Joining and extending the two hands is the heart-essence mudra of all, which accomplishes all actions very well. Oṃ narate a ca hūṃ phaṭ (藏文：ཨོཾ་ན་ར་ཏེ་ཨ་ཙ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：，汉语字面意思：). Join the palms together, press the two middle fingers together, and place them inside. This is the heart-essence mudra of all yakshas and burning ones, which destroys all planets. By merely binding this mudra, everything will shake, and if the yakshas and fierce burning ones do not come quickly, their eyes will burst and their heads will split. Intertwine the fingers and bind them into a fist, then open and raise the two thumbs. Extend the two little fingers and place them on the heart. This is the mudra for offering to all the deities, and it is the emanation of the mudra that accomplishes all actions without devouring obstacles. Separate and extend the two little fingers, bend the two index fingers into a circle, and hold the two middle fingers like iron hooks. This is the mantra and mudra of expulsion, which performs all the common actions of the three secrets. If the root mantra is recited, immediately everything desired in the mind will be accomplished. It is said to be the heart-essence mudra of the supreme unobstructed dancer. By this, all the deities, nagas, yakshas, burning ones, and fierce planets will sit in front and listen to orders.
