སྣའི་ནད་མ་ཡིན། ལྕེའི་ནད་མ་ཡིན། ཁའི་ནད་མ་ཡིན། སོའི་ནད་མ་ཡིན། མཆུའི་ནད་མ་ཡིན། མགྲིན་པའི་ནད་མ་ཡིན། རྣ་བར་ཟུག་པ་མ་ཡིན། ལག་པའི་ནད་མ་ཡིན། རྒྱབ་ཀྱི་ནད་མ་ཡིན། ཆུ་སོའི་ནད་མ་ཡིན། གཞང་འབྲུམ་གྱི་ནད་མ་ཡིན། གཅིན་ནད་མ་ཡིན། འཁྲུ་བའི་ནད་མ་ཡིན། ཤུ་བའི་ནད་མ་ཡིན། བརླའི་ནད་མ་ཡིན། བྱིན་པའི་ནད་མ་ཡིན། རྐང་པའི་ནད་མ་ཡིན། ནད་ཐམས་ཅད་མི་འབྱུང་ངོ་། །འདི་ལྟ་སྟེ། བས་ལྡག་དང་། ལྷོག་པ་དང་། མེ་དཔལ་དང་། ལྟོ་ན་བ་དང་། གཡན་པ་དང་། ཕོལ་མིག་དང་། ཁྱི་རྔོ་དང་། མཛེ་དང་། རྐང་ཤུ་ལ་སོགས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་ཐམས་ཅད་དུ་མི་འབྱུང་། ཀླད་པ་ན་བ་མ་ཡིན། གཞོགས་ཕྱེད་ན་བ་མ་ཡིན། ལོང་བར་མི་འགྱུར། ཞར་བར་མི་འགྱུར། སྒུར་པོ་མ་ཡིན། ཕ་རོལ་གྱི་མཐུས་འཆི་བར་མི་འགྱུར། འོན་པར་མི་འགྱུར། ཤ་བཀྲ་ཅན་དུ་མི་འགྱུར། བརྙས་ཤིང་གནས་པར་མི་འགྱུར་ཏེ། ཡོན་ཏན་གྱི་ཁྱད་པར་འདི་དག་ཆོས་དང་ལྡན་པར་འབྱུང་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །འཆི་བའི་ཚེ་ན་ཡང་སྤོབས་པ་མི་ཟད་པར་འགྱུར། སེམས་འཁྲུགས་པས་དུས་བྱེད་པར་མི་འགྱུར། དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཞལ་མངོན་སུམ་དུ་བསྟན་ནས་དབུགས་འབྱིན་པ་མཛད་པར་འགྱུར། ལུས་ལ་བྱད་དང་གཡེངས་བྱེད་ཀྱིས་མི་ཚུགས། ལུས་ལ་སྔགས་ཀྱི་སྦྱོར་བས་མི་ཚུགས། བདེ་བར་གཉིད་ཀྱིས་ལོག་པར་འགྱུར། བདེ་བར་སད་པར་འགྱུར། རྨི་ལམ་ན་ཡང་སངས་རྒྱས་བརྒྱ་སྟོང་མཐོང་བར་འགྱུར། དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའི་ཚོགས་ཀྱིས་བསྐོར་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་མཐོང་བར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། གསང་བའི་གཟུངས་ཀྱི་མཐུས་ཡོན་ཏན་གྱི་ཁྱད་པར་དེ་ལྟ་བུ་འབྱུང་ངོ་ཞེས་སྨྲ་བ་མཐོང་ངོ་། །དེ་ནས་དྲང་སྲོང་དེ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་དགའ་བ་སྙིང་ལ་རེག་ཅིང་སྤྲོ་བ་ཐོབ་ནས་མར་སར་གྱི་གོང་བུ་བཞུ་བ་བཞིན་དུ་ལུས་ཞིག་ནས་ཞུ་བའི་ཁུ་བ་དེ་སའི་ནང་དུ་ཐིམ་མོ། །དེ་ནས་ས་གཞི་དེ་ལས་སྨྱིག་མའི་ མདེའུ་གསེར་གྱི་ཁ་དོག་ཅན། རྩ་བ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་སྣ་བདུན་ལས་བྱས་པ། ལོ་མ་གསེར་ལས་བྱས་པ། རྩེ་མོ་མུ་ཏིག་ལས་བྱས་པ། བཀྲ་བ། བལྟ་ན་སྡུག་པ། སྟོབས་དང་ལྡན་པ། གཟི་དང་ལྡན་པ། དྲི་ཞིམ་པ། ཤིན་ཏུ་ཡིད་དུ་འོང་བ་གསུམ་སྐྱེས་སོ། །སྨྱིག་མའི་མདེའུ་དེ་རྣམས་ཟླ་བ་བཅུ་ལོན་པ་དང་གས་ཏེ། དེ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་དབུས་ནས་ཁྱེའུ་གཟུགས་བཟང་པོ་མཛེས་པ། བལྟ་ན་སྡུག་པ། ཁ་དོག་རྒྱས་པ་མཆོག་དང་ལྡན་པ་གསུམ་བྱུང་ངོ་། །དེ་ནས་ཁྱེའུ་དེ་རྣམས་ཕྱོགས་དེ་ཉིད་དུ་དེའི་དྲུང་ན་སྐྱིལ་མོ་ཀྲུང་བཅས་ཏེ་སྒོམ་ཞིང་འཁོ

不是鼻子的疾病，不是舌头的疾病，不是嘴巴的疾病，不是牙齿的疾病，不是嘴唇的疾病，不是喉咙的疾病，不是耳朵的疼痛，不是手的疾病，不是背部的疾病，不是水肿的疾病，不是痔疮的疾病，不是尿液的疾病，不是腹泻的疾病，不是疥疮的疾病，不是大腿的疾病，不是臀部的疾病，不是脚的疾病，一切疾病都不会产生。 就像这样：痘疹和，肿胀和，火焰疮和，腹痛和，瘙痒和，疝气和，犬吠和，麻风和，脚癣等等一切都不会产生。不是头痛，不是偏头痛，不会变成瞎子，不会变成瘸子，不是驼背，不会被他人的力量杀死，不会变成聋子，不会变成白癜风患者，不会被轻视和居住，这些功德的差别会与佛法相应而产生。 临死的时候也不会失去勇气，不会因为心烦意乱而死亡，所有如来都会显现真容并进行呼吸。身体不会被诅咒和迷惑所侵扰，身体不会被咒语的结合所侵扰，会安乐地入睡，会安乐地醒来，即使在梦中也会见到成百上千的佛陀，会见到被如来菩萨众眷顾的一切，凭借秘密陀罗尼的力量，会产生如此功德的差别，如此宣说，如此见到。 之后，那些仙人的喜悦触及内心，获得欢快，如同酥油融化成团，身体消融，融化的液体渗入地下。 之后，从那片土地上生长出竹 箭，颜色是金色的，根部由七宝制成，叶子由黄金制成，尖端由珍珠制成，闪耀，美丽，具有力量，具有光泽，气味芬芳，非常令人愉快，生长出三根。那些竹箭满了十个月后裂开，从那些竹箭的中央出现了三个相貌英俊、美丽、容光焕发、具有殊胜之相的男童。之后，那些男童就在那个方向，在那位仙人面前结跏趺坐，禅修并转动。

