ས་ཅད་བྱེད་དོ། །ཐམས་ཅད་དུ་གསོ་སྦྱོང་ཅན་གྱིས་ རས་རིས་ཀྱི་སྤྱན་སྔར་བསྒྲུབ་པར་བྱ་སྟེ། ཇི་ལྟ་བ་བཞིན་དུ་བརྗོད་པར་བྱའོ། །སྟོང་ཕྲག་བླངས་ནས། གཡས་ཀྱི་གཞོགས་སུ་བཞག་སྟེ། རེ་རེ་ལ་ལན་བདུན་མངོན་པར་བསྔགས་པ་བྱས་ནས་མེ་ལ་སྦྱིན་སྲེག་བྱའོ། །བར་སྐབས་འདིར་རས་རིས་རབ་ཏུ་འགུལ་བར་བྱེད་པ་དང་། མར་མེའི་རྩེ་མོ་འཕེལ་བར་བྱེད་པ་དང་། ནམ་མཁའ་ལ་ལྷའི་རྔ་བོ་ཆེའི་སྒྲ་སྒྲོགས་པ་དང་། དྲི་ཞིམ་པོའི་རླུང་ལྡང་བ་དང་། ས་རབ་ཏུ་གཡོ་བའོ། །དེ་ནས་འཕགས་པ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དབང་ཕྱུག་ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོ་ཅན་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་དང་། རིག་པའི་ཚོགས་དུ་མས་ཡོངས་སུ་བསྐོར་བ། རིལ་བ་སྤྱི་བླུགས་དང་། དབྱུག་གུའི་ཤིང་། གཡང་གཞི་ནག་པོ་ཐོགས་པ། རལ་པའི་ཅོད་པན་འཕྱང་བ་འབྱོན་པར་བྱེད་དོ། །འཕགས་པ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དབང་ཕྱུག་གི་སྐུ་ལས་འོད་ཟེར་བྱུང་སྟེ། རྣམ་པར་འཕྲོ་བའི་འོད་ཟེར་དེ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་སེམས་ཅན་དམྱལ་བ་དང་། དུད་འགྲོ་དང་། ཡི་དགས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཡུད་ཙམ་གྱིས་ཚོར་བ་ལས་ཉམས་སོ། །རང་ཉིད་ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོ་ཅན་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་རྗེས་སུ་བརྩེ་བའི་འཕགས་པ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དབང་ཕྱུག་མཐོང་བར་བྱེད་དོ། །སྒྲུབ་པ་པོ་པུས་མོ་གཉིས་བཙུགས་པས་ཤར་དུ་བཞག་པའི་རྣམ་རྒྱལ་བུམ་པས་མཆོད་ཡོན་དབུལ་ལོ། །དེ་ནས་འཕགས་པ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དབང་ཕྱུག་གིས་གསུངས་པ། མཆོག་ཅི་འདོད་པ་དེ་སྦྱིན་པར་བྱེད་དོ། །གང་བླངས་པ་དེ་རྙེད་དོ། །རིག་པ་འཛིན་པའི་འཁོར་ལོས་སྒྱུར་བ་ཉིད་དང་། རྒྱལ་སྲིད་ཆེན་པོ་དང་། ཚེ་རིང་པོ་ཉིད་དང་། ཐོས་པ་འཛིན་པ་ཉིད་དམ། ལུས་ལ་དབང་པོ་མ་ཚང་བ་མེད་པ་ཉིད་དང་། གསོ་དཀའ་བའི་ནད་འཇོམས་པའམ། གཏེར་འཕོ་བར་བྱེད་པ་དང་། ཕུག་ཏུ་འཇུག་པར་བྱེད་པའམ། རིག་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་དངོས་གྲུབ་བམ། མི་སྣང་བ་ཉིད་དང་། ས་ཆེན་པོའི་དབང་ཕྱུག་གམ། གང་བླངས་པ་དེ་རྙེད་དོ། །འཕགས་པ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དབང་ཕྱུག་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་གང་འདོད་པ་དེར་ཡང་འགྲོའོ། །འདིས་ཚེ་བསྐལ་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །དེའི་ཚེ་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་མ་སྒྲུབ་པར་བྱེད་ པ་ནི་རིག་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་འཁོར་ལོས་སྒྱུར་བ་ཉིད་དང་། མང་དུ་འདོད་པ་དང་། ཐོགས་པ་མེད་པ་དང་། ལྷ་དང་། ཀླུ་དང་། གནོད་སྦྱིན་དང་། དྲི་ཟ་དང་། ལྷ་མ་ཡིན་དང་། ནམ་མཁའ་ལྡིང་དང་། མི་འམ་ཅི་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱིས་མངོན་པར་འདོད་པ་སྒྲུབ་པ་བདུན་པ་ལ་མཚམས་མེད་པ་བྱེད་པས་ཀྱང་འགྲུབ་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཞེས་པ་དེ་ལྟ་བུ་ཁོ་ནས་ཀུན་ཏུ་རྟོགས་པར་བྱའོ། །ཞེས་པ་སྒྲུབ་པ་ཆེན་པོ་དང་པོའི་ཆོ་ག་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་མ་འཕགས་མ་སྒྲོལ་མའི་རྩ་བ་དང་པོ་ལས་བཏུས་པ་རྫོགས་སོ།། །།རས་རིས་ཀྱི་ཞལ་ཤར་དུ་ཕྱོགས་པར་བཞག་ནས་དེ་ནས་ཆོ་འཕྲུལ་གྱི་ཕྱོགས་ཀྱི་དཀར་པོའི་བརྒྱད་པའམ། ཆོ་འཕྲུལ་གྱི་ཕྱོགས་བཅུ་པ་ལ་ལས་བརྩམ་པར་བྱ་སྟེ། ལོ་མ་དང་། ནས་ཟན་དང་། མེ་ཏོག་དང་། འབྲས་བུ་དང་། ཙཱ་རུ་དང་། འདམ་པ་དང་། ཞོ་དང་། འོ་མ་དང་། ཕྱེ་དང་། དྲི་ཟའི་བཟའ་བའམ། སློང་མོ་བསླངས་པའི་བཟའ་བས་ཀྱང་རུང་སྟེ། གསོ་སྦྱོང་ཅན་གྱིས་བྱམས་པ་དང་། སྙིང་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོ་དང་ལྡན་པས་བྱང་ཆུབ་མཆོག་ཏུ་སེམས་བསྐྱེད་དེ། སེམས་ཅན་རྣམས་ཀྱི་དོན་རྗེས་སུ་བསམས་ནས་ཉི་མ་སོ་སོར་འཕེལ་བཞིན་པའི་མཆོད་པ་བྱེད་ཅིང་ཀུ་ཤ་བཏིང་བའི་མལ་སྟན་ལ་ཁྲུས་ལན་གསུམ་དུ་བྱེད་ཅིང་གོས་ལན་གསུམ་དུ་བརྗེས་ཏེ་ཀུ་ཤའི་ཁྲེས་ལ་ཉེ་བར་འདུག་ནས། ཉི་མ་རེ་རེ་ལ་ཇི་ལྟར་འབྱོར་པས་འཕེལ་བར་བྱེད་བཞིན་པས་སློང་མོ་བཟའ་བར་བྱའོ། །རྐང་པ་གཡོན་པས་བགྲོད་པ་ལ་སོགས་པ་བྱེད་ཅིང་འབུམ་ཕྲག་བཅུ་དྲུག་བཟླས་པར་བྱའོ། །དེ་ལྟར་སྔོན་དུ་བསྙེན་པ་བྱས་པས་དཀར་པོའི་བརྒྱད་པའམ་བཅུ་བཞི་པ་ལ་སྒྲུབ་པ་བརྩམ་པར་བྱ་སྟེ། དགེ་སློང་གི་དགེ་འདུན་འདྲ་བ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་བཙལ་བར་བྱའོ། །དེ་ནས་རས་རིས་ཀྱི་ཕྱོགས་བཞིར་ས་ལས་བྱུང་བ་བུམ་པ་རྩ་བ་དང་ནག་པོ་མེད་པ་བཞི་བཅུ་དང་བཅས་པ། ཨ་མྲའི་ཡལ་འདབ་ཀྱིས་ཁ་བཀབ་པ། ས་བོན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱིས་ཡོངས་སུ་བཀང་བའི་བུམ་པ་གཞག་པར་བྱའོ། །རས་རིས་ཀྱི་སྤྱན་སྔར་ཁྲུ་བཞི་པའི་ཚད་ལ་ཟངས་དང་གསེར་དང་དངུལ་ལས་བྱུང་པའམ། ས་ལས་བྱུང་བའི་བུམ་ པ་ཆེན་པོ་རྣམ་པ་སྣ་ཚོགས་པའི་འདབ་མ་དང་འཁྲི་ཤིང་གིས་སྤྲས་པ་དག་པའི་ཆུས་ཡོངས་སུ་གང་བ་སྨྲ་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་དང་། སྨན་ཐམས་ཅད་དང་། རོ་དང་། དྲི་དང་། རིན་པོ་ཆེའི་སྙིང་པོ་མེ་ཏོག་གི་ཕོན་པོས་ཁ་བཏབ་པ་དུ་གུ་ལའི་རས་མཉམས་པས་མགྲིན་པ་བཅིངས་པ་རྣམ་པར་རྒྱལ་བ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་བུམ་པ་གཞག་པར་བྱའོ། །རས་རིས་ཀྱི་གཡོན་གྱི་གཞོགས་ན་གནས་པའི་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་མ་ཤེས་རབ་ཀྱི་ཕ་རོལ་ཏུ་ཕྱིན་མ་གཞག་པར་བྱའོ། །དེ་ནས་དྲི་ཞིམ་པོའི་མེ་ཏོག་གི་ཕྲེང་བ་བཅུ་དྲུག་རས་རིས་ལ་དབུལ་བར་བྱའོ། །མདུན་དུ་དྲི་བཟང་པོའི་ཙནྡན་གྱི་ཆུས་ཡོངས་སུ་བཀང་བ་དང་། འོ་མས་བཀང་བའི་བརྒྱད་པོ་དེ་རྣམས་སོ། །བའི་མར་གྱི་མར་མེ་བརྒྱད་དབུལ་བར་བྱའོ། །ཙཱ་རུ་དང་། འོ་ཐུག་དང་། ཏིལ་གྱི་ཐུག་པ་དང་། ཟན་དྲོན་

