The fragrance of sweet scents will arise, and these will come into being. Therefore, one should offer oblations with incense, water, and flowers. Alternatively, a goddess will come, and after prostrating, one should take one of the eight perfections. The vidyādhara will obtain the position of a wheel-turning king, great longevity, knowledge of all arts and crafts, the five supernormal cognitions, entry into the dharani, a rain of jewels, entry into the asura's cave, and abiding for an eon. One should take one of these eight perfections. Even an ordinary person who has committed the five inexpiable sins seven times will achieve it. Then, one who wishes to practice should take amla fruit, mix it with a woman's breast milk, make five pills, and put them together with mustard seeds in an agarwood box. When the moon or sun is eclipsed by Rāhu, perform the torma ritual and then practice. When the mustard seeds make a "ts'eg ts'eg" sound, that is the first accomplishment of subduing all beings. Therefore, all worldly beings will be subdued, and they will do all that is commanded. Alternatively, if smoke arises, then one will become the king of all invisible beings. Or, if it blazes, then at that time one will become a youthful deity, possessing the splendor of the rising sun, becoming the king of vidyādharas, and will live for one great eon. Then, if one wants to practice eye medicine, mix together myrobalan, blue lotus, rue, and sandalwood, and put them in a copper vessel. 手持利剑，念诵真言直至挥动，若能挥动，则成为独住之持明者。若燃烧，则成为具眷属者，成为一切持明者的君王，具足力量且能压伏外敌，无有阻碍。右手持剑，念诵真言直至挥动，则成为圣者。此后若欲成就金刚，则以熔铁铸造十六指金刚杵，两端皆为三尖状。以红色旃檀木棍搅动，从吉祥月份的初一开始，于画像前广设供养，并念诵真言，每日如是增广。众比丘于导师之后斋戒三日，将画像陈设于舍利塔前，广设供养，点燃八盏酥油灯，于吉祥草垫上安坐，双手持金刚杵，念诵真言直至金刚杵燃烧，则持金刚杵者与其眷属皆成为圣者，成为真言之轮王，具足力量且能压伏外敌，与执金刚同等，能存活至大劫，即使身亡，亦将转生于金刚族。如是，三尖矛、短矛等一切兵器亦能成就。布匹、木鞋、供养物、哈尔巴（一种容器）以及木头等物，若依上述仪轨修持，则一切皆能成就三种悉地。若欲息灾，则筑造莲花形火坛，以适于供养之木柴燃火，以盛满上等稻米的勺子，将酸奶、蜂蜜与酥油混合物焚烧八千次，若行持三日，则自身或他人皆得息灾。若行持七日，则村庄或城市皆得息灾。对于人患重病之灾，则以死人焚烧之木柴，混合酸奶、蜂蜜与酥油进行焚烧。对于牲畜的疾病，则以优昙婆罗树的焚烧木柴，混合酸奶、蜂蜜与酥油进行

Holding the sword, recite the mantra until it moves; if it moves, one becomes a solitary Vidyadhara. If it blazes, one becomes one with retinue, the king of all Vidyadharas, possessing power and subduing enemies without obstruction. Holding the sword in the right hand, recite the mantra until it moves, and one becomes a noble being. Thereafter, if one wishes to accomplish the Vajra, make a sixteen-finger Vajra from molten iron, both ends with three points. Stir with a red sandalwood stick, starting from the auspicious month's new moon. Make extensive offerings to the painted image and recite the mantra, increasing it daily. Monks, following the Teacher, fast for three days, arrange the painted image before a stupa containing relics, make extensive offerings, light eight butter lamps, sit on a cushion made of Kusha grass, hold the Vajra with both hands, and recite the mantra until the Vajra blazes. By holding that Vajra, one and one's retinue become noble beings, becoming a Chakravartin of mantras, possessing power and subduing enemies, equal to Vajrapani, living for a great kalpa. Even if one dies, one will be born into the Vajra lineage. Similarly, all weapons such as tridents and short spears can also be accomplished. Cloth, wooden shoes, offerings, Kharba (a type of container), and wood, etc., if accomplished according to the above ritual, all will achieve the three kinds of Siddhis. If one wishes to pacify, build a fire pit in the shape of a lotus, light a fire with wood suitable for offerings. With a ladle filled with excellent rice, burn a mixture of yogurt, honey, and butter eight thousand times. If done for three days, oneself or others will be pacified. If done for seven days, a village or city will be pacified. For the harm of severe human illness, burn wood from a dead person's cremation, mixed with yogurt, honey, and butter. For livestock diseases, burn wood from the Udumbara tree, mixed with yogurt, honey, and butter.
