If one wishes to practice a vidyā-mantra, if one does not practice from that vidyā-mantra itself, then in front of the noble Vajrapani or the great deity, in a fire pit, with eye-shaped black beans, perform a fire offering eight thousand times, and if one also performs a fire offering eight hundred times for the vidyā-mantra, then it will quickly bestow accomplishments. If one wants to control a woman, for seven days, three times a day, perform a fire offering of one hundred and eight chaffs, then she will be controlled. The Tathāgata allows the gods to bestow accomplishments to those who hold vidyā-mantras, as well as to complete the vidyā-mantra and elaborate rituals, and to do what is not allowed. I will prostrate to him and speak according to the command of the Tathāgata. It also accomplishes accomplishment. This, like the seed of all extensive rituals, bestows accomplishment. For those who hold the supreme essence of the Bhagavati Mother and supplicate intensely, Vajrapani will command the accomplishment of the extensive ritual. In front of the noble Vajrapani, fast for eight days of ghee, fasting for one day, grasp the right toe of the noble Vajrapani's foot and recite eight thousand times, and if the toe of the foot becomes like touching a person, then you should know that it has been accomplished. Then, if you want to raise obstacles, make offerings of kusha flowers in front of the noble Vajrapani and recite eight thousand times, and obstacles will arise. Gods, I have spoken the latter part of the Bhagavati Mother's Eye Tantra. I shall also speak the latter part of the Mother Tantra spoken by the Great Lord and the three Phurbas, fasting for fourteen days of ghee, fasting for one day, and reciting eight thousand times in front of the noble Vajrapani, and obstacles will arise. Fasting for fourteen days of ghee, fasting for one day, in front of the noble Vajrapani, light a fire with palasha wood, and burn eight thousand beikangataka fruits in ghee, and you will bestow the oath of all vidya mantra deities. On the day of the full moon, fast for one day, in front of the noble Vajrapani, smear the ground with cow dung, decorate with incense, flowers, and incense, and also offer extensive tormas, and all activities will be done by the Bhagavati Mother. Then, the vidya mantra holder takes a young child who is six months old, decorates him with incense, flowers, and incense, and places him in the center of the mandala. Then, the vidya mantra holder grabs the child's right foot and recites the vidya mantra eight thousand times. Then, if the child says, "What should I do?", say what you want in your heart, either longevity, or a king, or vidya mantra holders, thinking of one of them to accomplish.
