When it is completely accomplished in this way, make the mudra of the fence with the index finger in the shape of a needle. After clenching the fist, the two index fingers are in the shape of iron hooks, this sign is the mudra for guarding vows. Standing with feet together, the right foot is fully placed, and one should circumambulate with a dancing posture. After circumambulating elsewhere, both hands should join the work of the root mudra. The forehead also becomes the vow mudra for all actions. Then, at the time of making mudras, at the time of recitation, at the time of sleeping, and in other forms, one should also fully combine them. For the work of demons and all actions, one should fully combine the root mudra. Then again, the Bhagavan Tathagata Shakyamuni, in the latter part of the Upraised Hair Tantra, out of compassion for Avalokiteshvara, for the purpose of accomplishing the Bhagavati Arya Tara, spoke of the method of making mudras. Among these, these should be correctly combined. Plagues should be made peaceful, and the wise should pay homage. For the three families, there is also a common mudra. Those approaching homage mudras are: the knuckles of the right hand's fingers, with all the fingertips. The mudra itself should be made subsequently. Constantly praying, the mudra of pure prayer. Similarly, the knuckles of the right hand's fingers. Placing the knuckles in difficulty, then rejoicing afterwards. All offerings are only pure, constantly. Offering constantly rejoicing, and. All the nectar of the fingers is fully possessed. The tips of the knuckles, the essence of the thumbs are also fully possessed. These become the mudras of the victors. The fingertips are correctly joined, the middle finger and. The mudra where the two thumbs will not change anywhere. Giving the best during recitation, the mudra of recitation with the mind. Then again, all the Bhagavans showed the signs of going to their respective Buddha lands, and made the sign of standing up again. Then, the retinue possessing everything, and those abiding in the sky, and those whose minds are extremely shaken, and this earth possessing everything, trembling from its own shaking, raining down flowers, and countless bhutas acting from the sky, extremely subdued the harm of all who walk.

Then, the Bodhisattva Mahasthamaprapta asked the Tathagata Shakyamuni Buddha: "Bhagavan, what is the name of this Dharma category?" The Bhagavan replied: "Son of good family, therefore, it should also be upheld as 'Raised Hair'; it should also be upheld as 'King of Discrimination'; it should also be upheld as 'Asked by Avalokiteshvara'; it should also be upheld as 'Sutra Section of Knowledge and Secret Mantra Practice'; it should also be upheld as 'Extensive Chapter of the Great King of Discrimination'; it should also be upheld as 'Practice of Means'." Then, the Bodhisattva Maitreya asked: "Bhagavan, with how much root of virtue will these be fully in accordance? With how much Dharma will they especially abide?" Maitreya, with ten Dharmas, one can only see such, that is, all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, as well as gods, nagas, yakshas, gandharvas, mahoragas, garudas, kinnaras, non-humans, etc., will protect them, and they will have the forbearance of a deep mind equal to the dharani, and they will constantly abide in the land of good Dharma, even to the point of asking, writing and upholding, making it into a scripture and offering it, having longevity and being free from illness, possessing power and happiness, going to a good rebirth, having many benefits and great merits, this Dharma category and the gods are blessed together, knowledge and great mantras are gathered, having crossed the cycle of existence, I will also be reborn in the heavens for the sake of the happiness of the stars, night, day, months, and years. The path of the ten virtuous actions and fame will increase and be perfected. This is the case for those who uphold the Raised Hair, those who live at home, and those who are ordained. After speaking thus, the Bhagavan and the retinue who possessed everything, including gods, humans, asuras, and gandharvas, were delighted, and were exceedingly pleased with what the Bhagavan had said. The latter part of the 'Raised Hair Tantra' is complete.
