在具备力量的等持之王禅定中，薄伽梵母圣救度母于分别之王中宣说了名为莲花光辉之大明咒王。顶礼三宝！顶礼圣观自在！菩萨萨埵！摩诃萨埵！大悲者！即说曰：达玛涅达玛涅，香谛香谛，玛纳赛，比匝耶，匝耶巴嘿，安格嘿，阿纳格嘿，达夏涅，阿札底哈达，萨萨涅，谛叉谛叉，比匝雅巴嘿，玛巴巴让，效巴涅，茹茹茹茹茹茹茹，拉雅梭哈！此乃获得大力量之莲花光辉之大明咒王。恒常念诵此咒，一切疾病皆得消除。此后转为此之修法仪轨：以与勒布根草汁混合之颜料，绘制圣观自在之画像。白色，头发竖立，手持莲花，安住于莲花座上，为周身燃烧之光鬘所围绕。之后于清净之处安住，焚烧此之香、花、燃香，念诵五百万遍。之后以白檀香、酸奶、蜂蜜与酥油混合，进行三百万次火供。随即获得王位。若未成就，则获得一村庄。于画像前，以紫檀或沉香与酥油混合进行火供，则获得百万衣物。以勒布根草汁进行十万次烧施，则得见宝藏。若于一月之中念诵所指示之内容，则能获得其意义，唯除贪欲。薄伽梵母圣救度母头发竖立之根本分别，从广大且具备力量之等持中必定产生之名为莲花光辉之大明咒王圆满结束。之后，菩提萨埵摩诃萨埵观自在，于分别之王中宣说了名为吉祥套索之大明王。顶礼三宝！顶礼圣观自在！菩萨萨埵！摩诃萨埵！大悲者！即说曰：巴苏ra，玛ra，巴纳，格古，南巴让，

While meditating on the King of Samadhi, which possesses power, the Bhagavati Arya Tara, in the King of Discriminations, spoke the Great Mantra King called Lotus Splendor. Homage to the Triple Gem! Homage to Arya Avalokiteshvara! Bodhisattva! Mahasattva! Great Compassionate One! It is said thus: Damaṇe damaṇe, śānte śānte, mānase, vijaye, jaye vahe, anghe, aṇarghe, darśane, apratihahata, sāsane, tiṣṭha tiṣṭha, vijaya vahe, mava varaṃ, śobhane, ruru ruru ruru ruru ru, rāya svāhā! This is the Great Mantra King called Lotus Splendor, which possesses great power. By constantly reciting this, all diseases will be eliminated. Then, this will turn into the ritual of the method of accomplishment: With the color mixed with the juice of the lebergancī plant, a painting of Arya Avalokiteshvara should be drawn. White, with hair standing upright, holding a lotus in hand, dwelling near a lotus seat, surrounded by a garland of flames burning from all sides. Then, residing in a clean place, burning incense, flowers, and incense of this, recite five hundred thousand times. Then, mix white sandalwood, yogurt, honey, and butter, and perform three hundred thousand fire offerings. Immediately, the kingdom will be obtained. If not accomplished, one village will be obtained. In front of the painting, if a fire offering is performed with palāśa or agarwood mixed with butter, one hundred million clothes will be obtained. If one hundred thousand burnt offerings of lebergancī juice are made, treasures will be seen. If what is taught is recited for one month, its meaning will be obtained, except for desire. The root discrimination of the Bhagavati Arya Tara, with hair standing upright, which is born from the vast and powerful Samadhi, the Great Mantra King called Lotus Splendor is completely finished. Ra Ya Nam. Ehi Ehi. Budhya Budhya. Bodhyaye Svaha. This, endowed with great power, merely remembering the great vidya-raja named "Auspicious Lasso," destroys all nearby harms. The ritual for this is to have the noble Avalokiteshvara painted with saffron-mixed colors. Hair piled high, residing on a lotus, left hand holding a lotus, right hand granting the supreme, heart adorned with the mark of the auspicious lasso. On the right, the auspicious lasso should be written with saffron. Having placed the cloth painting facing west at a stupa containing relics, burn incense with that stupa and recite three hundred thousand times. Finally, fast day and night, reciting on each Naga kesar flower and touching the heart of the noble Avalokiteshvara. If done in this way for a month, great treasures will be seen. In seven days, a thousand gold pieces will be found. Land in one direction will be found. The Bhagavati Arya Tara, born from the extensive samadhi of the root of the