གྱི་ངོ་ཞག་བརྒྱད་ལ་ཞག་གཅིག་སྨྱུང་བ་བགྱིས་ཏེ་གདོལ་པའི་ཁྱིམ་ནས་ཞུགས་བླངས་ལ་སེང་ལྡེང་གི་ཤིང་གིས་ཞུགས་བུས་ཏེ། དུག་དང་ཁྲག་བསྲེས་པའི་ཡུངས་ཀར་གྱིས་ལན་བརྒྱད་སྟོང་སྦྱིན་སྲེག་བགྱིས་ན་གང་གིས་མིང་ནས་སྨོས་ཏེ། སྦྱིན་སྲེག་བགྱིས་པ་དེ་དབང་དུ་འགྱུར་རོ། །མར་གྱི་ངོ་ཞག་བཅུ་གཉིས་ལ་མི་རུས་ཀྱི་ཐུར་མས་བླངས་ཏེ་ལན་བརྒྱད་སྟོང་བཟླས་བརྗོད་བགྱིས་ལ་དགྲའི་ཁྱིམ་སྒོར་བཙུགས་ན་དགུང་གསུམ་གྱིས་འབྲོས་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །རྡོ་རྗེ་ལྟེ་བའི་ཆོ་ག་རྫོགས་སོ།། །།མེ་ཁ་ལའི་ལས་རྣམས་ལགས་ཏེ། བསྲུང་བ་བགྱིད་ན་ལན་བདུན་བཟླས་བརྗོད་བགྱིས་པའི་སྲད་བུས་ལག་པ་ལ་བཅིང་བར་བྱའོ། །ཡུལ་གྲུ་བསྲུང་ན་ལན་ཉི་ཤུ་རྩ་གཅིག་བཟླས་བརྗོད་བགྱིས་པའི་ཆབ་ཀྱིས་བགྱིའོ། །དཔའ་ན་བྱེའུ་རུག་པའི་ལོ་མའམ། རྨ་བྱའི་མདོངས་ཀྱིས་བགྱིའོ། །གདོན་ལ་གནོད་པ་བགྱི་ན་ཆབ་ཀྱིས་བགྱིའོ། །ཁྱིམ་མམ་ལྷ་ཁང་ངམ། ཀུན་དགའི་ར་བར་མཆིས་ལ་གང་དུ་བཟླས་བརྗོད་བགྱིས་པ་དེ་ནས་འབྱུང་པོ་དང་གདོན་ཐམས་ཅད་འབྲོས་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །གདོན་ཚར་བཅད་ན་ཁྲག་གིས་གཟུགས་བྲིས་ ལ་རྐང་པས་མནན་ཏེ་ལན་བརྒྱ་རྩ་བརྒྱད་བཟླས་བརྗོད་བགྱིས་ན་གདོན་གྱི་རིགས་ཕུང་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །རིག་པ་སྒྲུབ་ན་ཐོག་མ་ཉིད་ལས་འདི་བགྱིས་ཏེ། ལག་ན་རྡོ་རྗེའི་མདུན་དུ་ཤླེ་ཤྨེ་ཏ་ཀའི་ཤིང་གིས་ཞུགས་བུས་ལ་ཀུ་རུ་བའི་མེ་ཏོག་བརྒྱད་སྟོང་སྦྱིན་སྲེག་བགྱིས་ན་ལྷ་དེས་རིག་པའི་ལྷ་བཟུང་ནས་ཁྲིད་དེ་མཆིའོ། །ཁྲིད་དེ་མཆིས་ནས་མྱུར་དུ་དངོས་གྲུབ་ཏུ་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཅི་སྟེ་ལོག་འདྲེན་རྣམས་ཀྱི་རིགས་བསྒྲུབ་པར་འཚལ་ན། ལོག་འདྲེན་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ལོག་འདྲེན་གྱི་རིགས་ནི་བཞི་མཆིས་ཏེ། སོ་གཅིག་པའི་རིགས་དང་། ཀམ་པོ་ཛའི་རིགས་དང་། རྣམ་པར་འཇོམས་པའི་རིགས་དང་། ཕུང་བྱེད་ཀྱི་རིགས་སོ། །སོ་གཅིག་པའི་རིགས་ལ་གཙུག་ཕུད་འཕྱང་ལ་སོགས་པ་ལོག་འདྲེན་བརྒྱད་ཁྲི་མཆིས་ཏེ། དེ་དག་ནི་སྟོང་གསུམ་གྱི་སྟོང་ཆེན་པོའི་འཇིག་རྟེན་གྱི་ཁམས་ན་བགེགས་བགྱིད་དོ། །ཀམ་པོ་ཛའི་རིགས་ལ་ནི་དབང་ཕྱུག་ཆེན་པོའི་གཡོག་འཁོར་བ་ལང་རྣ་བ་ལ་སོགས་པ་ལ་བགེགས་དྲུག་ཁྲི་མཆིས་ཏེ། དབང་ཕྱུག་ཆེན་པོའི་ཆོ་ག་རྒྱས་པ་ལ་བགེགས་བགྱིད་ཅིང་རིག་པ་ཡང་འཇོམས་པར་བགྱིད་དོ། །རྣམ་པར་འཇོམས་པའི་རིགས་ལ་ནི་འཇིག་རྟེན་སྐྱོང་བའི་གཡོག་འཁོར་མྱ་ངན་མེད་པ་ལ་སོགས་པ་ལོག་འདྲེན་དྲུག་ཁྲི་མཆིས་ཏེ། དེ་དག་ཀྱང་དབང་ཕྱུག་ཆེན་པོ་དང་ཕུར་བུ་གསུམ་པའི་ཆོ་ག་རྒྱས་པ་ལ་བགེགས་བགྱིད་དོ། །ཕུང་བྱེད་ཀྱི་རིགས་ལ་ནི་ལག་ན་རྡོ་རྗེའི་གཡོག་འཁོར་མུ་རྡ་ཏ་ཀ་ལ་སོགས་པའི་ལོག་འདྲེན་བྱེ་བ་ཕྲག་འབུམ་མཆིས་ཏེ། དེ་དག་ནི་རིག་པའི་ཆོ་ག་རྒྱས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་བགེགས་བགྱིད་ཅིང་། རིག་པ་ཡང་འཇོམས་པར་བགྱིད་དོ། །འདི་ནི་ལོག་འདྲེན་དེ་དག་གིས་བསྒྲུབ་པ་ལགས་ཏེ། སོ་གཅིག་པའི་རིགས་ཀྱི་སྒྲུབ་པ་ནི་མར་གྱི་ངོ་ཞག་བཅུ་བཞི་ལ་ཉིན་ཞག་གཅིག་སྨྱུང་བ་བགྱིས་ཏེ་ལག་ན་རྡོ་རྗེའི་མདུན་དུ་དུར་ཁྲོད་ཀྱི་ཤིང་གིས་ཞུགས་བུས་ལ་བ་ལང་གི་མཁྲིས་པས་སྦས་པའི་ཡུངས་ཀར་ལ་ལན་བརྒྱ་སྟོང་སྦྱིན་སྲེག་བགྱིས་ན་ཀྱི་ཧུད་ཀྱི་ཧུད་ཅེས་མཆི་བའི་སྒྲ་གྲག་ཅིང་གྲུབ་པར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། གྲུབ་ནས་ཀྱང་སྒྲུབ་པ་ལ་བགེགས་མི་བགྱིད་དོ། །བདེ་བར་བསྒྲུབ་ ཏུ་མཆིས་སོ། །ཀམ་པོ་ཛའི་རིགས་ཀྱི་སྒྲུབ་པ་ནི་མར་གྱི་ངོ་ཞག་ལྔ་ལ་ཉིན་ཞག་གཅིག་སྨྱུང་བ་བགྱིས་ཏེ། ལག་ན་རྡོ་རྗེ་དང་དབང་ཕྱུག་ཆེན་པོ་ལ་མཆོད་པ་བགྱིས་ནས་ལག་ན་རྡོ་རྗེའི་མདུན་དུ་ཨརྐའི་ཤིང་གིས་ཞུགས་བུས་ལ་མོན་སྲན་གྲེའུ་དང་མར་བསྲེས་པ་ལ་ལན་བརྒྱ་སྟོང་སྦྱིན་སྲེག་བགྱིས་ན། ལག་ན་རྡོ་རྗེའི་གཟུགས་འགུལ་ཏེ་དེ་ནས་གྲུབ་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །གྲུབ་ནས་ཀྱང་དབང་ཕྱུག་ཆེན་པོའི་ཆོ་ག་རྒྱས་པ་བཀླགས་པ་ཙམ་གྱིས་རིག་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་འགྲུབ་བོ། །རྣམ་པར་འཇོམས་པའི་རིགས་ཀྱི་སྒྲུབ་པ་ནི་མར་གྱི་ངོ་ཞག་བཅུ་བཞི་ལ་ཉིན་ཞག་གཅིག་སྨྱུང་བ་བགྱིས་ཏེ། མཚན་གཅིག་མཆིས་པར་མཆིས་ལ་མཚན་གཅིག་པ་ལ་མཆོད་པ་ཆེན་པོ་བགྱིས་ལ་ལོག་འདྲེན་རྣམས་ལ་ཡང་གཏོར་མ་བགྱིའོ། །དེའི་མདུན་དུ་བེ་ཀངྐ་ཏའི་ཞུགས་ཞུས་ལ་ཁྲག་དང་བསྲེས་པའི་ཡུངས་ཀར་གྱིས་ལན་བརྒྱ་སྟོང་སྦྱིན་སྲེག་བགྱིས་ནི་དེའི་འོག་ཏུ་གྲིབ་མ་གདའ་ཞིང་གྲུབ་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །རྣམ་པར་འཇོམས་པའི་རིགས་གྲུབ་ན་ལོག་འདྲེན་རྣམས་དབང་དུ་འགྱུར་རོ། །གང་དང་གང་དུ་དགོས་པ་དེ་ཐམས་ཅད་བགྱིད་དོ། །པུང་བྱེད་ཀྱི་རིགས་ཀྱི་སྒྲུབ་པ་ནི་ཟླ་བ་ཕྱེད་ཟས་སུ་འོ་སྐྱོ་འཚལ་ཞིང་མར་གྱི་ངོ་ཞག་བཅུ་བཞི་ལ་ཉིན་ཞག་གཅིག་སྨྱུང་བ་བགྱིས་ཏེ། ལག་ན་རྡོ་རྗེའི་མདུན་དུ་མཆོད་པ་རྒྱ་ཆེར་བགྱིས་ལ་ཞུགས་མར་གཉིས་བུས་ལ། གཅིག་ནི་ལག་ན་རྡོ་རྗེ་ལ་དབུལ་ལོ། །གཅིག་ནི་མུརྡ་ཏ་ཀ་ལ་དབུལ་ལོ། །དེ་ནས་རིག་སྔགས་འཆང་གིས་བསྲུང་བ་བགྱིས་ལ་ལག་ན་རྡོ་རྗེའི་མདུན་དུ་སེང་ལྡེང་གི་ཤིང་གིས་ཞུགས་བུས་ཏེ་ན་ལེ་ཤམ་དཀར་པོ་བདག་གི་ཁྲག་དང་བསྲེས་པས་ལན་བརྒྱ་སྟོང་སྦྱི

On the eighth day of a certain month, fast for one day, take fire from the house of a low-caste person, and use acacia wood as fuel. Burn mustard seeds mixed with poison and blood eight thousand times, mentioning the name of the person. The one who is burned will be subdued. On the twelfth day of a certain month, take (fire) with a spoon made of human bone, recite eight thousand times, and insert it at the enemy's doorstep. The enemy will flee within three days. The Vajrakila ritual is complete. These are the activities of Mekhala: If you want to protect, tie a thread on your hand that has been recited seven times. If you want to protect a country, do it with water that has been recited twenty-one times. If you want to be brave, do it with bird feathers or peacock feathers. If you want to harm demons, do it with water. Whether it is in a house, a temple, or a monastery, wherever you recite, all the spirits and demons will flee from there. If you subdue demons, draw the image (of the demon) with blood, step on it with your feet, and recite one hundred and eight times. The lineage of the demon will be destroyed. If you want to practice vidya, do this from the beginning: In front of Vajrapani, use the Shlishmedaka tree as fuel, and burn eight thousand Kuru flowers. That deity will seize the vidya deity and take it