Together with this wrathful one, merely reciting will cause the crown of the head to split and shatter into eight pieces. Bind with this mantra. Om Bandha Bandha Hana Hana So-and-so Hum Phet. Control with this mantra. Om Tsala Tsala So-and-so Samanaye Hum Phet. All goddesses will be accomplished. Then, for the benefit of the people here, the mudras of the eight goddesses will be thoroughly explained, which accomplish various siddhis, cause the Three Jewels to abide, and are the mudras for easily accomplishing mantra recitation, spoken by the wrathful one himself, which are the most excellent among all tantras, spoken by the Subduer of Beings, which quickly bestow bliss. Merely reciting accomplishes the goddesses, and accomplishes the bhuta women as mothers, sisters, wives, and female servants. For those who recite the wrathful one, this is the method of offering that bestows the bliss of this world. Holding the fists separately, making both hands in the manner of lotus rotation, and then extending the middle finger like a needle, this is what accomplishes all the common bliss of the eight goddesses. Holding both hands with the fingers crossed over each other, this is the mudra for controlling all the celestial maidens, it is the mudra for approaching, manifesting, and accomplishing all desires. Holding both hands in the manner of lotus rotation, this is the mudra for bewildering all the celestial maidens, merely binding will instantly turn them into female servants.
