རཏྣ་ཏྲ་ཡཱ་ཡ། ན་མ་ཨཱཪྱ་ཨ་བ་ལོ་ཀི་ཏེ་ཤྭ་རཱ་ཡ། བོ་དྷི་སཏྭཱ་ཡ། མ་ཧཱ་སཏྭཱ་ཡ། མ་ཧཱ་ཀཱ་རུ་ཎི་ཀཱ་ཡ། ཏདྱ་ཐཱ། ཏཱ་རེ་ཏཱ་རེ་ཏུཏྟཱ་རེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། འདི་ནི་ལས་ཆེན་པོ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་དངོས་གྲུབ་བྱེད་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་འཕགས་མ་སྒྲོལ་མའི་རིག་པའོ༑ །དེ་ནས་རིག་པ་འདི་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་མཆོག་ཏུ་གྲུབ་པའི་ཆོ་ག་ཕྱོགས་ཙམ་དུ་འགྱུར་ཏེ། ཇི་ལྟ་ཇི་ལྟར་རབ་ཏུ་སྦྱར་བ་དེ་ལྟ་དེ་ལྟར་སྒྲུབ་པར་བྱེད་དོ། །ཞེས་པ་དེ་ཇི་ལྟ་བ་བཞིན་དུ་རྟོགས་པར་བྱའོ། །མདོར་ན་འཇིགས་པ་ཆེན་པོ་རྣམས་དང་། ལས་ཕྲན་ཚེགས་རྣམས་ལའང་ བཀླགས་པས་འགྲུབ་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཆོ་ག་འདི་ལ་ཡང་རིག་པ་སྒྲུབ་པར་འདོད་པས་རིག་པ་དེས་བ་བྱུང་ལྔས་ལུས་ཀུན་ཏུ་སྦྱངས་ནས་དཀར་པོའི་ཚེས་གཅིག་ནས་བརྩམས་ཏེ་ཇི་སྐད་བཤད་པའི་རྣམ་པས་ཐུན་གསུམ་དུ་སྟོང་ཕྲག་བརྒྱད་བཟླས་པར་བྱའོ། །ཇི་སྲིད་དུ་ཟླ་བ་ཉ་ལ་འབུམ་ཡང་རུང་ངོ་། །སྔོན་དུ་བསྙེན་པ་བྱས་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །དེ་ནས་མཐར་ཉིན་མཚན་དུ་སྨྱུང་བར་གནས་པས་མཆོད་པ་རྒྱ་ཆེན་པོ་བྱས་ནས་ཨ་ག་རུ་ནག་པོའི་ཡམ་ཤིང་སོར་དྲུག་པའི་ཚད་ལ་ཞོ་དང་སྦྲང་རྩི་དང་མར་གྱིས་བཏགས་པའམ། ཏུ་རུཥྐའི་ཏིལ་མར་གྱིས་བཏགས་པའི་སེང་ལྡེང་གི་མེ་ལ་སྟོང་ཕྲག་བརྒྱད་སྦྱིན་སྲེག་བྱའོ། །ལས་ཐམས་ཅད་ནུས་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །དེ་ནས་ལས་སུ་འགྱུར་ཏེ་མཐར་མཚན་མོ་གསུམ་དུ་སྨྱུང་བར་གནས་པ། གཞོན་ནུ་མས་བཀལ་བའི་སྐུད་པ་རིང་བསྲེལ་དང་བཅས་པའི་མཆོད་རྟེན་དུའམ།སོ་སོའི་ཁྱིམ་དུ་སྟོང་ཕྲག་བཅུར་མངོན་པར་བསྔགས་ནས་ལག་པ་ལ་བཅིངས་ན་མི་སྣང་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །རིང་བསྲེལ་དང་བཅས་པའི་མཆོད་རྟེན་དུ་རས་རིས་བཞུགས་སུ་གསོལ་ནས་པདྨ་སྟོང་ཕྲག་སུམ་ཅུ་སེང་ལྡེང་གི་སོལ་བས་མེ་སྦར་ནས་སྦྱིན་སྲེག་བྱས་ན་རང་གི་གཟུགས་ཀྱི་ལྷ་མོ་མཐོང་ངོ་། །གང་བསླངས་པ་དེ་རྙེད་དོ། །ཚེས་གཅིག་ནས་བརྩམས་ཏེ་ཇི་སྲིད་བཅྭོ་ལྔ་ལ་མཚན་མོ་གསུམ་དུ་སྨྱུང་བར་གནས་པས་རིང་བསྲེལ་དང་བཅས་པའི་མཆོད་རྟེན་ལ་མཆོད་པ་རྒྱ་ཆེན་པོ་བྱས་ནས་ཨུ་དུམ་བཱ་རའི་ཡམ་ཤིང་གིས་མེ་སྦར་ནས་མར་གྱི་སྲེག་བླུགས་སྟོང་སྦྱིན་སྲེག་བྱས་ན་གྲོང་རྙེད་དོ། །རྒྱ་མཚོར་འགྲོ་བའི་ཆུ་ཀླུང་དུ་མཆོད་རྟེན་སྟོང་བྱེད་དུ་གཞུག་གོ། །ཉི་མ་སོ་སོ་རེ་རེ་ལ་མཆོད་རྟེན་ལ་སྟོང་ཕྲག་བརྒྱད་མངོན་པར་བསྔགས་པས་དྲི་དང་མེ་ཏོག་ལ་སོགས་པ་འདི་ལ་ཕུལ་ནས་ཇི་སྲིད་དུ་མཆོད་རྟེན་ཕྱི་མ་འབར་བ་དེ་ནས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་བྱོན་པར་ཤེས་པར་བྱའོ། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འ

顶礼三宝！ 顶礼圣观自在菩萨！ 菩提萨埵耶！ 摩诃萨埵耶！ 摩诃迦卢尼迦耶！ 怛[他+也]他（梵文天城体：तद्यथा，梵文罗马拟音：tadyathā，汉语字面意思：如是）。 达咧达咧度达咧梭哈（藏文：ཏཱ་རེ་ཏཱ་རེ་ཏུཏྟཱ་རེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：तारे तारे तुत्तारे स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：tāre tāre tuttāre svāhā，汉语字面意思：度母 度母 速疾度母 梭哈）。 这是名为成办一切大事业之圣救度母明咒。 之后，以此等明咒极度成就之仪轨略述如下：如何如何尽力结合，便如何如何成办。 如是等等，应当如实了知。 总之，对于种种大怖畏及琐碎之事， 诵读即可成就。 此仪轨中，若欲成就明咒，则以此明咒，以牛五净遍洒全身，从白月一日开始，如前所说之方式，于三时中念诵八千遍。 乃至月圆之日念诵十万遍亦可。 此即为先行念诵。 之后，最终于日夜斋戒中，作广大供养，以黑沉香木六指长之木条，拌以酸奶、蜂蜜、酥油，或以杜噜什噶之麻油调和，于檀香火上焚烧八千次。 一切事业皆能成办。 之后，事业得以成就，最终于三夜斋戒中，以少女所纺之线，于舍利塔中，或于各自家中，念诵一万遍后系于手上，则可隐身。 于舍利塔中，安奉绢画，以檀香木之炭点燃，焚烧三万莲花，则可见到自己身形之天女。 所求皆可获得。 从初一至十五，于三夜斋戒中，于舍利塔作广大供养，以优昙婆罗木点燃，焚烧千盏酥油灯，则可寻回村落。 于通往大海之河流中，放置千座佛塔。 每日于佛塔前念诵八千遍，以此供养香、花等物，乃至后一佛塔燃起，则可知薄伽梵已降临。 薄伽梵

