། བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་རྣམས་ལ་སྡང་བར་གྱུར་པའམ། ལྷ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་བརྙས་པ་སྟེ། ཉེས་པ་འདི་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་ལས་གཞན་བྱས་པ་དེ་ཡང་དག་པར་བྱས་པ་མ་ཡིན་རྣམ་པ་གཞན་དུ་བྱས་པར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། དེ་དངོས་གྲུབ་དང་བྲལ་བ་ནི་དེ་ཉིད་ཀྱི་ཆོ་ག་ལས་འདས་པའི་ཕྱིར་རོ། །གང་ལ་ལ་འདི་རྣམས་བྱེད་པ་དེའི་དངོས་གྲུབ་དེ་སྐད་ཅིག་མ་གཅིག་ལ་འཇིགས་པར་བྱེད་དེ་རིག་པ་ཅུང་ཟད་བཟླས་པ་ནི་དུས་གཞན་དུ་ཀུན་ཏུ་གནས་ཏེ་གང་ཡང་སྒྲུབ་པའི་དུས་ཅན་གྱི་དངོས་གྲུབ་མ་ཡིན་པ་དེ་འདིར་འགྱུར་རོ། །སླར་ཡང་རིག་པ་འཛིན་པ་གང་ཞིག་གསང་བའི་སྒྲུབ་པའི་ཆོ་གས་རྒྱལ་པོའི་རྐང་རྗེས་ཀྱིས་ལ་བར་སྐབས་འདིར་བརྒྱད་བརྒྱའམ། ལྔ་བརྒྱར་སྲེག་བླུགས་མར་གྱིས་བཏགས་པའི་སྦྱིན་སྲེག་བྱེད་དོ། །དེ་ཉིད་དུ་ཐམས་ཅད་དུ་བྱེད་པའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཇི་སྲིད་འཚོའི་བར་དུ་དབང་དུ་འགྱུར་རོ། །འཁོར་ལོས་སྒྱུར་བ་ལ་ཡང་ཇི་སྐད་གསུངས་པའི་དུས་ཀྱི་སྒྲུབ་པ་བྱེད་པ་ལ་ངེས་པར་དངོས་གྲུབ་མེད་པར་མི་འགྱུར་ཏེ་དངོས་གྲུབ་ཉམས་པར་ཡང་མི་འགྱུར་རོ། །དེ་ནས་ཡང་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་སྟོང་ཕྲག་བརྒྱད་ཅི་ཡང་མི་གསུང་བར་གནས་པར་གྱུར་ཏོ། །དེ་ནས་ཡང་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་མཐུ་ཆེན་ཐོབ། བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དབང་ཕྱུག་སྐྱེ་བོ་དུ་མའི་ནང་དུ་ལྷུང་བ་དགེ་བའི་སྤྱོད་པའི་མཆོད་པ་ཆུང་ངུ་དེ་ སྟན་ལས་ལངས་ནས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ལ་ལན་གསུམ་བསྐོར་བ་བྱས་ཏེ་མངོན་པར་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ནས་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དབང་ཕྱུག་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ཏེ་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་མཉམ་པ་ཉིད་ཀྱི་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་དང་ལྡན་པའི་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་དེ་ལ་འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་སྨྲས་སོ། །སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དབང་ཕྱུག་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་ཀུན་ཏུ་ལྟ་བ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོའི་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་གྱི་རྒྱལ་པོ་གསུངས་ཤིག །སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་གསུངས་ཤིག །དེ་སྐད་ཅེས་སྨྲས་པ་དང་། སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་དེས་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་གྱི་རྒྱལ་པོ་སྒོམ་ཞིང་འཛུམ་པའི་བགེགས་དང་བྲལ་བས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ལ་ཀུན་ཏུ་ལྟ་ཞིང་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་རྗེས་སུ་གནང་ནས། བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་མཐུ་ཆེན་ཐོབ་ལ་སྨྲས་པ། གང་ཁྱོད་སྙིང་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོ་དོན་དམ་པ། མཆོག་ཏུ་གསང་བ། ལྷན་ཅིག་པའི་རྒྱུད་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་རྗེས་སུ་སོན་པ་གང་ཡིན་པ་འདི་རྣམས་ནི་ལྷ་དང་བཅས་པའི་འཇིག་རྟེན་གྱིས་མཆོད་པ་བྱ་བར་འགྱུར་ཏེ་མཆོག་ཏུ་ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་འཆལ་པ་ཡང་ངན་འགྲོར

