The mandala should be smeared, and offerings of fragrant flowers and incense should be made, and praises should be offered. Two butter lamps should also be offered, one to the Buddha and one to the youth. During the three times, thirty-two fire offerings should be made, and offerings of milk mixed with brown sugar, and yogurt mixed with brown sugar should be made. Sesame rice and food offerings for the spirits should also be given. For food, one can eat milk or dough, or dough of raw milk. If fire offerings are made with flour ground from equal parts of barley, mustard, Suti, Nyushing, Shudag, Priyangu, salt, and sesame, then on the seventh day, it will surely indicate even small merits. On the following day, do not eat food during the day and recite without a fixed number. By reciting, one can protect everything and so on. There is another ritual, for fourteen nights of butter lamps, without eating food, under the Bodhi tree, make a vajra shape with cow dung that has not fallen to the ground, face west, make food offerings to the spirits, offer fragrant flowers, light two butter lamps at night, and sit facing east. First, mix Suti, Nyushing, mustard, and barley with butter, and make three fire offerings. Then, make three fire offerings of Guggul, Bilva, and Agarwood incense. After that, do thirty-two times until the signs of accomplishment appear, reciting once with a red Karavira flower each time, and if you feel a heartbeat at night, it will surely be accomplished. After that, if you want to control the leader of people or a great person, make an image of him from salt as if for one day, starting from the right foot, make thirty-two fire offerings, first mixing Suti and Duruska with butter, and make three fire offerings. Then, make three times with incense of Guggul mixed with butter. After that, make thirty-two fire offerings, then you can control it within seven days. The Vajra family is for the intelligent. These two secret mantras, if bound as before, will accomplish all actions. Thus it is said.

用那些药粉，做三十二次火供，如果做一个月左右，就能获得所有愿望。通过香和花等，能掌控天神、非天、龙族等，以及所有众生。七日之内，每日三时，做一百零八次火供，并勤奋念诵，就能获得国王的欢心，免受一切恐惧，并使有缘者的财富增长。同样，用花、果、香、熏香等，以及食物和饮料等，赞颂后给予，就能掌控所有众生。念诵之前所说的药，用药粉撒在任何众生身上，或者给予任何众生食物和饮料，就能将其掌控。芥子、大麦、盐、戍提、海桐、郁金和莳萝，将这些等份混合后，在没有灰尘和烟雾的檀香木上，用它们做火供。七天或者半个月，必须在三个时间段沐浴，如果三个时间段做一百零八次，就能掌控所有众生。或者用一个月左右的时间，就能成就所有目标。通过这些仪式，能平等地控制天神、龙族、夜叉、乾闼婆、人类和非人。如果像之前一样修持这个，就像之前一样给予所有愿望。即使没有修持这个，也能完成所有事业，无论以何种方式，做什么样的事业，就以那种方式做那种事业。这个金刚部的惩罚，是其他有意义的事物无法做到的，它能完成所有事业，并给予所有愿望。没有底座且不肮脏的瓶子，充满所有香和药物，充满所有珍宝，并用所有种子进行供养，用菖蒲缠绕，或者放在它的基座上，念诵八千遍。束缚并妥善安置后，对金刚部严加守护，用香等好好供养后，在满月时平等放置，用那个瓶子沐浴。用那个瓶子沐浴后，会成为无与伦比的有缘者。

With those powdered medicines, perform thirty-two fire offerings. If you do it for about a month, you will obtain all desires. Through incense and flowers, you can control gods, asuras, nagas, and all sentient beings. Within seven days, three times a day, perform one hundred and eight fire offerings, and diligently recite, you will gain the king's favor, be protected from all fears, and increase the wealth of the fortunate. Similarly, with flowers, fruits, incense, and fumigation, as well as food and drink, praise and give them, you can control all sentient beings. Recite the previously mentioned medicines, sprinkle the powder on any sentient being, or give any sentient being food and drink, you can control them. Mustard seeds, barley, salt, shuti, sea buckthorn, saffron, and dill, mix these in equal parts, and on sandalwood without dust and smoke, use them to perform fire offerings. For seven days or half a month, you must bathe at three times of the day, and if you do one hundred and eight times at three times of the day, you can control all sentient beings. Or, with about a month, you can accomplish all goals. Through these rituals, you can equally control gods, nagas, yakshas, gandharvas, humans, and non-humans. If you practice this as before, it will grant all desires as before. Even if you do not practice this, it will accomplish all actions, in whatever way, whatever action you do, in that way you will do that action. This punishment of the Vajra family cannot be done by other meaningful things, it can accomplish all actions and grant all desires. A vase without a base and not dirty, filled with all incense and medicines, filled with all jewels, and offered with all seeds, wrapped with calamus, or placed on its base, recite eight thousand times. After binding and properly placing it, carefully guard the Vajra family, offer it well with incense and so on, and place it equally on the full moon, bathe with that vase. After bathing with that vase, you will become an unparalleled fortunate one.