Homage to the Triple Gem! Homage to the noble Avalokiteśvara! Bodhisattvaya! Mahasattvaya! Mahakarunikaya! Tadyatha (Sanskrit: तद्यथा, Romanized Sanskrit: tadyathā, Literal meaning: Thus it is). Tare tare tuttare svaha (Tibetan: ཏཱ་རེ་ཏཱ་རེ་ཏུཏྟཱ་རེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Sanskrit: तारे तारे तुत्तारे स्वाहा, Romanized Sanskrit: tāre tāre tuttāre svāhā, Literal meaning: Tara, Tara, Swift Tara, Svaha). This is the knowledge of the Holy Tara, which is said to accomplish all great deeds. Then, a brief description of the ritual that is supremely accomplished by these knowledges: How and how much one strives to combine them, so and so much one accomplishes. These and other such things should be understood as they are. In short, for all great fears and minor tasks, recitation will bring accomplishment. In this ritual, if one wishes to accomplish the knowledge, then with this knowledge, one should purify the entire body with the five products of a cow, starting from the first day of the white month, and in the manner described above, recite it eight thousand times in three sessions. Or, one may recite it a hundred thousand times until the full moon. This will become the preliminary recitation. Then, finally, by fasting day and night, making great offerings, and burning eight thousand pieces of black agarwood, six fingers in length, mixed with yogurt, honey, and butter, or mixed with Turushka sesame oil, on a sandalwood fire. All actions will become powerful. Then, the action will be accomplished, and finally, by fasting for three nights, tying a thread spun by a young maiden to a stupa containing relics, or in one's own home, after praising it ten thousand times, one will become invisible. In a stupa containing relics, one should enshrine a painted cloth, and by lighting a fire with sandalwood charcoal, burn thirty thousand lotuses, and one will see the goddess of one's own form. Whatever is requested will be obtained. From the first to the fifteenth day, by fasting for three nights, making great offerings to a stupa containing relics, lighting a fire with udumbara wood, and burning a thousand clarified butter lamps, one will recover the village. One should place a thousand stupas in a river flowing to the ocean. Each day, one should praise the stupa eight thousand times, offering incense, flowers, and so forth, and when the last stupa is lit, one should know that the Bhagavan has arrived. The Bhagavan
