandala radiating light. Nagas and yakshas, and asuras and those belonging to the retinue, do not be afraid! No one can overcome my power, thus he boasted. Hey, Indra and Brahma and Vishnu, you are also great beings with great power in the world, use your respective powers and magical abilities to reassure your respective evil retinues! Thus he commanded. Then Indra and, Brahma and, Vishnu immediately showed all their power, uttering vajra sounds and loud laughter, and said to their respective retinues: Do not be afraid, do not panic! Thus it is proclaimed. Then, the Bhagavan, the King of Wrathful Wisdom, manifested the Wrathful Queen Krodhi from the realm of Suchness, and dissolved into the joy of the play of joyful radiance with a "Hi Hi." From the clouds of Bodhicitta, the three thousand worlds were filled with wrathful beings by saying "Phat Phat Vajra Krodha Jvala Mandala Hala Hala (藏文，梵文天城体，Vajra Krodha Jvala Mandala hala hala，Vajra Krodha Jvala Mandala hala hala)." Then, the Bhagavan, the Great Joy, appeared as nine heads, eighteen arms, and eight legs. Then, delighted, he uttered "Hum Hum Hum," and from the nine heads and eighteen arms, by the power of subduing, transformed into three heads, six arms, and four legs, dwelling amidst the churning ocean of blood, upon a skeleton. Those wrathful beings also subdued all the arrogant ones of the ten directions, and gathered again. Some transformed into the Great Vajra Blood-Drinker, subduing Indra and his retinue. Some transformed into the Jewel Blood-Drinker, subduing Brahma and his retinue. Some transformed into the Great Lotus Blood-Drinker, subduing Mahadeva and his retinue. Some transformed into the Karma Blood-Drinker, subduing Vishnu and his retinue. Those wrathful beings guided the inner liberation of those arrogant ones, drank their blood, and chewed their bones. Then, delighted, he uttered "Om Rulu Rulu Dza Dza (藏文，梵文天城体，Om rulu rulu dza dza，Om rulu rulu dza dza)," and all the retinues of the twelve Great Powers and the eight Powers were subdued in an instant, like iron being drawn to a magnet. The body of the Bhagavan, the Great Glorious One, remained entwined in eight forms. The four Blood-Drinkers remained entwined in five forms each. Delighted, he uttered "Haha," and from Bodhicitta emerged the assemblies of White Women, Thief Women, Incense Women, Fierce Women, Ignorant Women, Ash-Making Women, Mole-Faced Women, and the Mamo assemblies.
