I, the Lord of Speech, manifested in various forms, listening to the authority of "Hrih," he struck his tongue and admonished, saying, "May you also sleep peacefully," and he agreed, then awoke again. In the fourteenth heaven, hearing that the glorious Vajra Essence deity was unparalleled, he took possession of him and proclaimed, "All are subject to Ubla Jenben," regarding him as the supreme, without equal. However it may be, when the black liberation matures into the black Rudra, at that time, the capable youth is the essence of Bodhicitta, transformed into the Suchness of Vajrasattva. At that time, the great and perfect holy being is known as Vajradhara. In the great sutra that gathers the intentions of all Buddhas, the twenty-second chapter is called "The Chapter on the Realm of Activity of Black Rudra." End of the fourth volume. Thereafter, all the Tathagatas gathered at the essence of Bodhicitta, destroyed emptiness, and caused the holy being to appear in emptiness. His voice resounded there: Holy being, your pure land activities are complete, why manifest perfect enlightenment? The Buddha's activities are not complete, why attain enlightenment? Without manifesting different appearances, why manifest perfect enlightenment? Such a voice resounded, from which the voice of emptiness arose: All you Tathagatas, by what cause does the pure land activity become complete? Likewise, the Buddha's activities and the manifestation of different appearances are accomplished. Such a voice resounded. Again, from the Suchness of all, urged by three exhortations, the first voice resounded thus: Emptiness does not move in the sky, the unmoving one goes to the place of bliss, Suchness without object or concept, please generate various concepts. Thus it resounded. There, again from that holy being, such a voice arose: From the state of non-conceptuality, in permanence, the emptiness that arises from discrimination, is the great discrimination, non-conceptuality is the cause of conceptuality.

Thus it is said from the Suchness of all. From the essence of the sphere of the sky, the light of self-nature appearing everywhere, the realm of compassion pervading all, may you increase the boundless kingdom. Thus it is said. Again, the noble being himself said thus. The source of all, the basis of all, the realm of Dharma, unborn, unceasing, appearing everywhere, beyond speech, thought, and expression, the mother who gives rise to the boundless and infinite. Thus it is said. Again, the Suchness of all says thus. If you make various appearances, from the wisdom of the mudra of speech, the Buddhas appear as letters, may you increase the wisdom of letters. Thus it is said. Again, the noble being himself said thus. That itself is the nature of letters, the self-arisen wisdom is clear in (Tibetan: མུྃ, Devanagari: मुṃ, Romanized Sanskrit: mum, Literal meaning: Mum). The nature of mind itself is letters, various letters appear in (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum). The nature of the letters of the Victorious Ones, the mudra letters (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओṃ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal meaning: Om) and so on, all are the nature of letters, the unborn secret letter (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: A). Thus it is said. Again, the Suchness of all says thus. By perfecting the wisdom of the Perfection of Wisdom, showing the door of yogic knowledge, making the sign of the mind appear, may you increase the wisdom of liberation. Thus it is said. Again, the noble being himself said thus. The wisdom of all Buddhas always arises from non-conceptualization. The non-conceptual, liberating wisdom is the mind. Conceptualization appears as a sign of conceptualization. Thus it is said. Again, the Suchness of all says thus. From the mirror of emptiness and non-conceptualization, unborn and unceasing forms appear, just like a rainbow appearing in the sky. Please arise as a mudra from the sphere. Thus it is said. Again, the noble being himself said thus. Although one does not focus on Suchness, the realm of self-nature appearing everywhere, because it is unmixed and completely perfect, the supreme form of the mudra appears. Thus it is said. Thus, by the first incitement, by inciting it to completion, that noble being himself, that is, the realm of emptiness, from that the form of emptiness appears, just as the circle of the moon in the water appears, or like a rainbow appearing in the sky, and the uncertain wisdom arises.
