Light a blazing fire with the firewood of the milk tree, and for seven days mix white mustard seeds with yogurt, honey, and ghee, for seven days or fourteen days, three times a day, burn eight thousand times. Perform a fire offering with tsampa and yogurt together, and as long as you live, there will be no lack of food. Perform a fire offering with a thousand portions of ghee, and a village will be obtained. By reciting a koti times, one will become a vidyadhara with a hundred retinues. If one desires to control a woman or a man, recite twenty-one times over guggul pills and perform a fire offering, mentioning the name, and that person will be controlled. Recite twenty-one times over sweet flag and put it in the mouth, and one will become the best of speakers. Recite a hundred thousand times on the road, and one will obtain any delicious food and drink that one desires. Perform a fire offering a hundred thousand times, and one will become glorious. Perform a fire offering with undamaged rice and glutinous rice porridge, and a village will be obtained. Light a fire with an Ashoka tree and perform a fire offering with a hundred thousand portions of divine offerings, and one will separately obtain any girl one desires to pursue. Burn agarwood incense in front of a painted image and recite a hundred thousand times, and then the king of that country will carry out orders. By eating begged food or gruel, one who keeps vows should recite five hundred thousand times, and one will separately obtain the kingdom of the earth. If one eats milk and barley tsampa, recite a hundred thousand times.

Burning a hundred thousand of whatever amount of Priyangu essence there is, one will obtain that amount of copper coins. Burn eight thousand milk offerings to be freed from illness. If one desires food, burn food. Climb to the top of a mountain, eat begged food, and recite three million times. Finally, fasting for three nights, ignite a fire with Ashvattha wood, mix sesame seeds with yogurt, honey, and butter, and burn it under the starlight. One will become a king. The burning of sesame seeds and butter accomplishes everything. Burn honey, and all beings will be delighted. Burn butter, and one will become radiant. Burn milk, and one will become peaceful. Burn yogurt, and one will become prosperous. On the top of a mountain, place a stupa with the essence of dependent arising and a stupa with relics, and offer a hundred strands of lotuses. One will become a king or a local ruler. If one's tasks are not accomplished, one will obtain a hundred regions. To control a king and make him completely submissive, when the moon is seized by Rahu, place fresh yellow butter in a copper vessel, stir it with a copper spoon, and recite until three signs of accomplishment appear. When bubbles appear, one will gain auditory retention. When smoke billows, one will become invisible. When it blazes, one will travel in the sky. Having made prior preparations, starting from the first day of the waxing moon until the full moon, decorate completely with flower arrangements and banners, create a mandala one cubit high with fragrant incense, make offerings with various fragrances and flowers, offer tormas, and light a thousand butter lamps.
