I shall bestow the knowledge for the purpose of accomplishment upon Vajrapani (Phyag na rdo rje). Then, again, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Avalokiteshvara (Spyan ras gzigs dbang phyug) spoke thus to the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Vajrapani: Vajrapani, I shall also bestow the knowledge of the essence of White Robe (Gos dkar mo). Then, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Vajrapani spoke thus to the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Avalokiteshvara: Bodhisattva, to beings, with singular love, exceedingly loving, please bestow fearlessness upon beings. Please reveal the knowledge spoken by the Thuba (Thub pa). Then, again, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Avalokiteshvara, with a slightly smiling face, entered into the samadhi called "Blazing like fire, destroying everything." All the Buddha-fields were shaken by its rays, and a third eye appeared on the forehead of the Bodhisattva. From that eye, rays of light that control various things emerged. Those rays illuminated all the Buddha-fields. In all the Buddha-fields, the words were heard: "Well done! Well done! Son of the lineage, you have spoken such knowledge." All the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas were covered with lotuses (Padma), utpalas (Utpala), kumudas (Ku mu da), pundarikas (Puṇḍa rī ka), fragrant substances, katoras (Ka ṭo ra), manjushakas (Manjusha ka), and great manjushaka (Manjusha ka chen po) flowers. Son of the lineage, speak the king of knowledge. Then, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Avalokiteshvara, through the blessing of the Buddha, spoke the knowledge: Namaḥ sarva tathāgatebhyaḥ (ན་མཿསརྦ་ཏ་ཐ་ག་ཏེ་བྷྱཿ，namaḥ sarva tathāgatebhyaḥ，Homage to all Tathagatas), arhatebhyaḥ (ཨརྷ་ཏེ་བྷྱཿ，arhatebhyaḥ，Homage to the Arhats), samyaksaṃbuddhebhyaḥ (སམྱ་ཀ་སཾ་བུདྡྷེ་བྷྱཿ，samyaksaṃbuddhebhyaḥ，Homage to the perfectly enlightened ones). To the east it was high, to the west it became low. Thus, the realm of the three-thousandfold great thousand world system shook with six kinds of movements, and even the gods residing in the celestial palace moved from their seats. The gandharvas fell face down. The voices of the asuras diminished, the illusions of the garudas were no longer swift, the rakshasas' "trutata tara," and the venomous ones drew near. The hosts of mamos uttered cries of distress and clamorous weeping. Likewise, the yakshas, kimnaras, and great belly-crawlers were without refuge or protection, and even the ranks of the Akanistha gods were consumed by fire. All the gods hastened to approach the Tathagata. Then, Vajrapani, satisfied by the radiant light of the Tathagata's emanated adornments, arose from his seat and approached the Tathagata, the Arhat, the perfectly complete Buddha. Then, the Bhagavan breathed upon all the gods and bodhisattvas, saying: "Do not fear! Friends, do not fear!" Then, the Bhagavan spoke to the bodhisattva Vajrapani, saying: "Vajrapani, enter!" Merely by the Tathagata's crown great bodhisattva entering, the realm of the three-thousandfold great thousand world system shook with six kinds of movements. Then, the Bhagavan again spoke to all the gods: "Sons of good family, praise the Tathagatagarbha and the bodhisattva mahasattva Avalokiteshvara!" Then, all those gods, as well as the gandharvas, yakshas, and so forth, and the bodhisattvas paid homage to the Tathagatagarbha and the bodhisattva mahasattva Avalokiteshvara. Then, the entire assembly, along with their retinues, were amazed and approached the Bhagavan's presence. Having approached, they bowed their heads to the Bhagavan's two feet and beseeched the Bhagavan thus: "Such a secret mantra, spoken by a bodhisattva,"
