He should be blue-green like priyangku, adorned with all ornaments. Forty attendants of his retinue should be painted, of various colors, bowing with their heads to Vajrapani's two feet. White mustard seeds should be scattered on it. Below that, beginning with the fourteenth of the ghee offering of the vidyadhara, the body should be purified with the five essences of a cow, bathing three times a day, and one hundred and eight burnt offerings should be made three times a day in front of the painted image. On the fourteenth of the next month's ghee offering, having fasted for one day and one night, offer to Vajrapani, offering incense, flowers, and fragrance, and also offer fried dough, parpataka, mokakakada, pupalika, roots, and other fruits to the demons. In front of Vajrapani, burn eight thousand sticks of rice flowers, yogurt, honey, and ghee. Below, the painted image moves and makes a "haha" sound, do not be afraid of that either. With this mantra, one can create obstacles for others. There is no need to choose a star or to fast. In front of Vajrapani, make an oil cake from beans, perform eight thousand fire offerings, and say, "Create obstacles for the one named so-and-so." At that time, those evil spirits, with joyful and delighted minds, will create obstacles. If contemplated, it will be pacified. If you wish to see the evil spirits, then with eight portions of butter, fast for one day. Go to the cemetery, take a skull, adorn it with incense, flowers, and fragrance, and recite the immeasurable vidya-mantra. Then, at midnight, the evil spirits will appear. Offer fragrance to them with the vajra-navel, offer flowers from the mouth of the fire, and offer speech with the vajra-smile, saying, "Be in harmony with your heart." Those evil spirits will play and laugh. Then, the vidya-mantra holder should remember the supreme vidya, and those spirits will not move. Say, "You be in harmony with your heart." They will reply, "We will do as you say," and then disappear. After that, they will not create obstacles for the vidya. If you wish to control men and women with this mantra, then with eight portions of butter, take earth from the front of the anthill's peak and make an image. In front of Vajrapani, make a hearth, burn temple cow dung in the hearth, place the image in the fire, and recite one hundred and eight salt fire offerings on top of it. Then, within seven days, at the three times, you will gain control. The demon called "Eight Thousand Demons, Topknot Banner Demon" is the one who creates obstacles in the three thousand great thousand world realms. Practice during that time. During the time of practice, the vidya-mantra holder should make an image of the Topknot Banner Demon from the earth of the anthill, and with eight or fourteen portions of butter, place it in front of Vajrapani.

In the middle of the umbrella of Brahma, the king of wisdom, a female wolf will make a sound, making five hundred sounds. After that, it will become an accomplishment, and one thousand "Tinaras" will be obtained, and the work will also be purified. If you want to see the Bhagavan Vajrapani, go to a lotus pond, starting from the seventh day of the waxing moon, drink milk porridge as food, and recite three thousand times, and you will see Vajrapani himself. After reciting by the fire, offer flowers. Vajra Laughter will speak, and the Vidyadhara will say, "Bhagavan, please protect me completely." He will say, "What should that child do?" Then pray that the Bhagavan will accomplish everything that is thought of in the heart. He will say, "So be it," and then disappear. After that, everything that is thought of in the heart will be accomplished. If a child is possessed by a heretic, bathe him with incense water recited one hundred and eight times in front of Vajrapani, and he will be released. If you want to practice the place of the heretic, the Vidyadhara should start from the first day of the waxing moon, drink milk porridge as food, and recite wisdom. Then on the eighth day of the waxing moon, fast for one day and one night. In one night, offer whatever you have, and strike the sign with a thousand white flowers, and the sign will split into one hundred parts, and then the actions of the heretic will become an accomplishment. The heretics will also listen. If you recite with an angry mind, thinking of killing the heretics, the heretics will die. Wherever you meditate, do everything there.
