One should practice the King of Secret Mantras, just like there, at all times, in mountains and forests, and pleasant remote dwellings. In a kingdom where the king possesses Dharma, people delight in practicing cleanliness, respect their mother and father, and in places abandoned by the twice-born castes, the gods will attain accomplishment, only there and not elsewhere. Near a pleasant and fortunate chariot, the Yamuna River itself is extremely beautiful, Sindhu Narama Dabakshe, beside the pure part of the moon, Kaveri and Saraswati themselves, the great river Shita itself, this is a place of accomplishment and not elsewhere, spoken by the sons endowed with the ten powers. 以及地方和山，住所和殊胜城镇之主要者，依赖于牛奶或河流。在那里追随寂静，喜爱念诵和火供。住所是没有遮蔽的，并且总是空旷的房屋，首先应当修持。咒语都与后续行为相符，修咒者应恒常在中心地带，希望正确念诵咒语，精进于念诵，习惯于施放咒术，行持戒律且非常坚定，乐于利益一切众生，信仰咒语的行为，具誓者如前念诵。清净的处所和具有洁净者，远离野蛮人和盗贼，在那里安住于大劫。因为誓言脱离了显现，在难忍的地狱黑暗中，煎熬着幼稚的众生。诽谤圣法，被无知的黑暗所蒙蔽，或是智慧幼稚的自性，或是愚昧邪见的傲慢者，轻蔑明咒之王，将堕入难忍的地狱。因此不要作恶，邪语也是被呵责的。轻蔑圣法和邪见都是被呵责的。因此恒常具有信心，恒常依止密咒仪轨，说真实语且知晓佛法，恒常利益众生。知晓咒语者应当依止咒语，他的成就必定会实现。通过上等、中等和下等，事业会做各种各样。事业是通过各种行为来完成的，通过恒常利益的行为，与行为的事业完全相应，对此恒常会成就。为了行为的意义和一切意义，事业要做各种各样。为了行为的意义，什么该做不该做，都应与行为的事业相结合。具有果实的自身行为意义的，应当恒常作为自身的事业。行为的事业和果实本身，行为的事业果实是恒常的。无果的会变成具有果实，果实本身也恒常是果实。无果的具有果实，一切本身也具有果实。瑜伽咒语是所要成就的，即使是与正确的结合分离，分离和正确结合是成就者。没有所要成就和能成就，对此没有成就存在。一切成就的物质，与成就的因相违背。

Because vows are free from appearance, in the unbearable darkness of hell, the childish beings are tormented. Slandering the holy Dharma, being obscured by the darkness of ignorance, or the nature of childish wisdom, or the arrogant one with deluded wrong views, despising the king of knowledge, will fall into the unbearable hell. Therefore, do not do evil, and wrong speech is also condemned. Despising the holy Dharma and wrong views are condemned. Therefore, always have faith, always rely on the secret mantra rituals, speak truthfully and know the Dharma, always benefit sentient beings. One who knows mantras should rely on mantras, his accomplishment will surely be realized. Through the superior, intermediate, and inferior, actions will be done in various ways. Actions are accomplished through various deeds, through actions that constantly benefit, being fully in accordance with the actions of deeds, accomplishment will always occur in this. For the sake of the meaning of actions and all meanings, actions should be done in various ways. For the sake of the meaning of actions, whatever should or should not be done, should be combined with the actions of deeds. With fruitful self-action meaning, it should always be done as one's own action. The action of deeds and the fruit itself, the action of deeds and fruit are constant. The fruitless will become fruitful, and the fruit itself is always fruit. The fruitless has fruit, and everything itself has fruit. Yoga mantras are to be accomplished, even if separated from the correct union, separation and correct union are the accomplisher. Without what is to be accomplished and what accomplishes, there is no accomplishment in this. All accomplished substances are contrary to the cause of accomplishment.