全部都要做。所有情况下，都要由守持斋戒者在 唐卡的面前进行修持，如实地念诵。取一千个，放在右边，每一个都念诵七遍赞颂文，然后用火焚烧。在此期间，唐卡会剧烈摇动，灯的火焰会增长，天空中会响起天鼓的声音，会刮起芬芳的香风，大地会剧烈震动。然后，圣观世音自在，大悲怙主菩萨，被许多明咒师围绕，手持圆形的容器，手杖，黑色的护身符，发髻垂落，将会显现。圣观世音自在的身躯会发出光芒，这些光芒四射的光芒，会让地狱、畜生和饿鬼的所有众生，瞬间从痛苦中解脱。自己会看到大悲怙主，对所有众生充满慈悲的圣观世音自在。修行者双膝跪地，用放在东方的胜幢宝瓶供养供品。然后，圣观世音自在说道：会赐予想要的一切殊胜。会得到所求之物。成为明咒持明的转轮王，或者获得伟大的王位，或者获得长寿，或者成为博闻强记之人，或者身体没有残缺，或者消除难治之病，或者转移宝藏，或者进入洞穴，或者获得所有明咒的成就，或者隐身，或者成为大地之主，会得到所求之物。圣观世音自在世尊，也会去想去的地方。这会使寿命延续到劫。那时，如果不修持世尊， 那么就会成为所有明咒的转轮王。想要更多，没有阻碍，天、龙、夜叉、乾闼婆、阿修罗、迦楼罗、紧那罗所有都想要，即使造作七种无间罪，也能成就第七种成就法。像这样就能成办一切。

Everything must be done. In all cases, it should be practiced by those who keep the fast in front of the Tangka, and recited as it is. Take a thousand, place them on the right side, and recite the praise seven times for each one, then burn them in the fire. During this time, the Tangka will shake violently, the flame of the lamp will increase, the sound of the drums of the gods will be heard in the sky, a fragrant wind will blow, and the earth will shake violently. Then, the noble Avalokiteśvara, the great compassionate lord bodhisattva, surrounded by many vidyādharas, holding a round container, a staff, a black amulet, with hanging braids, will appear. Light will emanate from the body of the noble Avalokiteśvara, and these radiating rays of light will instantly liberate all beings in hell, animals, and pretas from suffering. One will see the great compassionate lord, the noble Avalokiteśvara, who is full of compassion for all beings. The practitioner kneels on both knees and offers offerings with the victory banner vase placed in the east. Then, the noble Avalokiteśvara said: He will grant all the desired excellence. He will get what he asks for. Becoming a vidyādhara cakravartin, or obtaining a great kingdom, or obtaining longevity, or becoming a knowledgeable person, or having no physical defects, or eliminating incurable diseases, or transferring treasures, or entering caves, or obtaining the accomplishment of all vidyās, or invisibility, or becoming the lord of the earth, one will get what one asks for. The noble Avalokiteśvara Bhagavan will also go wherever he wants to go. This will extend life to a kalpa. At that time, if one does not practice the Bhagavan, then one will become the cakravartin of all vidyās. Wanting more, without hindrance, all the gods, nāgas, yakshas, gandharvas, asuras, garudas, kinnaras all want, even if one commits the seven heinous crimes, one can accomplish the seventh accomplishment method. In this way, everything can be accomplished.

