It is said to accomplish goodness, eliminate all suffering from desire, pacify disputes, grant the increase of land ownership, constantly subdue all enemies, and gain control when the sun rises. Here, one should smear these on the body, wear a yak-skin wig, hold a water knife, and for the sake of darkness, make a lamp from a tree trunk of a silk-cotton tree. Recite the lord of the magic wheel twenty-one times completely and then ignite it. If it is in the form of a mouse, use mouse fat, just like the fat of aquatic creatures before. If it is in the form of an elephant head, use elephant fat as before. If it is in the form of a mongoose, use mongoose fat as before. If it is in the form of a human face, place human fat on the tree trunk of the silk-cotton tree resin and hold it towards the darkness. Whichever face it appears to be, smear it with the fat of that animal, recite the lord of the magic wheel twenty-one times, and then light the fire. All darkness will be destroyed. When entering, also smear those who are with you. Takara flowers, rue, spikenard, cardamom, utpala wati, singhri, vyaghri, nama skari, ananta, jayanti, peacock crest feathers, conch flowers—it is said that the powder of these can destroy all illusions, separate, and burn. Water and offerings, as well as essence, essence extracts, drum houses, poisonous harm, lotus lakes, and enticing non-celestial maidens, controlling, subduing women, and those places, or elsewhere, a brave person should recite the lord of the magic wheel twenty-one times and then strike. In that instant, all the assemblies of women will come directly, offer offerings, and allow the brave men to enter. Upon entering, hand over a letter saying: Please stay until you live. Always remember the Three Jewels and the noble Vajrapani, and recite. Thus, in the midst of women, stay until the sun, moon, and stars exist. If you wish to leave, apply a mixture of medicines, and take mercury, elixir, and whatever desired accomplishment. To escape from the wheel of the bow, recite seven times over mustard seeds and then strike. Even if you do not fall down, then strike that wheel from the southern vein. Then you will fall down. First, send the retinue ahead, and then enter yourself from behind. On the butter lamp offering stand, light a fire from the fire offering stove and then enter. In the wells, reciting the mantra of the wheel eight thousand times will open the door. In that well, there is also a palm tree appearing in the form of a snake, and with immaculate eye medicine, Chinese incense, rue, Bala, Cyperus rotundus, benzoin, and bezoar, mixed together on the day of the Krittika constellation, make pills, and the wise should strike with that supreme medicine that destroys poison. Then it will turn into a palm tree itself. This was spoken by the Bhagavan Vajrapani. The fifth chapter, which is the unique wheel chapter spoken by the noble Vajrapani. Then, the Bhagavan Tathagata, in the place of conduct, entered together with the lord of secrets, Vajrapani. Then, the Bhagavan spoke to the lord of secrets, Vajrapani: Vajrapani, how to subdue the pride of all the Asuras and to abide by the samaya.
