Is it the touch of the vow? The feeling has become perfect. Where does the feeling reside? Is it the feeling of equanimity? We think that power and strength have arisen from before. We think that magical powers have arisen. We think that power has been obtained. We think that wisdom has dawned. Such a source, the secret and sacred of all Buddhas, is so profound, so vast, supremely rich, and excellent. You, the great being who has made us see this, are our father. You are our mother. Not only you, the great being, but anyone who dwells in this sacred place will be our father. Will be our mother. Even if the world turns upside down, your teachings will not be reversed. Alas! Great being, not to mention you, anyone who dwells in your sacred place, like the wish-fulfilling jewel on the crown of the lord of the gods, we will place them on the crown of our heads. His wife, son, daughter, wealth, servant, maidservant, retinue, relatives, all relatives, all people of the place and region who completely protect the Dharma, we will also protect, save, and hide. Those who harm those who protect the Dharma, whether human or non-human, we will completely destroy and annihilate. We will set boundaries and bind them. Whatever those people think and whatever they entrust, even if it is small, we will completely accomplish it like a servant. Those people also protect the Dharma, abide by the Dharma, and make everything of ours come true as desired. The secret mantras of the great gods, the source of the world's manifest signs, the Vajra mighty one speaks of those with manifest power, and the vow substances, auspicious signs, and auspicious symbols, we will also hold them for the sake of being connected with us. Why is that? That is because those are our sacred places. Alas! Great being, like this, our secret mantra, the one with manifest power, is the one with the four branches of approach and accomplishment.
