It is said. Thus, a wise person skilled in this work should generate wrath for the benefit of those who revile the Sugata's teachings, are evil by nature, harbor hatred, harm the Three Jewels, hold wrong views, are sinful, break their vows, oppose, and harbor malice towards the lama. As stated in many treatises, physical practices, dispatching wrathful messengers, and fierce hosts engaging in violent actions. Pacify the poor among sentient beings, increase the well-being of those who are at peace, and those who engage in violent actions should be directed towards enemies. The wise should employ violent actions using the secret mantras of the earth deities. Elaborate rituals should be performed, directed towards those who harbor hatred and deceit. Many karmic results that are sure to be experienced, I must accept, so that all the misdeeds he has committed will ripen in this very life. Thus, the deities of secret mantras, out of compassion for those who engage in evil deeds, liberate them from the lower realms through these methods. Causing harm to enemies must also be done in accordance with the offense. For those who have committed minor offenses, do not attempt to cause death. Even if the heart is satisfied by actions done out of anger, one should perform pacifying rituals with pacifying mantras to quell the anger. Alternatively, in that very fire, recite the exhortation of that very secret mantra, and perform a pacifying fire offering with milk. The wise should remember the Dharmata of the Sugatas and the Bodhicitta, and immediately pacify the impartial and the sinful. A pacifying stupa containing relics, flourishing in a lotus pond, and the reciter especially engages in violent actions in cemeteries. The sequential division of pacifying, increasing, and violent rituals is complete. All actions that go upwards should be fully understood. Those that are slightly invisible, those are said to be intermediate rituals. All those actions related to the earth from here are said to be inferior. Therefore, the distinctions of superior, intermediate, and inferior actions are now distinguished. From the differences in the accomplishment of superior, intermediate, and inferior actions, the places of superior, intermediate, and inferior are explained in three ways. The holder of knowledge-mantras travels in the sky, attains the accomplishment of various forms, and likewise obtains clairvoyance.

I, may I attain peaceful wisdom and enlightenment. Knowing all the scriptures, with pure intellect, Skilled in speech, mastering memory, Accomplishing the raising of corpses, manifesting omens, Accomplishing yaksha women and the like, Earthly kingship, wish-fulfilling jewel. Great treasures are the second kind, These and other teachings, Are the most excellent of mantra accomplishments. Invisibility and diligence, And the accomplishment of caves, taking with essence. Accomplishment of commanding gods and non-gods, Flesh-eating Rakshasa Salabhanjika. Attaining the wisdom of great learning, And the accomplishment of swiftness of foot, These and other accomplishments, Are taught as the most excellent among the middling. Delighting all beings, And bestowing empowerment upon worldly beings, The ritual of fierce conduct, Expulsion and all such, And whatever else is slightly inferior, The wise should know as the lowest. From burning substances, it becomes most excellent, From smoke itself, it becomes middling, From warmth, accomplishment becomes the lowest. Thus, these three kinds of accomplishments, Through the great power of the secret mantras spoken by the noble ones, It is said that the most excellent accomplishment is achieved. By the mantra of the gods, The middling is achieved. It is said that the lowest is achieved by the earth gods. By the knowledge of the Thus-Gone One, Great accomplishment is attained through mantra. It is said that the holder of the lotus attains middling accomplishment through secret mantra. It is proclaimed that the words of the holder of the vajra, Achieve the lowest accomplishment. Whatever is the lowest of the excellent, It and the excellent of the lowest are not equal. The remaining two accomplishments also, Are the same sequence of rituals. Among the three great distinctions of teaching the qualities of the fruit, Those distinctions of excellent, middling, and lowest are greatly proclaimed. Whatever secret mantras are spoken by the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, From which the most excellent accomplishment arises, It will also be present for the lowest. From the secret mantras that are extensively taught, Some can accomplish one task. Those actions of those, Are also taught as excellent, middling, and lowest. Some, in that way, without order, Accomplishments will arise, Just as a lotus arises from mud, Just as fire arises from sandalwood. For the excellent, middling, and lowest, The accomplishment of the body is the most excellent. That which is accomplished from substances is middling, The accomplishment of enjoyment is the lowest. The recitation of the lowest secret mantra, By some
