May it become a Buddha-field, immeasurable in expanse, with immeasurable adornments of qualities, seeing the most excellent and manifestly lofty array of all Buddha-fields, and may I, together with seeing, touching, hearing, and remembering, perfectly awaken to complete enlightenment. In that Buddha-field, may all beings who have been abandoned by all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, not clinging to "I," not clinging to "other," not clinging to renunciates, not clinging to Brahmins, not following the elders of lineage, of evil disposition, truly practicing sinful Dharma, burning their continuum, burning their thoughts, burning their seeds, severing roots of virtue, manifestly inclined towards the lower realms, possessing the five inexpiable sins, abandoning the holy Dharma of fierce Bodhisattvas, may they first gather in that Buddha-field. May I establish all of them on the path of peace, the unsurpassed state of Buddhahood. Then, however many beings are born in the three realms, may they arise from the second gathering in that field, and may I establish all of them in the wisdom of omniscience, having abandoned all habitual tendencies and connecting afflictions. Homage to the Tathagata Conch Light King! Tadyatha: Shamkhe, Shamkhe, Shanga Pandare Svaha. All the deeds of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, the perfectly enlightened Buddhas and Bodhisattvas gathered in the ten directions of the world, as they are, may I, as a single and unique being, joyfully increase the Dharma of the Buddhas step by step. The Buddhas, the Bhagavat, and the Bodhisattvas manifest the nature of emptiness, signlessness, medicinelessness, birthlessness, and cessationlessness, and from that, they also manifest the Dharma of the path to enlightenment. Having attained perfect enlightenment, may I turn the excellent wheel of Dharma, namely, the wheel of suchness, the wheel of the true limit, the wheel of thusness, the wheel of no birth, the wheel of no cessation, the wheel of emptiness, the wheel of signlessness, the wheel of wishlessness, the wheel of renunciation, the wheel of discrimination, the wheel of the aggregates, elements, and sense bases being unobservable, the wheel like space, the wheel of the indivisibility of the realm of Dharma, the wheel of abandoning all defilements that connect with habitual tendencies, and the wheel of unobservability from clinging to I and mine, permanence and annihilation, self and self-clinging, up to the appearance of clinging to the Hearers, Solitary Realizers, Bodhisattvas, and Perfectly Enlightened Buddhas. In short, may I turn such a wheel of Dharma that has no wheel and no turning. Having turned it, may I completely ripen all sentient beings. Having completely ripened them, for the sake of benefiting sentient beings, may I abide as long as the realm of sentient beings, the realm of karma, the realm of defilements, and the realm of space exist.
