Then those gods became flustered and cast their eyes to the ground. Then the Bhagavan, the great king of mantras, Vajrapani, spoke thus to the gods: This assembly of wrathful and terrifying deities, surrounded by the retinue that utterly destroys, has come to expound the great mantra of the king of the great and extensive ritual of supreme knowledge, so do not be afraid, you patient ones!
