Use leaves to cure poison. Use water to distinguish mudras. For subduing, use the smoke of Guggul incense, or use water to bind the spirits. After fully reciting on the finger, making a threatening gesture will gain power. Recite eight hundred times in front of the Thangka. It will appear as it does in a dream. Place the Thangka in a stupa containing relics, and make great offerings in front of it, using white apāmārga mixed with yogurt, honey, and ghee, ignite a fire with bilva wood, and perform a hundred thousand fire offerings. In front of the Thangka, smear with gī-vaṃ or ldong-ros, recite eight thousand times, and entering among enemies will not be afraid. The enemies will not cause harm. For subduing, recite three times over warm water with white flowers, or recite three times over karavīra flowers, and strike the target to be subdued. It will show the past and the future. For binding, bless with the bell mudra. For those who wish to make eye medicine, buy one srang of sauvīra eye medicine at the price of a hero, and have a Brahmin girl facing north grind it with five va-byung. Make four pills with the nameless finger, scatter them in eight directions, burn ghee and stearin with the same ritual, and recite eight thousand times. One will obtain the ten essences of the village. Build a stupa with the same ritual, and offer eight thousand lotuses decorated with sandalwood. One will separately obtain the lordship of the land.
