If the karmic connection from the past is strong, do not be careless, indifferent, or lazy. From the depths of your heart, please look now, compassionate Victorious One! Having said this, he shattered the mountain of his pride, manifested his body as a lion, and offered it to the throne beneath his feet. This is the twenty-eighth chapter from the great sutra that gathers the intentions of all Buddhas, revealing the suffering of the most inferior. Then, Vajra Rakshasa refuted the perverse view of the Karma Rakshasa, and in order to sever the obscurations of karma, he vehemently rebuked him with the eight great wrathful ones, as follows: This wicked, powerful sinner, From beginningless time, Is certain to wander in samsara. The root of all misdeeds lies within oneself, It is certain to be sinful. For countless eons, having taken many births, numerous bodies decay, flesh and bones as vast as the three thousand worlds, pus and blood accumulate into an ocean, yet it is wasted meaninglessly. No one forced you, it is your own karma. If even a fraction of that had been used for the sake of meaning, you would have already become a Buddha of meaning. Those great powerful ones who completely abandon their bodies, even by giving flesh, bones, and blood to beings threatened by hunger, can attain the bliss of uncontaminated liberation, what need is there to mention the profound meaning? Not daring to give up one's own body, clinging to the extreme of attachment, wandering in the three realms of samsara, tormented by the disease of suffering. This one imprisoned in the prison of existence, is certainly bound by knots in the sky. This one wandering in the darkness, is certainly at fault due to ignorance. This one sinking in the inescapable swamp, is certainly at fault due to desire and craving. This one tormented by the heat of evil thoughts, is certainly at fault due to the karma of heat. This one oppressed by the mountain of suffering, is certainly at fault due to the accumulation of pride. This one fallen into the whirlwind of samsara, is certainly at fault due to the wind of karma. You, Rudra (藏文：རུ་ཏྲ་，梵文天城体：रुद्र，梵文罗马拟音：Rudra，汉语字面意思：暴怒) who torment yourself, if you were originally a son of the Victorious Ones, why do you wander in the wheel of samsara? Therefore, this is your own karma, the nature of mind is like the sky, appearances are suddenly obscured by clouds. In order to purify appearances and thoughts, scatter them with the wind of the eon of wisdom. Initially, the fault lies in disobeying the teachings, then in accumulating the mountain of pride.

Then burn the wish-fulfilling jewel, and finally, by using the four objects, the meaning of the Great Vehicle of Yoga, either not understood or misunderstood, partially understood but not truly understood, not using the subtle points as they are, continuously creating the path of karma for falling into the lower realms, maturing into the fruit of the reversed path of samsara. Emaho! Heavy with negative karma, how pitiful! I am the one who acts on command, because the time to act on command has come, in order to liberate this one wandering in the lower realms from the place of samsara, the stream of negative karma must be cut off. This sin that has matured into a tangible object, will be killed with the vajra weapon of space. In the world of the eastern gate of the path, the one who cuts off the true path of liberation, the fierce and violent spirit with a vile nature, you obscure suchness. With true and certain wisdom, cut off the source, the root, arising from me. Grasping at self, and the thoughts of self, with reversed power and diligence, you become the guide, leading to evil places. Because it is the grasping at self, it will be destroyed by the power of selflessness and space. With the great method of controlling and subduing, and the power of manifest cutting, and the blessing of subjugation, suppress the lord of all obstacles of the three times. If the consciousness does not separate from the form, one can attain supreme liberation from the place of samsara. The immortal vajra bodhicitta, the water of emptiness wisdom nectar, is the nourishment for all who have drunk great poison, is the supreme physician who awakens the dead. The lord of Lanka spoke thus, the lineage of the black Rakshasa is completely purified.

Thereby, the definite meaning is definitely seen. The twenty-ninth chapter of the Great Sutra of the Collection of All Buddhas' Intentions, which completely trains the tantra. Then, in order to definitely move towards that, with the intention of raising the wheel of the feet with the head, one intends. Thus it is said, with the song called "Universally Known Transmission, Encouraging the Intentions of All Buddhas," one encourages. Om, since all dharmas are pure in nature, I am also pure in nature. Of all the Tathagatas, the supreme meaning of the vow is the self-nature, all sentient beings without exception, because they are combined to achieve the supreme, all the victorious ones, the ocean assembly, please generate me in the meaning of the body. Supreme wisdom, jewel crown, supreme, glorious aggregate, unsurpassed, all Buddhas, jewel assembly, I prostrate to the supremely victorious one. The wisdom of meaning, the supreme lord himself, the one who holds the supreme vajra, you are the lord of vows, please empower me as the sovereign king. Because I am empowered with the vajra manifest, all the Buddhas empower me today. All the भगवन् are supreme to me, for the sake of achieving the supreme, I take the vajra. You dwell in the vajra king, the vajra of body, speech, and mind, with the supreme vajra vow, please bestow the perfect accomplishment empowerment. All dharmas are of the nature of vajra, but the vajra also has no self-nature. Like a yogi of vajra, all meanings are clearly manifest as vajra. This is the melodious voice of the Buddhas, holding the vow of the wisdom being, the ascetic vow of the vajra being, I shall always hold it. Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽), protect the sacred vow of the Vajra Being, practice closely with the Wisdom Being, may the King of Knowledge dwell firmly in me, please nourish the secret sovereign, bestow supreme realization and generate joy in me, may all desires and attachments cause love to arise in me. The first Buddha, equal and compassionate, in all actions, may my mind be transformed into virtue, the Sugatas of the three times, in all my places, accomplish the Vajra Holder and the Vow Being. Tathagata, joy, joy, alas, may the vajra never abandon me forever.