如果对菩萨们憎恨，或者对所有天神加以轻蔑，这些过失会使其他所作之事无法如实成就，而是会变成其他样子。因为那会与成就相违背，因为它超越了其自身的仪轨。无论谁做这些事，他的成就都会在一瞬间受到威胁，稍微念诵明咒也会在其他时间持续存在，无论何时都无法成就，这将会在此发生。再次，任何持明者，以秘密修持的仪轨，在国王的足迹之处，于此期间进行八百次或五百次用酥油浸泡的柴火供养。那时，他将成为一切之王，直到他活着的尽头都将拥有权力。对于转轮王，如果按照所说的时间进行修持，必定不会没有成就，也不会失去成就。然后，八千大菩萨一言不发地安住。然后，菩萨摩诃萨大势至，菩萨观世音自在，堕入众多众生之中，那位行持善妙供养的菩萨，从座位上起身，向薄伽梵绕三匝，顶礼膜拜，并向菩萨观世音自在顶礼，向与一切众生平等性三摩地相应的大菩萨说道：大菩萨观世音自在，请宣说名为“普观一切众生”的大菩萨三摩地王。大菩萨，请宣说！如此说完之后，那位大菩萨修习三摩地王，远离微笑的障碍，普观薄伽梵，得到薄伽梵的允许后，对大菩萨大势至说道：你所具有的大悲心是真实的，是极度秘密的，是所有俱生续部的后裔，这些都将受到包括天神在内的世间的供养，即使是极度破戒者也不会堕入恶趣。

If one hates the Bodhisattvas or despises all the gods, these faults will cause other actions to not be accomplished as they are, but will be transformed into something else. Because that is contrary to accomplishment, as it transcends its own ritual. Whoever does these things, their accomplishment is threatened in an instant, and slightly reciting the mantra will persist at other times, and whatever cannot be accomplished at any time will happen here. Again, any vidyadhara, with the ritual of secret practice, at the footprint of the king, during this time performs eight hundred or five hundred fire offerings with firewood soaked in ghee. Then, he will become the king of all, and will have power until the end of his life. For the Chakravartin, if he practices according to the time mentioned, he will certainly not be without accomplishment, nor will he lose accomplishment. Then, eight thousand great Bodhisattvas remained without saying anything. Then, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Mahasthamaprapta, the Bodhisattva Avalokiteśvara, falling into the midst of many beings, that Bodhisattva who performs virtuous offerings, rose from his seat, circumambulated the Bhagavan three times, prostrated, and paid homage to the Bodhisattva Avalokiteśvara, and said to that great Bodhisattva who is in accordance with the samadhi of equality of all beings: Great Bodhisattva Avalokiteśvara, please speak about the great Bodhisattva samadhi king called "Universally Looking at All Beings." Great Bodhisattva, please speak! After saying this, that great Bodhisattva practiced the samadhi king, free from the obstacles of smiling, universally looked at the Bhagavan, and after being permitted by the Bhagavan, said to the great Bodhisattva Mahasthamaprapta: Your great compassion is true, is extremely secret, is the descendant of all co-emergent tantras, these will be worshiped by the world including the gods, and even the extremely immoral will not fall into the lower realms.

The glory of all the gods, all the nagas, and all the yakshas, whoever obtains, knows, recites, inquires, practices, and makes offerings to the ritual of the Blessed Mother, the Noble Tara, and writes it in a book and places it in their own home, or places it on their head when sleeping and when rising from bed, then they will completely abandon all great sufferings and obtain great enjoyment. They will also become long-lived. In short, they will know all of my lineage. That great bodhisattva will be known by all the gods, nagas, and yakshas, etc. He will overwhelm them, therefore I will tell. Then, that great bodhisattva in an instant contemplating the King of Samadhi, becoming the nature of extreme smiling, with hair standing upright, three eyes, four arms, the Blessed One Amitabha residing on the head, equally proclaiming, holding a lotus in hand, possessing a great divine body, an immeasurable form, is the liberation of all beings, seeing that the center of the Tathagatas is slightly able to contemplate, thinking of the Blessed Mother Tara in mind, prostrating to all the Buddhas, sitting near on a jewel lotus and said: For the sake of the actions of all beings and their respective practices, and the actions of each bodhisattva and the seedlings of bodhisattvas, for the sake of definitely benefiting and bringing happiness, by what skillful means did the Buddha act, in order to perfect the perfection of generosity, in order to obtain the first ground separately, in order to obtain the unsurpassed complete enlightenment, how did the Buddha, the Blessed One, together with the gods, become the unsurpassed tamer of men in the world, constantly increasing the great accumulation of merit, likewise by the power of merit, adorned with completely praised excellent marks above all beings, will be born as a universal monarch.
