If one diligently practices, one can obtain accomplishments from other sources, and even bestow supreme accomplishments. For the superior, if someone practices without laziness, they can bestow the lowest accomplishment of mantras. Therefore, diligent practice is very important. Among the gods, there are also poor ones, and among the yakshas, there are those with great power. Similarly, among accomplishments, there are various differences. Each of the superior, middling, and inferior can be divided into three types of accomplishments. Having understood the power of secret mantras, one can then begin to accomplish through practice. This is the explanation of the characteristics of the classification of accomplishments in order. Again, first enter the temple, remain calm, facing the deity, and pay homage with folded hands. Then, arrange flowers, fragrant water, and clean water that are in accordance with the deity, in order. Fumigate thoroughly with incense, recite seven times, and with these offerings, invite the deities. Having invited the secret mantras, make offerings below them. One can use gold, silver, copper, stone, or wood, or brass, conch shell, or fish bladder, or even leaves. For pacifying, increasing, subjugating, and wrathful actions, and for superior, middling, and inferior deeds and accomplishments, appropriate vessels should be used. In addition to describing colors and qualities, one can use various vessels as desired, in order to fulfill wishes. Offerings for pacifying should include barley, and offerings for increasing should include sesame. In order to contradict everything, offerings for wrathful actions should include neem. Offerings for pacifying should include milk, and offerings for increasing should include yogurt. Cow urine or blood is auspicious for wrathful actions. For all superior, middling, and inferior actions, rice is auspicious. Incense, flowers, kusha grass, sesame, and water are all universally good. For offerings, copper vessels are very auspicious for all actions. If these are not available, please forgive me, and do what you can with what is available. All that is mentioned in the mantra tantras should be invited and performed in order by the vidyadhara king.
