All-illuminating radiance, immaculate subjugation, sound-emitting, unimpeded turning of the wheel of Dharma, turning the wheel of Dharma immediately upon generating the mind, turning the wheel of Dharma without obstruction, immaculate purity, complete purification of the eyes, wisdom without deception for all sentient beings, sound of melodious definitive proclamation, wisdom of the victorious ones, excellent prior arising, cloud sound, supreme joy king, joyful feast, constant diligence, Mount Meru peak holding, and so forth, possessing the unborn and the undying Dharma. Before the eyes of all those past, future, and present ones, I confess my faults as faults. I repent. I utterly destroy. I completely demolish. I reproach. Like a foolish child entering into wrong views, I beseech you to bear with the faults of being immersed in samsara. And to all those who belong to the realm of Dharma, even offering a single morsel of food, or cultivating loving-kindness, or practicing virtue inwardly and outwardly with body, speech, and mind, may all these be completely dedicated to unsurpassed, perfect, complete enlightenment. Just as the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, and the Bodhisattvas of the past, future, and present have manifested the nature of reality and dedicated, will dedicate, and are dedicating, so too do I dedicate. Just as the nature of reality, just as suchness, just as the ultimate reality, just as the realm of Dharma, just as emptiness, just as the state of omniscience, so do I dedicate. Homage to the Tathagata, the fragrance of the Mandarava flower! Tadyathā. bi ji ri mbha. u tpā da bya ya. bi ji ri mbha. staṃ bha ha ra. staṃ bha ha ra. a nū na. ta thā ga ta. bhū ta ko ṭi. bi ji ri mbha svā hā! The Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the past, future, and present, who are perfectly enlightened, first, I aspire: How to liberate those sentient beings who have not been liberated, to free those who have not been freed, to give breath to those who have not breathed, and to completely liberate those who have not been completely liberated from suffering.
