为成办地，极吉祥！孔雀、天鹅、鸿雁等，鹦鹉等众鸟的，美妙声音都听闻，赐予成就之事业开始。所有祈愿吉祥和，福德喜乐与善妙语，听到悦意之语后，须知成办。闪电和云以及降雨和，冰雹鲜花降雨和，彩虹和气味乃香甜，这些征兆是天神的。从虚空中出现之征兆，所有要知道是中等的。从地上出现之征兆，那些说是地神的。天神们的成就殊胜，虚空之神的中等，地神的成就普通。三者也分为三三。那些等等征兆们，为了成就而极宣说。总之所有秘密真言，违背那些则不成就。首先抓住征兆后，心也极欢喜，以完全满足之想法，之后开始修持。修持之征兆依次分说完毕。 坛城的续部一切和，或者修持等也可以，稍微做日期数量和，征兆也知晓广大后，对非贤善者以酥油等，以种姓之明进行火供。之后开始事业后，或者获得成就。在任何地方依次，坛城们显现减少，在那里修持的，那的次第是宣说。在山等地方，宣说获得大成就。在海等获得中等，其他地方是普通的。与咒语随顺后，念诵而开始事业。在其他地方修持的话，不能迅速获得成就。具有舍利的佛塔一切，成就所有善逝的秘密真言。大佛塔令人喜悦，大菩提成就处和，如是诞生等八处，那里没有障碍。所有事业的仪轨和，相符的也在那里。在那里魔不能作障碍，任何时候都不能够。因此所有秘密真言也，在那里定能成就所说。此处是猛烈行

For accomplishing the earth, extremely auspicious! Peacocks, swans, geese, etc., parrots and other birds, all the beautiful sounds are heard, the work of bestowing accomplishments begins. All prayers for auspiciousness, and words of merit, joy, and well-being, after hearing the pleasing words, know that it will be accomplished. Lightning and clouds, and rainfall, hail, flower rain, and rainbows, and the scent is sweet, these signs are of the gods. The signs that arise from space, all should be known as intermediate. The signs that arise from the earth, those are said to be of the earth gods. The accomplishments of the gods are excellent, those of the space gods are intermediate, the accomplishments of the earth gods are ordinary. The three are also divided into three each. Those and other signs, are greatly proclaimed for the sake of accomplishment. In short, for all secret mantras, not accomplishing by reversing those. First, after grasping the signs, the mind is also extremely joyful, with a completely satisfied thought, then begin the practice. The signs of practice are completely explained in order. All the tantras of the mandala, or even practices, etc., can also, slightly do the number of dates and, after knowing the signs extensively, for the non-virtuous ones, with ghee, etc., perform fire offerings with the knowledge of the lineage. After starting the activities then, or attain accomplishment. In whatever places, in order, the mandalas appear diminished, in that very place of practice, that order is explained. In places such as mountains, it is proclaimed that great accomplishment is attained. In places such as oceans, intermediate ones are attained, in other places, they are ordinary. After being in accordance with the mantra, start the activities by reciting. If practicing in other places, accomplishment will not be quickly attained. All stupas with relics, accomplish the secret mantras of all Sugatas. The great stupa is delightful, the great Bodhi accomplishment place and, likewise, the eight places such as birth, there are no obstacles there. All the rituals of activities, and those that are in accordance are also there. There, demons cannot create obstacles, never able to. On all riverbanks, it is said that practicing Vidyā-mantras will be accomplished. In the garden, there is a Yaksha woman, and the Dragon King is in the lakes. In an empty house, it is for enjoyment, sending messengers to streets and other places. The secret mantra of the cave is in the caves, and practice will quickly be accomplished. In order for the mantras to be quickly accomplished, this secret ritual was spoken. With this instruction of the oral tradition, the places should be determined. In any one place, either the mandala ritual is spoken, or with the recitation of the earth ritual, the earth should first be purified. The place of the deity is pure, blessed and abiding, and for practice, in particular, these other rituals are also spoken. Anoint with red sandalwood, a one-finger-length Senteng (Acacia catechu) peg, make four sharp ones, and wrap them with red thread. Recite the Vajra peg a hundred times, whether in a place or a house, drive them into the four directions with your fist. First, the mantra that performs all actions, or it is also acceptable to use the enemy that dispels obstacles, with mustard seeds and so on, thoroughly clear everything away. On a single white banner, praise with the King of Vidyā-mantras, tie it to the handle of a long bamboo pole, and first erect it in the east. Praised with the Vajra fence, make a fence with iron hook powder. With the secret mantra of the Vajra net, powder recited a hundred times, draw a Vajra chain around the perimeter, and it will become a Vajra net. The first inside the mandala, at the door, with nectar fire offering, or protect with the Vajra mudra, or with others that cannot be overcome. Protecting the second mandala, it is desired to do it with robbers and so on. For the general collection of the three families as well, this ritual is greatly proclaimed. These three rituals are also completely proclaimed as difficult to subdue. Either individually or all together, when practicing, all obstacles can be eliminated.