Not a disease of the nose, not a disease of the tongue, not a disease of the mouth, not a disease of the teeth, not a disease of the lips, not a disease of the throat, not an earache, not a disease of the hand, not a disease of the back, not a disease of dropsy, not a disease of hemorrhoids, not a disease of urine, not a disease of diarrhea, not a disease of scabies, not a disease of the thigh, not a disease of the buttocks, not a disease of the feet, all diseases will not arise. Like this: pox and, swelling and, erysipelas and, stomachache and, itching and, hernia and, dog bark and, leprosy and, athlete's foot and so on, all will not arise at all. Not a headache, not a migraine, will not become blind, will not become lame, not a hunchback, will not be killed by the power of others, will not become deaf, will not become a person with vitiligo, will not be despised and dwell, these differences of qualities will arise in accordance with the Dharma. Even at the time of death, courage will not be exhausted, will not die from mental confusion, all the Tathagatas will show their faces and breathe. The body will not be disturbed by curses and distractions, the body will not be disturbed by the combination of mantras, will fall asleep peacefully, will wake up peacefully, even in dreams will see hundreds of thousands of Buddhas, will see all those surrounded by the assembly of Tathagata Bodhisattvas, by the power of the secret Dharani, such a difference of qualities will arise, so it is said, so it is seen. After that, the joy of those hermits touched their hearts, and they gained joy. Like butter melting into a ball, the body dissolved, and the melted liquid seeped into the ground. After that, from that ground grew bamboo arrows, the color of gold, the roots made of seven precious jewels, the leaves made of gold, the tips made of pearls, shining, beautiful, powerful, lustrous, fragrant, very pleasing, three grew. Those bamboo arrows cracked after ten months, and from the center of those bamboo arrows came three handsome, beautiful, radiant, and supremely endowed boys. After that, those boys sat in the lotus position in that direction, in front of that hermit, meditating and turning.
