Having cleansed and scattered with the vidyā-mantra on the head, then begin. After that, eight hundred conch shells should be thrown to the deities. If those conch shells are wrapped with leaves, then the vidyā-mantra will be accomplished. If wrapped with white cloth and scattered, then glory will come within seven days. To those who hold the vidyā-mantras, the deities should also be shown. Then, come out and go to the north, and pour the water from the central vase into the palm of the hand. Those who hold the vidyā-mantras should also receive it with their left hand and drink it. The vidyā-mantra holders should also be instructed to say, 'I will completely take all sentient beings.' After that, for their benefit, have them say, 'I will perfect the six pāramitās.' After that, for their benefit, have them say, 'May the assembly of vidyā-mantras be accomplished in me.' Then, the vidyā-mantra holder will have their hair stand on end, and the sound of praise songs will also be heard. After that, the Brahmins who come will also be said to be 'Victorious! Prosperous!'. The sound of conch shells and drums will also be heard. If one sees a woman wearing white clothes and holding a full container, then, as Vajrapani said, that vidyā-mantra holder will gain glory. If one sees a full container, then one will obtain a kingdom, or the rule of a region, or the lordship of a village. Thereafter, if one desires to obtain the glory of a vidyā-mantra holder, then if one sees this great mandala that causes all glory to manifest, then he will become the king of all vidyā-mantra holders, and will be victorious over all vidyā-mantra holders. If one sees all the mandalas that cause all glory to manifest, then he will also be victorious, and having subdued the enemies, he will make the earth subservient. Any ordinary person who desires glory, if he sees the great mandala that causes all glory to manifest, will also become an excellent one among the fortunate, and will become the possessor of a kingdom, or the ruler of a region, or the lord of a village, because the work of this great mandala is meaningful. Thus spoke Vajradhara. Thereafter, the vidyā-mantra holder desires the accomplishment of the vidyā-mantra.

Therefore, having seen the great mandala that causes all auspiciousness to manifest, one must remain there for twenty-one days. If one recites any mantra that one desires, after twenty-one days, that mantra will be accomplished. Having seen the king, one must also remain for twenty-one days, then all that one thinks of in one's mind will be obtained. After the activities are completed, gather all the various torma offerings of the mantras and the various old flowers, and throw them into a cemetery or any river. After that, if one wishes to restore the power of the mantra holder or the lost glory of the king, then that mantra holder should fast for three days. On the night of the waning moon, in a secluded place or under a banyan tree, draw a sixteen-cubit mandala with four doors that causes all auspiciousness to manifest, using the ashes from the fire offering, and combine it with the mantra of the goddess of fortune, and in the center of it, draw the Buddha Bhagavan. On the left side, draw a vajra. On the right side of the Tathagata, draw the great goddess of fortune. Then, the mantra holder should place twenty-seven vases on the east side of the mandala. The north, west, and south should also be placed in the same way. In those vases, put seeds and all kinds of jewels. All the vases should have neck strings. In all the vases, put branches of trees that have milk, and praise them seven times each. Then, offer abundant tormas and make great offerings to the Buddha Bhagavan, the noble Vajrapani, and the great goddess of fortune. In front of the Buddha Bhagavan, smear the mandala with saffron, and in front of it, light a fire with bilva wood.
