Eight portions of butter, fast for one day and one night, in front of Vajrapani, offer mustard seeds as food, and recite, just by touching it, the evil spirit will cry and leave. If you want to kill an enemy, take charcoal from a cemetery, draw a figure, press it on the heart, and recite, immediately the enemy will die. There is no need to choose dates and constellations, no need to fast, if you want to wither an enemy, use eight portions of butter, make a figure from wood, and insert a sengdeng (Acacia catechu) stake into the heart. Recite the mantra a hundred or a thousand times, and it will be afflicted with a severe disease and wither. If pulled out, it will recover. The ritual of the golden Vajra is complete. These are the black and yellow activities. If you want to protect a place, do it with water. If you want to demarcate boundaries, do it with a stake that has been recited twenty-one times. If you want to protect the lower part, do it with your mind. If you want to separate two-legged and four-legged animals, clap with your palms. If you want to cut off a mantra, cut a line on the ground with a sharp weapon, and the mantra will be cut off. If you want to exorcise an evil spirit, do it with your mind. If you want to transfer an evil spirit, do it with a flower that has been recited seven times. On the eighth day of the waxing moon, fast for one day and one night. Enter a river that flows into the ocean, and recite the mantra a hundred or a thousand times, and it will be accomplished. Once accomplished, it will become an activity: to stiffen an elephant, to stiffen a horse, to stiffen the enemy's army, and whatever you think of in your mind, you can stiffen it. In front of the Black Goddess, light a fire with arka wood, and mix rice and butter, and perform a fire offering a hundred or a thousand times, and the goddess will come. If you want to control a man, offer eight butter lamps, fast for one day, burn with Bodhi wood in front of Vajrapani, and throw a mixture of one hundred and eight blue lotus flowers, yogurt, honey, and butter into the fire, then the man will be controlled. If you want to control a woman, offer twelve butter lamps, offer the best fragrant flowers in front of Vajrapani.
