Thus it was spoken. All the vajra eaters, are indeed those who eat everything. Having pleased them with the fierce vajra, one is well ascertained in the Great Vehicle. The Lord of Lanka, that noble being, for the sake of the dakinis and so forth, for the sake of the subtle impure ones, made the vajra nectar, thus it was spoken. Vajra spoken nectar, is a means of uncertain drinking. Having pleased them with the subtle vajra, one is well ascertained in the vajra secret. The Lord of Lanka, that noble being, made the infinite vajra, thus it was spoken. If there are as many worlds as dust particles, as many wrong thoughts as disagreeing dust particles, with that many antidotes subduing thoughts, combine in the vajra Great Vehicle realm. Whatever various infinite moving dust particles, are spoken according to whatever one desires, having pleased sentient beings with the vajra, one is well ascertained in the mind-nature Great Vehicle. Lord of Lanka, for what purpose do they perform the deeds of speech? In the great sutra that gathers the intentions of all the Buddhas, the chapter that completely fulfills the deeds of speech is the fortieth chapter. Then, the Lord of Secrets said to the Lord of Lanka: Lord of Lanka, furthermore, for what purpose do you perform various means, it is like this: Because the objects to which they relate are distinct and infinite, the deeds also appear to be distinct and infinite. For some objects, they ripen them with purity, for some objects, they ripen them with impurity, for some objects, by abandoning purity, for some objects, with instructions, for some objects, with madness, for some objects, with gentleness, for some objects, with harshness, for some objects, with both, for some objects, with fear, for some objects, with liberation, for some objects, with mud, for some objects, with confusion, for some objects, with darkness, for some objects, with strife, for some objects, with oppression, for some objects, with burning, for some objects, with raising up, for some objects, with not raising up, for some objects, with harm, for some objects, with not harming, for some objects, with violence, for some objects, with non-violence, for some objects, with disparagement, for some objects, with praise, for some objects, with regret, for some objects, with non-regret, for some objects, with thickness, for some objects, with flattery, for some objects, with harshness, for some objects, with soothing, for some objects, with giving, for some objects, with taking back, for some objects, with contentment, for some objects, with naming, for some objects, with form.
