་གསོ་སྦྱོང་ཅན་གྱིས་དག་པ་གོས་གཙང་མ་བགོས་པས་བཟླས་པར་བྱའོ། །གང་འདོད་པ་དེ་ཐོབ་པར་བྱེད་དོ། །མར་ལ་བརྒྱད་བརྒྱར་མངོན་པར་བསྔགས་པར་བྱས་ནས་འཐུངས་ཤིག །ཉི་མ་བདུན་གྱིས་ཡིད་གཞུངས་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །རས་རིས་ཀྱི་སྤྱན་སྔར་མལླི་ཀའི་མེ་ཏོག་སྟོང་ཕྲག་བརྒྱད་སྦྱིན་སྲེག་གྱིས་ཤིག །མཚན་མོ་བདུན་ལ་རྫས་སྐྱེ་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །དཀར་པོའི་བཅུ་བཞི་ལ་མཚན་མོ་གསུམ་དུ་སྨྱུང་བར་གནས་པས། ཨུ་དུམ་བཱ་རའི་ཤིང་གིས་མེ་རབ་ཏུ་སྦར་ནས། ཨུ་དུམ་བཱ་རའི་ཡམ་ཤིང་ལ་ཞོ་དང་སྦྲང་རྩི་དང་མར་གྱིས་བཏགས་པའི་སྟོང་ཕྲག་བརྒྱད་སྦྱིན་སྲེག་གྱིས་ཤིག །དོང་ཙེ་ལྔ་བརྒྱ་རྙེད་དོ། །ནག་པོའི་བཅུ་བཞི་པ་ལ་གསོ་སྦྱོང་ཅན་གྱིས་མར་མེ་སྟོང་ཕྲག་བརྒྱད་སྦར་ནས་མར་མེ་འཁྱིལ་པ་སྟོང་ཕྲག་བརྒྱད་སྦྱིན་སྲེག་གྱིས་ཤིག །ཕྱི་ནས་བཟླས་པ་དབུལ་བར་བྱའོ། །དེ་ནས་མིག་ཐོབ་པར་བྱེད་དོ། །ཤེས་རབ་ཀྱི་ཕ་རོལ་ཏུ་ཕྱིན་པའི་གླེགས་བམ་རིང་བསྲེལ་དང་བཅས་པའི་མཆོད་རྟེན་དུ་བཞུགས་ནས་སྟོང་ཕྲག་བརྒྱད་མངོན་པར་བསྔགས་པ་བྱས་ཏེ། སངས་རྒྱས་དང་། བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་ཕྱག་བྱ་བ་ བྱས་ནས། ཉི་མ་གཅིག་ལ་ཐུནགསུམ་དུ་ཡོངས་སུ་བཟླས་པ་ལན་བཅུ་གཉིས་སུ་བཟླས་པར་བྱའོ། །རྣ་བ་སོ་སོར་རྙེད་དོ། །ནད་ལ་འཕགས་པ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དབང་ཕྱུག་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་ངེས་པར་སྐྱེས་པའི་ཆོ་གས་རས་སམ་འབྲས་བུ་ཅན་ལ་ཁ་དོག་མ་འདྲེས་པའི་ཚོན་གྱིས་འདྲིར་གཞུག་པར་བྱའོ། །དེའི་སྤྱན་སྔར་མཆོད་པ་ཆེན་པོ་བྱས་ནས་སྟོང་ཕྲག་བརྒྱར་བཟླས་པར་བྱའོ། །ཀུ་ཤའི་སྟན་ལ་འོ་མ་དང་ནས་ཟན་ཟ་ཞིང་དུས་གསུམ་དུ་ཁྲུས་བྱེད་ཅིང་གཙང་མ་བགོས་པས་ཡན་ལག་བརྒྱད་ལྡན་པའི་གསོ་སྦྱོང་ཅན་གྱིས་ཚེས་གཅིག་ནས་བརྩམས་ནས་ཇི་སྲིད་གཅིག་གི་བར་དུ་བཟླས་པ་དབུལ་བར་བྱའོ། །དེ་ནས་ནད་རབ་ཏུ་ཞི་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །སྔོན་སྤྱད་པ་བྱས་པའི་འོ་མ་དང་ནས་ཟན་ཟ་བའམ་བ་ལང་གི་གཅིན་དང་ནས་ཟན་ཟ་བས་དུས་གསུམ་དུ་ཁྲུས་བྱ་ཞིང་གསོ་སྦྱོང་ཅན་གྱིས་རིང་བསྲེལ་དང་བཅས་པའི་མཆོད་རྟེན་དུ་རས་རིས་བཞུགས་ནས་མར་མེ་བརྒྱད་སོ་སོར་སྦར་ཏེ་པདྨ་སྟོང་གིས་མཆོད་པར་བྱའོ། །ནག་པོའི་ཕྱོགས་ལ་བཟླས་པར་བྱའོ། །དཀར་པོའི་ཚེས་གཅིག་ནས་བསྒྲུབ་པར་བྱའོ། །ཟླ་བ་ཉ་ལ་མཚན་མོ་གསུམ་དུ་སྨྱུང་བར་གནས་པས་མཆོད་པ་རྒྱ་ཆེན་པོ་བྱས་ཏེ། མཚན་ཐོག་ཐག་ཏུ་བཟླས་པ་བྱའོ། །གལ་ཏེ་རྒྱལ་པོར་གྱུར་ན། སྒྲུབ་པ་པོའི་ཁང་པ་འབར་བར་བྱེད་ཅིང་མེ་ཏོག་གི་ཆུན་བུ་གཡོ་

The one who keeps the fast should recite after wearing clean clothes. Whatever is desired will be obtained. After praising butter eight hundred times, drink it. In seven days, the mind will be tamed. In front of a painted cloth, burn eight thousand jasmine flowers. In seven nights, medicine will be produced. On the fourteenth of the white month, fasting for three nights, light a fire with Udumbara wood. Burn eight thousand Udumbara branches mixed with yogurt, honey, and butter. Five hundred copper coins will be found. On the fourteenth of the dark month, the one who keeps the fast should light eight thousand butter lamps and burn eight thousand butter lamp wicks. Afterwards, offer the recitation. Then, eyes will be obtained. Place the Prajñāpāramitā scripture in a stupa with relics, praise it eight thousand times, and prostrate to all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. Recite it twelve times in three sessions in one day. Ears will be obtained separately. For illness, with the rite of निश्चित（Sanskrit Devanagari, niścita, Sanskrit Romanization, certain） Avalokiteśvara's Samadhi निश्चित（Sanskrit Devanagari, niścita, Sanskrit Romanization, certain） arising, draw on cloth or a fruit-bearing tree with colors that are not mixed. Recite on the dark side. Practice from the first day of the white month. On the night of the full moon, fasting for three nights, make great offerings and recite under the starlight. If one becomes a king, the practitioner's house will be set on fire, and bouquets of flowers will sway.
