Having spread Kusha grass on poison, then covering it from above with three leaves of the Ashvattha tree and from below with four, pressing it with the hand, and reciting it until it becomes warm, smokes, and burns intensely. The first accomplishment is that with this, it becomes the eye of the Victorious One, and whatever is seen and whatever is seen will all be controlled. The second accomplishment is having the strength of nine elephants, being as swift as the wind, living for five hundred years, seizing the strength of ten elephants, not being overwhelmed by all the Vidyadharas, and being like the sun blazing and shining, the body adorned with jewels, abiding in the intermediate kalpa and leading others, becoming a Chakravartin who is not overwhelmed by Vidyadharas, constantly advancing, and being able to freely move in the seven wind channels. Taking ear eye medicine, and the hand made with wolfsbane, are also three kinds of accomplishments. Then, if one wishes to accomplish the Vajra, one should take wood struck by lightning and make a Vajra in the shape of sixteen fingers' width. Having made a stupa with a circumference of about one cubit, then in front of this stupa, by seeing this ritual, fasting for three nights on the full moon night, making great offerings to the Buddha Bhagavan, and then firmly thinking of that Vajra, taking the Vajra with a watching posture, one should go to the charnel ground. In the east, one should make a continuous flow that is in accordance with the continuous flow. Taking water from both banks of the river, one should make a circle with the five products of a cow. Having made a circle, one should make a stupa about one cubit long, and then in front of this stupa, one should make offerings by seeing this ritual.