hair piled high, the great vidya-raja named "Auspicious Lasso," is complete. Then, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Avalokiteshvara, while again meditating on the extensive king of samadhi, in the root of the Bhagavati, spoke the mantra-raja named "Granting Fearlessness." ས་དེ་རིང་བསྲེལ་དང་བཅས་པའི་མཆོད་རྟེན་ལ། མཆོད་རྟེན་གྱི་བྱང་དུ་ བཞུགས་ནས་འདི་ཉིད་ཀྱིས་ཇི་ལྟར་འབྱོར་པའི་མཆོད་པ་བྱས་ནས་འབུམ་བཟླས་སོ། །མཐར་ཉིན་མཚན་དུ་སྨྱུང་བར་གནས་པས་མཆོད་པ་རྒྱ་ཆེན་པོ་བྱས་ནས་སྲོད་ནས་བརྩམས་ནས་བཟླས་པར་བྱ། ནམ་མཁའ་ལས་གྲུབ་པོ་ཞེས་པའི་སྒྲ་ཐོས་པར་འགྱུར་ཏེ་གང་དུ་མཆོད་པ་དེར་ཆར་ལྷུང་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །མ་གྲུབ་ན་ཡུལ་རྙེད་དོ། །དེའི་སྤྱན་སྔར་པ་ལཱ་ཤའི་མེ་ལ་ཀླུ་ཤིང་གི་མེ་ཏོག་མར་ལ་བཏགས་པའི་སྦྱིན་སྲེག་འབུམ་བྱས་ན་དངུལ་འབུམ་རྙེད་དོ། །དོང་ཙེ་བརྒྱ་རྙེད་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་མ་འཕགས་མ་སྒྲོལ་མ་རལ་པ་གྱེན་བརྫེས་ཀྱི་རྩ་བའི་རྟོག་པ་ཡངས་པ་དང་ལྡན་པའི་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་ལས་ངེས་པར་སྐྱེས་པའི་མི་འཇིགས་པ་སྦྱིན་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་རིག་པའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཆེན་པོ་ཡོངས་སུ་རྫོགས་སོ།། །།བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའི་སྡེ་སྣོད་ཕལ་པོ་ཆེ་ཐེག་པ་ཆེན་པོའི་མདོ་སྡེ་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་མ་འཕགས་མ་སྒྲོལ་མ་རལ་པ་གྱེན་བརྫེས་ཀྱི་རྩ་བའི་རྟོག་པ་ལས་ཡངས་པ་དང་ལྡན་པའི་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་ལས་ངེས་པར་སྐྱེས་པའི་རིག་པའི་སྔགས་རྣམས་ཏེ་ལེའུ་རབ་འབྱམ་བཅུ་གསུམ་པ་རྫོགས་སོ།། །།དེ་ནས་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་འཕགས་པ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དབང་ཕྱུག་སླར་ཡང་ཐམས་ཅད་དང་ལྡན་པའི་འཇིག་རྟེན་གྱི་ཁམས་སུ་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའི་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་དག་པའི་ཡུལ་རྣམ་པར་འཕྲོ་ཞིང་རྣམ་པར་འཇིག་པར་བྱེད་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་ལ་སྙོམས་པར་ཞུགས་སོ། །སྙོམས་པར་ཞུགས་ནས་རྟོག་པའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཆེན་པོ་འདིར་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་མ་འཕགས་མ་སྒྲོལ་མ་བསྒྲུབ་པར་བྱ་བའི་དོན་དུ་བདག་གིས་འཆད་བཞིན་པའི་ཆེད་དུ་ལྷ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀུན་ཏུ་འགེགས་ཀྱི་བསམ་པ་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་ཉེ་བར་འཕོ་བར་འགྱུར་བ་དེ་ལ་བདག་གིས་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་རབ་ཏུ་སྐྲག་པར་བྱེད་པ་ལ་མི་འཇིགས་པ་རབ་ཏུ་སྦྱིན་པ་བཤད་ཀྱིས། ཀྱེ་ལྷའི་ཚོགས་རྣམས་འབྱུང་པོའི་ཚོགས་ཐམས་ཅད་དང་། བགེགས་དང་ལོག་པར་འདྲེན་པ་དང་། གནོད་སྦྱིན་གྱི་དབང་པོ་ཐམས་ཅད་དང་། གང་ཡང་གཞན་རིག་པའི་སྡེ་དཔོན་རྣམས་ཉོན་ཅིག །བདག་གིས་རིག་ པའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཆེན་པོ་ཁྲོ་གཉེར་ཅན་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་རིག་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་མོ་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་མ་སྒྲོལ་མས་གསུངས་པ། རིག་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་མངའ་བདག །དབང་དུ་གྱུར་པ། དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པས་གསུངས་པ། གསོལ་བ་འདེབས་པ་མངོན་པར་འདུ་བྱེད་པ་ཉིད་དེ་དང་མཐུན་པར་འཇིགས་པ་ཆེན་པོ་ཐམས་ཅ

The great king of knowledge I speak of, called "Wrathful Frown," is the queen of all knowledge, spoken by the Bhagavati Arya Tara, is the lord of all knowledge, is the independent one, is spoken by the Tathagata, is the petitioner, is the manifest one, and all great fears corresponding to this.
