་གཟུགས་བཟང་བ། །རྣམ་དག་འོད་གསལ་ཉི་ཟླ་འབུམ་བདལ་ཞིང་། །དཔའ་བོ་འོད་ཟེར་སྟོང་འབར་ལྷམ་མེ་བ། །འཇིག་རྟེན་གསུམ་གྱིས་མཁན་སྟོན་པར་གྲགས། །ཁམས་གསུམ་འགྲོ་བ་ཀུན་གྱི་གཉེན་གཅིག་པོ། །བྱམས་མགོན་ཐུགས་རྗེའི་ལྷ་ཁྱོད་དགོངས་སུ་གསོལ། །བདག་ནི་ཐོག་མ་མེད་པའི་དུས་མཐའ་ནས། །ལམ་ལོག་ལམ་སྟོར་སྲིད་པའི་འཁོར་ལོར་འཁྱམས། །སྔོན་ཚེ་ལས་ལོག་སྲིད་པ་སྤྱད་པས་ནོངས། །སྡིག་པའི་ལས་རྣམས་ཅི་སྤྱད་རབ་གནོད་འགྱོད། །དར་ཅིང་དྲེགས་པའི་ལས་དབང་དེ་བཙན་ནས། །འཁོར་བའི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་རྒྱ་མཚོར་བྱིང་འགྱུར་ཏེ། །ཞེ་སྡང་འབར་བའི་མེས་ནི་རང་རྒྱུད་བསྲེགས། །གཏི་མུག་མུན་པ་འཐིབས་པོས་ཤེས་རབ་ལྡོངས། །འདོད་ཆགས་རྒྱ་མཚོའི་འདམ་དུ་རྣམ་ཤེས་བྱིང་། །ང་རྒྱལ་དྲག་པོའི་རི་བོས་ངན་འགྲོར་མནན། །ཕྲག་དོག་རླུང་དམར་ཚུབ་མས་འཁོར་བར་གཡེངས། །བདག་ཏུ་ལྟ་བའི་མདུད་པ་དམ་པོས་བཅིངས། །འདོད་པ་མེ་མདག་དོང་འདྲའི་འོབས་སུ་ལྷུང་། །སྡུག་བསྔལ་དྲག་པོ་མི་ཟད་ཆར་དུ་འབབ། །འདི་འདྲའི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་ཤིན་ཏུ་བཟོད་དཀའ་ཞིང་། །སྡིག་པའི་ལས་དབང་དྲག་པོ་མེ་འབར་བས། །རྣམ་ཤེས་དབང་པོ་མྱུ་གུ་གདུངས་འགྱུར་ཏེ། །ཕུང་པོ་སྒྱུ་མའི་ལུས་ཀྱིས་མི་བཟོད་ན། །བྱམས་མགོན་ཐུགས་ རྗེ་ཅན་གྱིས་བཟོད་ལགས་སམ། །བདག་ནི་བླུན་རྨོངས་ལས་ངན་སྡིག་པོ་ཆེ། །ལས་ཀྱི་དབང་གིས་འདོད་ཁམས་རུ་ཏྲར་སྐྱེས། །སྐྱེས་པས་འགྱོད་དོ་ལས་ལ་ཡི་རེ་ཆད། །ཡི་ཆད་འགྱོད་ཀྱང་ལས་དབང་བཅོས་སུ་མེད། །ལས་ཀྱི་ཤུགས་ནི་ཆུ་བོའི་གཞུང་དང་འདྲ། །ལས་དབང་ཆུ་ཀླུང་འཕྲལ་དུ་ག་ལ་ཟློགས། །རྣམ་སྨིན་ཐམས་ཅད་རང་གི་ལས་ལས་བྱུང་། །ལས་ཀྱི་རླུང་དམར་དྲག་པོ་དེས་བདས་པས། །བདག་ནི་དེང་སྔོན་བསྐལ་པ་གྲངས་མེད་དུ། །འཁོར་བའི་བཙོན་ར་མུན་པར་འཁྱམས་པ་ལ། །ཉེ་གནས་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་ཐུགས་རྗེའི་བྱིན་བརླབས་ཀྱིས། །ལས་དང་ཉོན་མོངས་སྒྲིབ་པ་གཏན་སྦྱངས་ནས། །མ་ལྟར་བྱམས་པའི་ཞབས་དྲུང་ད་ལྟར་འཁོད། །ཉི་ལྟར་འོད་འབར་ཟླ་ལྟར་མདངས་གསལ་བའི། །ཐུགས་རྗེའི་ཞལ་ཉིད་བལྟ་བས་མི་ངོམས་པའི། །ཐོག་མ་མེད་ནས་མ་རིག་ལིང་ཐོག་གིས། །ལྡོངས་པའི་ཆུ་བུར་མིག་གིས་མ་མཐོང་ན། །འགྲོ་བའི་མགོན་ཁྱོད་དེང་སྔ་གང་ན་བཞུགས། །ལས་དབང་དྲག་པོ་ཤིན་ཏུ་མི་བཟད་པས། །ཤིན་ཏུ་སྐྲག་ཅིང་སྐྱི་གཡའ་རབ་འཇིགས་ནས། །དུང་དུང་གདུངས་པའི་སྨྲེ་སྔགས་འདི་འདོན་ཅིང་། །ཉམ་ཐག་ཕོངས་པའི་ང་རོ་གདོན་ལགས་ན། །བྱམས་མགོན་ཐུགས་རྗེས་དུས་འདིར་མ་དགོང

身形美好。 清净光明如日月般遍照， 勇士光芒万丈，熠熠生辉， 为世间三界所称道的导师。 三界众生唯一的亲友， 慈悲怙主，请您垂听！ 我从无始以来， 迷途歧路，漂泊于轮回之轮。 往昔所为，违背正道，行于世俗而犯错， 所造罪业，深感懊悔。 因骄慢自大的业力所迫， 沉溺于轮回苦海之中， 嗔恨之火焚烧着自己的心续， 愚痴的黑暗遮蔽了智慧， 贪欲之海的泥潭中，意识沉沦， 强烈的我慢之山压迫着堕入恶趣， 嫉妒的狂风席卷着轮回， 紧紧地束缚于我执的绳索， 欲望如火坑，坠入深渊， 猛烈的痛苦如无尽的雨水倾泻。 如此痛苦，实在难以忍受， 罪恶的业力如烈火般燃烧， 意识和感官如幼苗般被煎熬， 虚幻不实的身体无法承受， 慈悲的怙主您能忍受吗？ 我愚昧无知，业障深重，罪大恶极， 因业力所牵，生于欲界鲁扎。 既已出生，深感后悔，对业力彻底失望， 即使失望后悔，业力也无法改变。 业力的力量如同河流般奔腾， 业力的洪流怎能立即阻挡？ 一切果报皆由自己的业力所生， 被业力的狂风猛烈地驱赶， 我从过去无量劫以来， 在轮回的黑暗监狱中漂泊流浪， 如今依靠近侍您的慈悲加持， 彻底清净了业和烦恼的障碍， 如慈母般爱护的您的足下，现在得以安住。 如太阳般光芒四射，如月亮般明亮皎洁的， 慈悲的面容，百看不厌， 从无始以来，被无明的障翳所蒙蔽， 被白内障遮蔽的眼睛无法看见， 众生的怙主您如今身在何处？ 业力猛烈，实在难以忍受， 非常恐惧，毛骨悚然，极其害怕， 发出悲痛的哀嚎和呻吟， 发出可怜贫困的哀鸣之声， 慈悲的怙主，请您此刻垂听！