It should be realized. This concludes the "First Great Accomplishment Method", which is extracted from the first chapter of the root text of the Blessed Mother, the Noble Tara. Having placed the face of the painted scroll facing east, then on the eighth of the month of miracles, or on the tenth of the month of miracles, the work should be started. With leaves, barley flour, flowers, fruits, cheese, calamus, yogurt, milk, flour, food of the gods, or even with food obtained by begging. One who observes purification, with love and great compassion, generates the supreme mind of enlightenment. Thinking of the benefit of sentient beings, making offerings that increase day by day, bathing three times on a bed of kusha grass, changing clothes three times, and sitting near a kusha mat. Each day, according to one's means, one should increase the offerings and eat begged food. Walking with the left foot first, etc., and reciting sixteen hundred thousand times. Having previously practiced approach in this way, on the eighth or fourteenth of the white month, the practice should be started. One should seek out those who resemble a monastic sangha. Then, on the four sides of the painted scroll, place four earthen vases, without roots or blackness, along with forty others, covered with mango branches, and filled with all kinds of seeds. In front of the painted scroll, place a large vase of four cubits in size, made of copper, gold, or silver, or made of earth, adorned with various kinds of petals and vines, filled with pure water, all kinds of speech, all kinds of medicines, tastes, scents, and the essence of jewels, covered with bouquets of flowers, and with its neck tied with a Dugu-la cloth, place the vase called "Victorious". On the left side of the painted scroll, place the Blessed Mother, the Perfection of Wisdom. Then offer sixteen garlands of fragrant flowers to the painted scroll. In front, offer eight vessels filled with fragrant sandalwood water and milk. Offer eight butter lamps of ghee. And also offer cheese, milk porridge, sesame porridge, and warm porridge.
