On a smoothed cloth, invoke the deity, white like an autumn cloud, holding a lotus in hand, adorned with all ornaments, inhaling into a stupa containing relics, filling both hands with food, holding a crest of hair, holding white objects for offering, holding a lotus rosary. Then, starting from the eighth day of the white month, perform a white lotus fire offering to a stupa containing relics and a cloth painting, and recite twelve million times. Other rituals: if a vidyādhara wishes to accomplish, in order to destroy evil guidance, as the king of rituals, perform eight thousand fire offerings with mustard powder mixed with hot sesame oil, which will cause them to flee a thousand yojanas away. After entering a town, if striving for food, recite a thousand times. Food will be found. For the fear of thieves, reciting will make them stiff. Reciting a million times, all activities will be accomplished. When the moon is seized by Rahu, take the root of haka-mika, press it with hands folded, and recite until three signs of accomplishment appear. When the sun is seized by Rahu, in front of the noble Avalokiteśvara, recite until three signs of accomplishment appear. Go to a river, eat milk and barley flour, and reciting a million times will cause all nagas to come and be able to control them. After that, the practitioner should cause the accomplishment of the naga realm to appear. In all naga realms, wander freely as desired, like in one's own home. Go to the naga realm, fill a begging bowl with milk porridge, and recite the vidya until the seven-headed naga appears. Also, give offerings of jewels. Dig up or bind the king's treasure on the ground. After that, it must be completely accepted, and if not accepted, five naga bonds will appear. With this mantra, recite twenty-one thousand times by the river and make offerings. If the constantly flowing flowers of the great river turn to the right, it should be known that the vidyadhara has achieved accomplishment. After that, one can come and go in the water freely. Recite a million times at a stupa with relics or under a Bodhi tree. Possessing discipline, one will become a king of complete majesty, ruling over Jambudvīpa.
