The meteor surrounded by five stars will fall. Then, it should be known that the ritual of the supreme vidyā has been completed. The next morning, in front of the noble Vajrapani, perform a fire offering with eight thousand blue (སིནྡུ་ར, सिन्दूर,sindūra,cinnabar) yang branches. Offer a feast to seven monks and also offer to Brahmins. If this action is completed, one will have the same power as Vajrapani, will live for a kalpa, will become a form that can transform at will, will have power and be able to suppress others, will be invincible to others, and will become a chakravartin among mantra holders. All mantra holders will not be able to kill him, and he will have great power, know that he will not die, know when others will die, and know all things that have happened, have not happened, and are happening now in Jambudvipa as they truly are. After the body is destroyed, he will also be reborn in the desirable abode of Vajrapani. The method of accomplishing the messenger goddesses is also the same. After fasting for three days, prostrate to the mother of accomplishment. The ritual is the same for all the activities of the deities, and it will be accomplished in five days. If the fire offering is performed with this action, all activities will be accomplished. Finally, perform a mustard seed fire offering. On an undamaged cloth, have a painter who observes vows and is skilled in painting draw a Buddha image with non-animal glue paint. On its right side, draw a white goddess surrounded by a host of bhutas. On the left side of the Bhagavan, draw the noble Vajrapani, colored blue-green or red, adorned with all ornaments, wearing a silk or cloth lower garment. Below, draw the practitioner. Finally, draw the mountain peaks. Vajrapani should also be drawn as being praised by all mantras and abiding. Above, draw the seven mothers who roam in the sky. Then, the mantra holder fasts for three days. Arrange the image in a clean place, use fourteen butter lamps, and touch the left foot of the noble Vajrapani with eight thousand flowers. This will cause the image to move and make a "Spuzing" sound. Once this action is completed, from then on, if any action is practiced, it will be a complete ritual of vidyā.
