Food should be good. When some are tired from traveling the road, driven by hunger and thirst, just as one would eat the flesh of Rahula's son, so too, yogis should not eat for the sake of life and sustenance. If poured in excess, the scale rises effortlessly, and likewise, if poured too little, the scale lowers, but when balanced, the scale goes evenly in an instant, so living beings should eat food in that way. For example, to repair an old house, people erect strong pillars, likewise, the body's mechanism should be maintained, and food should be eaten like wiping the eyes of a chariot. The Victorious Ones have taught that the desire realm exists by means of food, so the body should be regarded like a tree by the water, and the mind should not be attached to gatherings of fine food and drink. When the six senses engage with objects, they should be guarded by the wisdom spoken by the Sugatas. Taking one from those alms bowls, observe where the yoke is and practice alms-seeking. Smiling, speaking to those who pass by, with sidelong glances, a form whose every limb captivates the mind. A woman's form is like a beautiful weapon, immediately captivating the mind of a man. It is easier to cover the eyes with a red-hot iron, but it is not easy to avoid seeing a woman with long, captivating eyes that cause memory to fade. Wherever one goes happily and freely, taming the mind with the mind, abandoning the best and the middling, one should go silently to another's house. Where there are young cows and small calves, where people drink alcohol, where young girls play and frolic, likewise, where young men play, where dogs eat and feasts are held, where many people gather, and where music is played, a practitioner should never go. Having brought whatever alms one has gathered, one should first distribute it well. Having washed the feet, give to those who arrive suddenly, and eat food to protect the body. Having eaten at the proper time, perform three ablutions, offer rosaries, lamps, incense, praises, and fragrances. Offer abundant divine food without meat and alcohol, sit on a cushion of kusha grass, and recite mantras. If incense, scented ointments, and the like are not found, offer various fragrant flowers.

། །Spra ba arka bil ba bri ha ti Ku sha dri ngen yi du mi ong sbang Going or sitting or not lying down, While walking, eating, reciting, or repeating, Remember the individual qualities of the six recollections, With intelligence, remember them. The second chapter of the questions of the noble Wang Sang. The mind that possesses a collection of afflictions such as desire, Is said to be samsara. The liberation from afflictions is like crystal silk, like the moon, The edge of the ocean of existence is completely proclaimed. Just as impure water is made turbid by a collection of dust in an instant, Likewise, the pure and immaculate mind Is made turbid by faults such as desire. Putra dza and conch shell, crystal like ru rag sha, Lug tang, essence of lotus, lead, zinc, copper. A rosary of khar ba, one hundred and eight, From among them, choose one rosary, Hold it with the right hand, or Grasp it firmly with the left hand without confusion. One by one, as each bead passes, The mantra practitioner should pull them in order. Sitting and controlling the senses properly, The body also straight and stable, Then the lower lip is very beautiful, Gathering and reciting secret mantras as desired. The mind is like electricity, clouds, and wind, Like the waves of the great ocean. The illusionist delights in objects of desire, The moving and wandering must be tamed. When the mind that increases recitation becomes peaceful, Relying on sleep, the mind becomes obscured, Get up and break it, and look in all directions, And wash the face completely with water. Under the power of karma, without a master, Without protector, without refuge, from one lifetime to another, The lineage of the body follows, After that, good and non-good follow. Searching and separating from friends, Meeting with the unpleasant and suffering from desire, The suffering of evil birth, old age, sickness, and death, Even if all the places are gone, it is not non-existent. Meat flies, heat, cold, hunger, and fatigue, etc., Wherever you go, it is suffering, When the mind that delights in objects arises, Turn back those thoughts with them. For those with strong desire, impurity, flesh, fat, and Turn back by looking at skin and bones. Loving-kindness and compassion.
