Is fully observing and manifesting the great mandala of the wheel. Then, the Bhagavan Shakyamuni Buddha spoke this great king of contemplation of the one-syllable mantra. Namaḥ Sarva Buddhānāṃ! (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: नमः सर्व बुद्धानां, Sanskrit Romanization: namaḥ sarva buddhānāṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Homage to all Buddhas!) Bhrūṃ! (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: भ्रुं, Sanskrit Romanization: bhrūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Bhrūṃ!) Just by uttering "Bhrūṃ," the entire world and all Buddha-fields shook in six ways. No sentient being experienced suffering such as hunger or thirst. Then, again, the Bhagavan Shakyamuni Buddha, in order to truly display the samadhi-miracles of all Tathagatas, in order to completely destroy all sins, in order to completely purify all suffering, in order to perfectly protect all sentient beings, in order to pacify all the suffering of hells, in order to universally display inconceivable miracles, and in order for all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas to universally display the inconceivable power of miracles, spoke this contemplation of the great king of knowledge. Any great being who wishes to practice this king of mantras, for his benefit, should follow this ritual. First, for a while, do not investigate, do not speak, do not eat, possess the power of the spoken mantra, diligently subdue with mantras, be filled with love for all beings, possess the wisdom to clearly see others' suffering as one's own suffering, well control one's senses, prevent the mind with distraction, arrogance, and miserliness from engaging in actions, fully prepare offerings, do not prostrate to other deities, with the wealth of faith that is extremely joyful towards the Three Jewels, generate great joy towards the Bhagavan Holy Mother Tara, possess the nature of great compassion, generate the mind of enlightenment with diligent intention, in short, make aspirations for great enlightenment, and continuously engage in practice. Among them, first is the ritual for painting an image, that is, the Chakravartin, the lord of all kings, using undamaged, non-residual cloth, colored, the Bhagavan.

应当绘制逝者的身像，绘制如同黄金般金黄色的画像，正在说法，靠近狮子座而安住，具备一切殊胜之相，全身佩戴着光芒四射的项链。上方是山顶，伴随着闪电和云彩。下方是莲花之海。应绘制世尊的顶髻中涌现出光芒。修行者也要如实地按照住所、服饰和形状的样子，手中拿着香炉，正在瞻仰世尊。将画像绘制成那个样子，修行者也要在三时沐浴，穿着干净的衣服，在远离人群的寂静处，长期供奉画像，在一切情况下，身语意都不要感到厌倦，对佛陀世尊作广大的供养。在满月之日，日夜斋戒，开始修行。可以食用树叶、米饭、牛奶、乞讨的食物、水、面粉食物，或者牛奶和大麦米饭。焚烧沉香，念诵十万遍。这将成为先前修习和先前使用过的。然后，如果想要修持眼药，就取用以勇士的价格购买的，由优秀的勇士制成的眼药一两，让婆罗门女子面向北方磨碎五种牛乳制品。用无名指做成四个药丸，用莲花花瓣覆盖，使其干燥。按照佛陀世尊的仪轨，点燃火焰，进行圆满的千次火供，然后将画像安放在舍利塔中，作广大的供养，在八个方向用紫檀木点燃火焰，献上用酸奶、蜂蜜和酥油混合的供品进行火供。然后，在四个方向制作坛城，安放护法神，在第二个坛城中，手持芥子，使其完全清醒。在第三个坛城中，无论是好朋友还是没有朋友都可以，进行盛大的咒语供养后进行守护，面朝东方接近。

The image of the deceased should be drawn. Draw an image as golden as gold, preaching the Dharma, dwelling near the lion throne, possessing all excellent aspects, and wearing a necklace that radiates light from the entire body. Above is the top of a mountain, accompanied by lightning and clouds. Below is a sea of lotuses. The light emanating from the crown of the Bhagavan should be drawn. The practitioner should also be as he is in terms of dwelling, attire, and form, holding a censer in his hand, gazing at the Bhagavan. Draw the painting in that manner, and the practitioner should also bathe at the three times, wear clean clothes, and in a secluded place away from people, enshrine the painting for a long time. In all circumstances, without any weariness in body, speech, and mind, make extensive offerings to the Buddha Bhagavan. On the full moon day, fast day and night, and begin practice. One may eat leaves, rice, milk, begged food, water, flour food, or milk and barley rice. Burn agarwood incense and recite ten hundred thousand times. This will become previously practiced and previously used. Then, if one wishes to practice eye medicine, take one tola of eye medicine made by an excellent warrior, bought at the price of a warrior, and have a Brahmin girl grind five dairy products facing north. Make four pills with the ring finger, cover them with lotus petals, and let them dry. According to the ritual of the Buddha Bhagavan, light a fire and perform a complete thousandfold fire offering. Then, enshrine the painting in a stupa with relics and make extensive offerings. Light a fire with palasha wood in the eight directions and offer a fire offering with offerings mixed with yogurt, honey, and butter. Then, create mandalas in the four directions and place the guardians of the directions. In the second mandala, hold mustard seeds in hand to make it fully awake. In the third mandala, whether with a good friend or without a friend, perform a grand mantra offering and then protect it, facing east to approach.