With a beautiful form. Pristine and radiant, like a million suns and moons spreading, A heroic figure, blazing with a thousand rays of light, Known as the teacher by the three realms. The sole friend of all beings in the three realms, Compassionate protector, deity of compassion, please listen! From the beginningless end of time, I have wandered astray, lost on the path, in the wheel of existence. In the past, I erred by acting against the path and indulging in worldly affairs, I deeply regret all the sins I have committed. Overwhelmed by the power of arrogance and pride, I am sinking into the ocean of suffering in samsara. The fire of hatred burns my own being, The thick darkness of ignorance obscures wisdom, Consciousness sinks into the mire of the ocean of desire, The mountain of intense pride crushes me into the lower realms, The whirlwind of jealousy scatters me in samsara, Tightly bound by the knot of self-grasping, Desire is like a fire pit, falling into an abyss, Intense suffering falls like an endless rain. Such suffering is extremely difficult to bear, And the intense power of sinful karma burns like fire, Consciousness and senses are scorched like sprouts, If the illusory body of aggregates cannot bear it, Will the compassionate protector be able to bear it? I am foolish, ignorant, with bad karma, a great sinner, Due to the power of karma, I was born as Rudra in the desire realm. Having been born, I regret it, and I am utterly disappointed in karma. Even with disappointment and regret, karma cannot be changed. The force of karma is like the course of a river, How can the torrent of karma be stopped immediately? All fruition arises from one's own karma, Driven by the fierce whirlwind of karma, I have wandered in the dark prison of samsara, For countless eons in the past. Now, through the blessing of your compassionate grace, As your close attendant, I have completely purified the obscurations of karma and afflictions, And now abide at the feet of the one who cherishes like a mother. Your compassionate face, blazing like the sun and clear like the moon, Is never tiring to behold. From beginningless time, obscured by the cataract of ignorance, If the eye covered by cataracts cannot see, Where have you, protector of beings, been residing all this time? The force of karma is intense and unbearable, Extremely frightened, with goosebumps, and utterly terrified, I utter this lament and moan with longing, If I, a wretched and impoverished being, am crying out in distress, Compassionate protector, please consider me at this time!
