Also having realized, "Thus, you should prophesy to the retinue." Thus he spoke. The chapter on realizing that mandalas cannot be generated from the Mind of Enlightenment, the All-Creating King, is the sixty-second chapter. Then, the Mind of Enlightenment, the All-Creating King, spoke this realization that empowerment is permissible. O courageous Vajra, understand this meaning definitively. I am the Teacher, the All-Creating King. The three bodies of the Teacher arising from me have prophesied that there is a means of empowerment. By clinging to the path of conceptualization of signs, one will not see my nature and will wander for eons. O, I am the Teacher, the All-Creating King. Because my nature, the All-Creating, is understood to be pervasive, and because there is no duality in me, understand that empowerment and non-empowerment are devoid of meaning. To those who delight in signs and numbers, the number of empowerments and the order of empowerment are shown. To those who abide in the unconditioned meaning, the order of abiding in the non-empowered nature is shown. O, because the nature of the All-Creating King is all-pervasive, for the yogi who enters and understands in this way, by understanding the meaning of abiding in the non-empowered nature, prophesy that there is no attainment of empowerment. O, I, the Teacher of Teachers, the All-Creating King, having realized that there is no attainment of empowerment, and having prophesied it, having attained the empowerment of the unborn, pure mind, one will not strive for the empowerment of the ten natures. One will not hope for the empowerment of mantras and mudras. One's mind will not cling to the empowerment of substances and signs. Because one's own lineage is pure, one will not meditate on the deities of signs. There are no planets, stars, or seasonal sequences. O, as I, the King of Teachers, have realized, the three bodies of the Teacher, because the three have not realized it, because they are obscured from the meaning of the ten natures, they have not realized my nature, the All-Creating. O, I, the Teacher of Teachers, the All-Creating King, from the first three bodies of the Teacher of the retinue, have prophesied the unconditioned nature as it is. One does not rely on the gods of the world of signs. One does not rely on the sangha. One is not dependent on empowerment. Because one is complete in the empowerment of unborn awareness, by placing oneself in ease without seeking, all meanings are complete. O, I am the Teacher, the All-Creating King. The three bodies of the Teacher are arranged by me. The scriptures spoken by them are also arranged by me. There is no need to praise oneself. O.

Thus, by realizing the nature of the all-creator, one realizes the nature of the all-creator. Realize the nature of the all-creator, my own nature, and do not rely on the power of clinging to names and signs. Thus it was said. The sixty-third chapter, the chapter on the empowerment of realizing self-origination, from the Bodhicitta All-Creating King, is complete. Then, the Bodhicitta All-Creating King spoke of this realization that the path is not to be traveled. O teacher of teachers, the All-Creating King's nature abides as unborn and one. Because it is difficult to directly realize the unborn, the first of the retinue, the three bodies of the teacher, in order to settle each in their own desired path, showed that the distinctions of the path can be traveled. In order to lead to the meaning through small minds, I realized it in the honest words. O accumulation and joining paths, seeing and meditating paths, the ultimate sequence, hundreds of thousands of eons, three lifetimes, seven times, etc., realize that they are accomplished at that time, but they will not realize my path. O All-Creating King, the path I have spoken of, to my own unborn nature, entering and not entering, is far beyond words, therefore, realize that the path is not to be traveled. The appearance as five paths is the number of conceptual names and signs, since I myself have transcended the realm of names and signs, therefore, the path of names and signs cannot be traveled. O All-Creating, my path has no sequence, because the unborn great bindu is one, because of realizing the nature of one, realize that the path is not to be traveled, as one. O teacher of teachers, the All-Creating King, I, there is no sequential path to enter me, because self-originated wisdom is perfected at once, by placing the un-traveled nature, it becomes traveled. Therefore, Vajra Bodhisattva, you yourself, do not travel to me sequentially. O I am the nature of boundless space, like walking to the edge of space and reaching the end, wishing to travel my nature by the path, within the end, there is nothing greater than that. Therefore, Vajra Bodhisattva, after realization, you should proclaim it within the retinue. Now, after proclaiming my nature, all will also realize my nature, will not cling to the path of worldly names and signs, will not argue about the path of nominal words.
