It is opening, untying, and issuing. Which of the six branches is famous? The six, seeing, hearing, feeling, tasting, touching, and knowing, are the branches that cut off arising and entering. What are the four sutras of the Lord of Lanka? They are: the sutra of the base, the sutra of the object, the sutra of the appearance, and the sutra of the entering. And also like this, the four sutras, the base, the object, the appearance, and the entering, are explained according to the scriptures. O Lord of Lanka, the sutra of the base is like this: the base is what children think like this, they manifestly cling to the formless name, the very nature of the non-existent realm is that, it arises as the essence of all consciousness, the knowable itself appears as the object, it is the cause of making everything arise, it is originally unborn by nature, uncreated spontaneously luminous, without cause or condition, therefore unconditioned, never completely ceasing in all realms, knowing but not clearly appearing, arising simultaneously, pervading, abandoning, the very nature of non-existence, non-conceptual, free from discernment, in the very suchness of the non-conceptual, how many moments are there, like a river with continuity, it also has constant arising and ceasing. There is no cessation as one, not appearing like separate boundaries, the one who distinguishes and differentiates, where is there saying 'this' and 'that'? The dharma gathered by two words, everything is everything itself, universally going, universally entering, universally applying, not distinguishing various phenomena, it is the very nature of movement and arrangement, it is completely experiencing, cutting, and holding that, the one with five qualities, the one who is complete in front, that is the one who is equal to all, whatever is clung to, that is held and not abandoned, like the sky with opportunity, all dharmas have the opportunity to abide and arise, it is taking with arising and non-arising etc., condition does not possess two, in the very undetermined suchness, it abides in all places, whatever condition is met, that is it. The root of all dharmas is one, that has two aspects of continuity and power, named base and support, the difference between ignorance and wisdom appears. The base is universally going and ignorant of everything, there is no place for clinging to appearances, the support is the base, application, appearance, and, unchanging, pure, the place without seeking, those each are two, cause and effect, whatever the former is, whatever, the latter is the cause of ripening, like that, it arises universally in a cycle. The five supports, that continuity, that power, appear as five yogas, antidote.
