Everything is complete, knowing all times, great wealth, great enjoyment, subduing others with great diligence, all sentient beings rejoice upon seeing, possessing compassion, generating great faith in the Buddha, taming the mind, retaining what is heard, being skilled in all crafts, writing, and painting, whatever inconceivable things are thought, they can be understood by the mind. It is said that one will be born into a Brahmin lineage that has eliminated all diseases. Seven times praised, the crown of the head is bound, and the syllable Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) increases, suppresses, and bewilders. The syllable Ja (藏文:ཛ,梵文天城体:ज,梵文罗马拟音:ja,汉语字面意思:扎) invites to descend. The syllable Gha (藏文:གྷ,梵文天城体:घ,梵文罗马拟音:gha,汉语字面意思:嘎) kills. The syllable Svāhā (藏文:སྭཱ་ཧཱ,梵文天城体:स्वाहा,梵文罗马拟音:svāhā,汉语字面意思:梭哈) signifies peace and brings life. In short, it is taught that whoever desires to accomplish the supreme great accomplishment of a knowledge holder, all activities such as cutting, killing, separating, destroying, threatening, and killing can be done here. Everything is of the nature of compassion, and certainly not with violence. As long as it has not reached the point where the king of knowledge should not be combined, it should not be combined, for if it is combined, the supreme accomplishment of that one will not be accomplished. One will also become without vows. This accomplishment is in all methods of accomplishment and in all tantras. Having praised the finger seven times, it suppresses the clouds. Touching the head, it makes gambling victorious. All expressions are also the same. Having praised mustard seeds seven times, make pills and smear them, it will completely rot. Having praised jasmine flowers seven times, whichever woman wears them or puts them on her head, she will be controlled. Rue, cinnamon, black agarwood, sandalwood, saffron, Sahakara's spike, the leaves of three hot medicines, Nalisha, Bakula flower, and Priyangu flower, grind them into fine powder, mix with honey, and place them on the leaves of Chanaka to make pills. Having recited these five times and blessed them, they will be controlled. With the root mantra, a man and a woman can be controlled together.

Completed. Having entered into practice, wherever one stays, one should earnestly begin with flour, so that one is not suppressed by the misleaders. With this, deal with rakshasas and pretas, etc. Combine the seeds of Kutaja, Naga Kesar, lotus petals, flowers of Shirisha, Spang incense, Tibetan incense, rue, seeds of Lagskye, red sandalwood, other invincible white flowers, and seeds, and tie them on the hand of a girl with the urine of a yellow cow. Then make pills and consecrate them in the shade with white flowers of Malati. If you anoint the body with these, you will not be suppressed by anything, such as misleaders, pretas, scent-eaters, flesh-eaters, etc. If you do not give it, recite it seven times with cow urine, and it will completely eliminate diseases. Grind Guggul, seeds of Pichumarta, sandalwood, Tutushka, and Shiribala Saka into flour and fumigate the clothes. You will not be suppressed by anything. Dongros, cow-yellow, Lagskye, Varura, Kadamba flowers, fragrant wood, Sepalika flowers, camphor, white Nalesham seeds, two kinds of mustard, and Shudha should be tied on the hand of a Brahmin girl who is observing vows with the urine of a yellow cow. Make pills and consecrate them with Utpala flowers. Consecrate with Atimuktaka, Sala, and blue flowers. Whether it is misleaders, or others, whether it is pretas, flesh-eaters, scent-eaters, or rakshasas, etc., you will not be suppressed by anything. The chapter on freedom from disease is complete. Then the practice of raising the dead begins. Anoint the uncorrupted and very beautiful male corpse on the white fifteenth day, place it in a clean vessel, and have the one who observes vows also shave his hair, tie a garland of flowers around his neck, enter a dry well, and place the relics of yellow cow dung and the stupa in the well. Make great offerings, and bind with tormas and four Singha sandalwood stakes.
