ཆོད་རྟེན་སོར་བཞི་ཙམ་མམ། མཐོ་གང་ཙམ་མམ། བདེ་བར་གཤེགས་པའི་མཐོ་གང་གི་ཚད་ཙམ་པ་བརྒྱད་ལྷག་པའི་སྟོང་བྱས་ལ་སྲོག་ཤིང་ཕུལ་ཏེ་མཆོད་པ་ལ་སོགས་པའི་ཚོགས་རེ་རེའི་སྤྱན་སྔར་སྟོང་རྩ་བརྒྱད་བཟླས་པར་བྱ་སྟེ། ཇི་སྲིད་སྟོང་རྩ་བརྒྱད་གནས་པ་ན་དོང་ཙེ་སྟོང་སྟོང་རྙེད་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །རྒྱ་མཚོའི་ངོགས་སུ་མཆོད་རྟེན་རེ་རེའི་སྤྱན་སྔར་ཆོ་ག་སྔོན་དུ་འགྲོ་བས་སྟོང་ཕྲག་བརྒྱ་བཟླས་ན་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་འཕགས་པ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དབང་ཕྱུག་མཐོང་སྟེ། མཆོག་ཅི་འདོད་པ་དེ་སྩོལ་བར་མཛད་ཅིང་གང་ཚོལ་བ་དེ་རྙེད་དོ། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་མ་འཕགས་མ་སྒྲོལ་མ་རལ་པ་གྱེན་བརྫེས་ཀྱི་རྩ་བའི་རྟོག་པ་བདེ་བ་ཅན་གྱི་བཀོད་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་རིག་པའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཆེན་པོ་རྫོགས་སོ།། །།དེ་ནས་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དབང་ཕྱུག་སླར་ཡང་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་དེ་ཉིད་སྒོམ་བཞིན་དུ་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་མའི་རྟོག་པའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཆེན་པོར་དཔའ་བོ་ལྡན་མ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་རིག་པའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་གསུངས་སོ།། །ན་མོ་རཏྣ་ཏྲ་ཡཱ་ཡ། ན་མ་ཨཱཪྱ་ཨ་བ་ལོ་ཀི་ཏེ་ཤྭ་རཱ་ཡ། བོ་དྷི་སཏྭཱ་ཡ། མ་ཧཱ་སཏྭཱ་ཡ། མ་ཧཱ་སཏྭཱ་ཡ། མ་ཧཱ་ཀཱ་རུ་ཎི་ཀཱ་ཡ། ཏདྱ་ཐཱ། ཤི་རི་བི་སི་རི་སྨྲྀ་ཏི་བ་ཙ་ ནེ། ཏེ་ཛོ་བ་དྷ་ནི་ཧ་ར་ཧ་ར་ཨ་མུ་ཀཾ་མེ་བ་ས་མཱ་གཙྪ་ཏུ་ར་མ་ནི། བི་ར་མ་ཎི། བི་ར་བཱ་སི། མི་ནི་སཽ། ཏ་མུ་ཏ་ཁེ་པཱ་ཏི་བརྞ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། འདི་ནི་མཐུ་ཆེན་པོ་ཐོབ་པ་དང་བཅས་པ་དཔའ་བོ་དང་ལྡན་མ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་རིག་པའི་རྒྱལ་མོ་ཆེན་མོ་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་རྗེས་སུ་སྲུང་བར་བྱེད་པ། རྒྱལ་བ་མཆོག་གི་སྲས་རྣམས་ཀྱི་གང་དཔའ་བ་དང་ལྡན་པའི་རིག་པ་འདི་རྟག་ཏུ་དྲན་པ་དེ་ནོར་གྱི་དངོས་གྲུབ་ངེས་པར་དེའི་བརྩོན་པ་དང་བཅས་པ་དང་། དེའི་འདོད་པ་ལས་འགྲུབ་བོ། །འདིའི་སྒྲུབ་ཐབས་ཀྱི་ཆོ་གར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་འཕགས་པ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དབང་ཕྱུག་གི་ཝང་གིས་འདྲིར་གཞུག་པར་བྱ་སྟེ། པདྨའི་གདན་ལ་ཕྱག་ན་པདྨ་སྟེ། གཡས་པས་མི་འཇིགས་པ་སྦྱིན་པ། རྒྱན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱིས་རྣམ་པར་བརྒྱན་པའོ། །དེའི་གཡས་སུ་སྒྲུབ་པ་པོ་སྟེ་སྔར་བཞིན་ནོ། །རས་རིས་དེ་རིང་བསྲེལ་དང་བཅས་པའི་མཆོད་རྟེན་ལ་དྲི་དང་བདུག་པ་དང་། ཕྲེང་བ་ཕུལ་ནས་ཉིན་མཚན་དུ་སྨྱུང་བར་གནས་པར་ཟླ་བ་ཉ་བ་ལ་འོ་ཐུག་གི་ཁམ་ཕོར་བཅུ་གཉིས་ཕུལ་ནས་ཨ་ག་རུའི་བདུག་སྤོས་དབུལ་ལོ། །དེ་ནས་ཀུ་ཤའི་ཁྲེས་ལ་འདུག་སྟེ་སྟོང་རྩ་བརྒྱད་བཟླས་པར་བྱའོ། །སྔོན་དུ་བསྙེན་

Make stupas about four fingers high, or one cubit high, or make eight stupas exceeding the height of a Sugata's cubit, and insert a life-pillar into them. In front of each gathering of offerings, recite one thousand and eight times. As long as you maintain the recitation of one thousand and eight times, you will find thousands upon thousands of copper coins. On the seashore, in front of each stupa, first perform the ritual, and if you recite one hundred thousand times, you will see the Bhagavan Arya Avalokiteshvara, and he will grant you whatever supreme things you desire, and you will find what you seek. The root tantra of Bhagavati Arya Tara with wrathful, upward-blazing hair, called the Arrangement of Sukhavati, the Great King of Vidyas, is completed. Then, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Avalokiteshvara, while meditating on that very samadhi, spoke the King of Vidyas called "Heroic and Powerful Mother" as the great king of the Bhagavati Mother's tantra. Whichever sons of the supreme Victor constantly remember this vidya of the heroic and powerful one, they will surely obtain the siddhi of wealth, along with their diligence, and their desires will be fulfilled. This becomes the ritual for the method of accomplishment. One should be initiated by the empowerment of the Bhagavan Arya Avalokiteshvara. On a lotus seat, holding a lotus in his hand, with his right hand giving fearlessness, adorned with all ornaments. To his right is the practitioner, as before. In front of the thangka depicting this image, offer incense, perfume, and garlands, and fast day and night. On the full moon day, offer twelve bowls of milk porridge and burn agarwood incense. Then, sit on a cushion of kusha grass and recite one thousand and eight times. First, perform the approach retreat.