away. After taking it away, you will quickly attain accomplishment. If you want to practice the lineage of heretics, there are four kinds of heretics: the Sochikpa kind, the Kambuja kind, the Nambarjongpa kind, and the Pongje kind. The Sochikpa kind has eighty thousand heretics, such as those with hanging hair on their heads, etc. They create obstacles in the three thousand great thousand worlds. The Kambuja kind has sixty thousand obstructors, such as the servants of Mahadeva, Valangnava, etc. They create obstacles in the extensive rituals of Mahadeva and also destroy vidya. The Nambarjongpa kind has sixty thousand heretics, such as the servants of the world protectors, Miangdanmeba, etc. They also (create obstacles) in Mahadeva and the three Phurbas.

This is the practice of those evil spirits: For the practice of the Sogyalpa class, fast for one day and one night with fourteen portions of ghee, and then in front of Vajrapani, light a fire with wood from the charnel ground, and burn mustard seeds soaked in cow bile one hundred and eight times, and the sound of "Kyi Hud Kyi Hud" will be heard, and then it will be accomplished. After accomplishment, it will not create obstacles to the practice, and it can be practiced smoothly. For the practice of the Kampoza class, fast for one day and one night with five portions of ghee, and then make offerings to Vajrapani and Mahadeva. In front of Vajrapani, light a fire with arka wood, and burn a mixture of mung beans and ghee one hundred and eight times, and the body of Vajrapani will shake, and then it will be accomplished. After accomplishment, merely reciting the grand ritual of Mahadeva will accomplish all mantras. For the practice of the completely destroyer class, fast for one day and one night with fourteen portions of ghee, and on an auspicious night, make grand offerings, and also offer tormas to the evil spirits. In front of it, light a fire with aspen wood, and burn mustard seeds mixed with blood one hundred and eight times, and a shadow will appear below it, and then it will be accomplished. Accomplishing the completely destroyer class will control all evil spirits. Whatever is needed can be done. For the practice of the destroyer class, eat milk porridge for half a month, and fast for one day and one night with fourteen portions of ghee, and then make extensive offerings in front of Vajrapani, and light two piles of firewood. One pile is offered to Vajrapani, and one pile is offered to Murdataka. Then, the mantra holder performs protection, and in front of Vajrapani, light a fire with sandalwood wood, and burn white Nalesham mixed with one's own blood one hundred and eight times.
